Not many facilities other than the basics, and the environment isn't very communal. That can be good if you like your own space though.

• Riska (10/5): It’s value for money, amazing host, and great location! - The first one, The room is very clean, spacious, and with complete amenities. The second one is the host, they’re very friendly, helpful, and kind. I’m traveling solo, so rhis part is the one that I’m so grateful of. The third is the location, it’s strategic, near the center of city. It’s bear 7-Eleven, mosque, and market. So don’t worry about finding food near there, especially for moslem visitors. It’s near halal food restaurant. So it’s really great. I don’t think I have any. I had a pleasant stay.

It would be great if they provided bins for recyclable items. Since plastic bottle use is quite common in Thailand, having a way to separate waste would make a big difference.

• anissa (10/5): C’était super pour visiter Chiang Mai - La proximité du lieu, la grande gentillesse des propriétaires, le fait que ce soit calme, je n’avais pas fait attention aux commentaires et en effet il y a une mosquée juste derrière mais nous ne l’entendons qu’une fois à 19h le soir et rien du tout ensuite La chambre est assez standard, et mériterait peut être une petite table pour poser ses affaires à côté de son lit mais ce n’est qu’un détail, tout était super propre !
• Saul (10/5): AMAZING hosts SUPER rooms - I have to say a huge thank you to my hosts. Live long and prosper you lovely people. Story time: I arrived at the property unwell. I thought i had food poisoning and I was VERY dehydrated. I arrived late and delirious slept one night before. Staggering out in the morning and asking my host where I could find a doctor. He told me I needed to go to hospital and gave me a map and circled the cheap hospital and offered to take care of my stuff until I returned. In hospital HE CAME TO CHECK UP ON ME! And after I was let out a day or 2 later I asked if I could stay for a few more days. The couple told me they had no vacancies but went and found me a room at another hotel AND INSISTED ON CARRYING MY HUGE BAG TO THE HOTEL. I cannot sing their praises loud enough. Thank you. There was nothing I didnt like.

The owners were extremely friendly, they made me feel like at home. So nice! The stairs are a bit difficult to battle with luggage, but the owner helped me getting my large suitcase up and down.

The bed was fine and the cleanliness good, but there were too many other factors that contributed to me leaving and never wanting to stay there again. My door had a wide gap, which I was ok with except for the mosquitoes. There was frequent loud footsteps coming from upstairs or the roof(?) both nights, which affected my sleep. The aircon blew straight onto the bed. And the mosque next door has a 5.15am call to prayer. The straw that broke the camels back. Not great. Mozzies, mosque, noise, aircon...

• Dirk (9/5): Great Local Guesthouse in Chiang Mai - Wonderful family run guesthouse just outside the North "Gate" of Old Town Chiang Mai. Perfect location, easy walking everywhere and staff were completely helpful. My "suite" room was large with separate bedroom and sitting area. I was on the ground floor, so natural light was limited. On a return visit I would request something higher with better windows and lighting.

The room is big & comfortable, nice size bathroom too and AC works well. Big fridge and a water cooker available. The best part of the little guest house hotel is the staff, the man that runs the place is an absolute sweetheart that truly wants us to enjoy the best of Thailand. I extended my stay with a night and booked another night in the future when I return to Chiang Mai. Soms very minor things could be improved to be even better: Socket closer to the bed. Hangers for towels closer tot the shower. None of these were a problem.

• Stefania (10/5): Ottimo hotel a Chiang Mai - Struttura con camere grandi e confortevoli, pulite e con tutto quello che serve: aria condizionata, un frigo enorme, bollitore, bagno ampio. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili nel darci indicazioni su cosa fare e portarci in aeroporto. La posizione è perfetta per girare la città. L'unica cosa negativa è la moschea proprio dietro, la preghiera sveglia alle 5.30 della mattina (ma basta mettere i tappi)
• ChiaoYing (9/5): CP值非常高，不怕噪音的話是很推薦的 - 單人房空間很大，可攤開兩個28寸行李箱，行走也還綽綽有餘。兩天打掃一次房間，提供瓶裝水、咖啡包、牙刷、浴帽、浴巾毛巾，無室內拖需自備。衣架五支、s掛鉤兩支，房內吊掛衣服的地方少又小，未提供免費洗衣機，但可手洗衣服至一樓曬衣場晾掛，清邁的太陽絕對會乾！另提供大空間停車場，汽車機車都能停，不用擔心沒位置被拖吊。 鄰近清真寺，早晚會有誦經聲音，浴室外總是有不明的機器運轉聲。 桌子是一條長型的平台靠牆，椅子擺放處剛好是正對冷氣口，坐久了還是會冷

• Kenyetta (10/5): Excellent stay in Chiang Mai! - Loved my stay at Little Guest House Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the owners wife and daughter and immediately felt welcomed and at home. They even complimented me on my Thai pronunciation with a few phrases they were teaching me. Very kind owners and so friendly! My room was the twin room on the 3rd floor (no elevator), quiet, large, very clean, with comfortable beds, two areas for sitting, plenty of space, refrigerator, coffee maker and bottled water provided. There is a large bathroom and bathroom sink area with an additional sink for washing your items. The hot showers were blissful after a day of exploring and I liked that the toilet was partitioned off from the shower. The hotel is very safe, right around the corner from the main road with food stalls, cafes, a 7'Eleven, restaurants, temples around and a less than 10 minute walk to the Sunday night market with the airport less than 15 minutes away in which shuttle services are offered by the husband. We had a lovely chat driving to the airport! There is in addition outside/inside sitting areas and laundry service available. Overall, my stay was wonderful and that is due in large part to the owners who make you feel as if you are part of the family. I would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. Nothing that I can think of.
• Birgit (9/5): - Das Little guest house ist sehr gemütlich, geführt von einer lieben gastfreundlichen Familie ( Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die wertvollen Tips!) Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Der älteste Tempel von ChiangMai, ein wunderschöner Ort, ist in der Nähe. Um die Ecke auch die Massage von den Ex-prisoners', einfach mal testen. Auch ein Stand der 'roten Sammeltaxen und ein 7Eleven sind nur ein paar Minuten vom Guest house entfernt. Die Zimmer (besser) mit Ausblick (!!)! sind gut eingerichtet, im Bad funktioniert alles. Sehr gemütlich zum Frühstück und Verweilen zwischendurch, die Terrasse mit Blick auf Hof, Nachbargarten und Tempel. Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt!

• yu (9/5): - 清掃が想像以上によく行き届いていました！ スタッフの方も、「微笑みの国」を象徴するような素敵な方々でした！（笑） 仕方ないことだと思うので、特に改善してほしいというわけではないのですが、チェックイン時に蚊が1匹いたのと湿度が高めなのは気になりました。チェンマイに旅行に行くなら大体どこも似たようなものかなと思っています。
• Molly (10/5): Very comfortable - This was a lovely and relaxing day. I had the best night sleep that I’ve had since travelling. The room had a great sized bathroom with toiletries and a full size fridge in the room. The family that run the hotel are so helpful and lovely they run a really convenient trip to the airport and back for TB120. If I stay in Chiang Mai again, I will only be staying here. Nothing

• Vera (10/5): Ich habe gleich um ein paar Tage verlängert und würde jederzeit hier wieder buchen - Dieses Gästehaus kann man wirklich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Familie ist so nett und hilft einem bei allem. Es ist blitzsauber und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Eine winzige Kleinigkeit, die man verbessern könnte: man kann vom Bett aus nicht das Licht ausmachen und hat auch keine Steckdose um vom Bett aus dann das Handy laden zu können. Aber das ist ja eigentlich nur eine Kleinigkeit.
