• Maria (10/5): - This was our second time staying here. This hotel is in a great location as it its in walking distance to the centre of Puerto Rico and the bus station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms and communal areas are spotlessly clean and very well designed and they are appointed with everything that you need.

• Katy (8/5): Great location!!!! - Love the location. Cleanliness. Has everything you need for a very comfortable self catered break. Staff really friendly. Clean. Unfortunately I was on ground floor and there was quite a lot of noise from apartment above in the night. Almost like furniture scraping across floor. Disturbed sleep. Might be worth putting something under furniture so it glides less noisily. I have previously stayed on first floor and had no noise issues

Gode senger og fin leilighet. Fine og gode solsenger. Siden vi bodde i andre etasje kom det ikke sol inn i leiligheten. Det var derfor kaldt i ledigheten. Vi bodde der i begynnelsen av mars. Skulle vært mulig å fått varme fra aircondition eller varmepumpe. Gjerne større kjøleskap.

• Chelsea (6/5): Good room but that’s if you manage to get in - Great location close to beach and bottom centre I couldn’t gain access to the property, I tried emailing messaging and ringing every number that was attached to the booking on the website- either no one responded or when I did get through on the phone I was told to go away and not call back I showed up to the property and the stated time of check in no one was there and reception was closed- after around 1 hour 20 minutes a cleaner eventually let me in I had called booking.com there response was first it was closed for work being carried out and then the had over booked even once the cleaner had let me in I was then messed around so much with the payment
• ... (7/5): Good, but room for improvement - A good place if you're mostly out and about exploring the island. There's some room for improvement but would stay here again. Check-in: They send you gate and room codes before arrival. Check-in can be done online or in person. Reception is open only in the middle of the day. Luckly our neighbors showed us how to (un)lock the room door. Cleanliness: Not bad overall, but could be improved. There was some hair at the toilet floor. Limescale on the soap rack. Kitchen cabinet with the bin smelled strongly of cigarettes. Stayed there 5 nights, room was cleaned twice. Location: About 10 min walk to the beach. Less than 5 min to the bus stop. There is a direct bus line from Puerto Rico to the airport. Kitchen: Well equipped. A decent knife would be appreciated. There were only butter knifes and a bread knife. Difficult to cut some meat or even an apple with that. Luggage: After check-out we could leave our bags at the reception while we went to get some lunch. Just make sure you return before the reception closes or you won't be able to get in! Only one blanket: We booked this room because it was listed as having two single beds. The beds were single and could be pulled apart but there was only one big blanket for both. I'd suggest asking for an extra blanket before your arrival if you want to sleep seperately. Bathroom arrangement doesn't offer much privacy. No soap or shampoo. Nowhere to hang handtowles by the sink. Ventilation in the toilet wasn't working. Noise: No sound proofing. Could hear everyting even with the doors closed. Bring earplugs. Parking: The hotel has no parking. Parking spots on the streets are limited and difficult to find. Puerto Rico is a town built for tourists. The only grocery stores in the vicinity are for tourists and therefore more expensive. The beach was ok. A bit dirty but not bad. Calm water, no big waves, good for swimming. Most lounge chairs were occupied even in November. I imagine it is difficult to get one in peak season.

The bus station being 5 minutes walk away was good and 10 minutes to the main shopping centre. 10 minutes from the beach great location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful too. • Nora (5/5): Sterk sigarettlukt fra aircondition. - Beliggenheten. Det kom sterk røyklukt fra andre leiligheter når airconditionen var skrudd på. Det gjorde det ubehagelig å være på rommet. Personalet forsøkte, men fant ingen løsning på problemet. Det endte med at vi forlot hotellet en dag tidligere enn planlagt.

• Edvin (8/5): Cozy - Fine rooms with a lot of space and great with a little kitchen. Was i lot of space for two of us and everything was close, supermarked shopping center and the buss. Would definitivt come back. The beds were great but it was two beds instead of s regular double bed, other than thsn the pool was a little cold rest is good.

Nytt av året er at det ikke er lov til å ha gjester. Ikke en gang for en kopp kaffe. Dette gjør at trivselen synker. Gjester som har brukt hotellet fast mener at trivselen har sunket etter at denne regelen er innført.

• Basil (9/5): Great little find! - Great little find - very central - yet far enough away for peace & quiet. Spacious 1 bed apartment with nice shower & comfy beds. Big veranda with table, chairs & sun loungers. Check-in & out all ran smoothly. Would definitely stay here when visiting Puerto Rico again. Thank you.

• Pretlove (7/5): This is my first time at this accommodation and I would return. - Central location. Not too high to walk up to. Comfortable bed. Good size balcony. Helpful and friendly staff. No hot water in kitchen for 3 days and no plug for sink to wash up, even when I asked for one. Scruffy, needs updating, especially bathroom. Shower needs attention as slips down and scaled up.

• Adrian (10/5): - estuvimos 8 días en esta última semana de agosto , en una de las habitaciones estudio de la planta baja la 105 , una experiencia maravillosa , nayra la recepcionista fue un amor super amable y atenta con nosotros en todo momento , cualquier problema que podía surgir nos lo solucionaba al instante y siempre con una sonrisa , al igual que los demás las chicas que limpian y el chico de mantenimiento me parecen personas súper resolutivas y amables , una experiencia 10 , la piscina siempre limpia y bastantes hamacas , y casi no hay ruido , está ubicada perfecta al lado de la playa de puerto rico y al lado de anfi de mar a 10 minutos , sin duda repetiría esta experiencia mil veces , y destacar la amabilidad y capacidad de resolución de todos los trabajadores en especial nayra , al principio dudamos por las reseñas pero nada que ver el año que viene volveremos !!

• Julie (10/5): Fabulous Apartment - The location was ideal, EO properties are great. The reception was closed on Friday when I checked out. The cleaning team allowed me to store my luggage until I was picked up but when I returned I couldn’t enter the property
• Sandy (8/5): Improvements that would make stay better - Staff and location There's no shower to use after you check out. Also, it would be good if there were wine glasses provided and pool towels. A washing machine for shared use would be great and drinks machine or simply if reception sold water,like most other accommodations.

W apartamencie dwoosobowym nie było żadnego chaczyka na reczniki - w łazience nie było gdzie powiesić ręcznika. Ściane bardzo ciękie i wszystko słychać było. Po za tym na terasie zero prywatnosci, bo pregrodki nie zasłoniają od sąsiadów.
