• Silvina (10/5): Marina's apartment is a big Yes!! - Marina's apartment is great in every point of view, clean & modern deco, very comfortable space for 2 guests, quiet, and in a trendy lovely location.Across the front door of the building taxis and buses galore, 15' walk to Conad supermarket and 5' crossing the wonderful Ponto Pietra an amazing choice of trattorias, restaurants and gelato parlours. Marina was extremely kind and friendly at all times,, communication was always easy using WhatsApp. In all, a holiday that we wish to repeat soon! Changing the arrangement for the storage space for clothing could work better.

It’s brilliantly located for walking into the city centre, or perfectly positioned to explore some less touristy parts of Verona too. Marina the host is so so helpful and made everything easier for me, from recommending places to eat to helping with a taxi to the airport. It’s also so quiet and peaceful with a beautiful courtyard. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe here. Nothing to dislike.

• Teresa (9/5): - Lovely location across a pedestrian bridge from the city center. There are places to eat and bus stops within a short walk. Property is very quiet, set back from the street. It is very clean and feels new. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, and appliances. The bath has a large shower, is modern and well ventilated. While we did not get to meet our host in person, she was in regular contact, recommending places to eat, things to do, and arranging taxi service. Nothing.

• Dejan Gele (9/5): - This is an appartment located just across the entrance at the old town (the heart of Verona), so everything is near by on foot. The owner Marina is very kind and polite, she provides free parking spot on the street just opposite the appartment (sometimes is a bit tricky to find free spot due to limited spaces, but, with good organization, that's just not a problem). The appartment itself is spacious, modern and clean, with all the furniture being new, as well as fully equiped kitchen. The double bed in the bedroom is spacious and comfortable, while the sofa bed in the living room not so much. The appartment itself is equiped with 2 A/C units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which is a great plus if rented during summer period. And, the appartment is located inside an older building, with a small courtyard in the middle, so there is absolutely no noize coming from the street. As mentioned before, the sofa bed in the living room is not spacious and comfortable (if the occupants are smaller kids, won't be a problem, but for adults can be an obstacle). But, this shouldn't be a big problem.

Üdvözlő bor és víz bekészítve a hűtőbe. külön köszönet érte. Másodszor voltunk itt, operaelőadásra jöttünk idén is. Korábban érkeztünk, de 5 percen belül bejutottunk. A ház a folyó partján van 200 m-re a San Pietro hídtól, a régi kalsszikus mediterrán stílusban épült környéken. Teljesen újonnan, nagyon igényesen kialakított, parktikus apartman, teljesen felszerelt, ami egy kis belső udvaron át érhető el. A környéken sok kis reggeliző hely van. Buszmegálló, a ház előtti fasor alatt fizetős parkoló, 12.00-15.30 között nem kell fizetni. Az Aréna 15 perc alatt elérhető. Kiválóan alkalmas hosszabb tartózkodásra is. Nem volt olyan, azért jöttünk ismét ide.

You can easily walk to many sites in Verona. The apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable. While the host left a parking pass for us, we were lucky to get the last spot on the street. I’m not sure where we would have gone if that was filled.
• Kenneth (10/5): Great place to stay in Verona - Marina our host was very helpful before arrival ensuring we had access codes and directions to the apartment. Room was clean and very spacious and more than adequate for our needs. There was everything we required in the apartment. Also on leaving Marina kindly booked us a taxi to the train station. Location of the apartment was very convenient to the centre just a few minutes walk would take you right into restaurants and shopping area, 20 mins to the Arena and only 2-3 mins from the funicular to the scenic viewpoint to see over Verona. Small mini market just 10 mins walk also. Verona exceeded our expectations given a great base to explore we found it very relaxing away from the busy time in Florence. We took in an Opera and this was well worth the visit. Also 20 mins walk away is Giusti Gardens which were lovely. Would recommend Al Canton for a dinner as you are very well looked after by Fabio. Unfortunately weather was bad for the Sunday afternoon but the apartment was a nice place to head back to and we dodged the showers to take in the funicular and restaurant up at the viewpoint which Marina had suggested. When you are from Northern Ireland you get used to dealing with the rain.

You could park your vehicle and walk to any attractions with ease. Right on the river and very quiet. The owner was kind enough to lend us her parking pass so parking was easy and free. • Kallie (9/5): Overall a lovely 3 night break in a beautiful city - We had a slight glitch on arrival as Marina couldn't meet us at the accommodation so gave us the access codes to the door and lock box, however the lock box was empty as it transpired the cleaner had left the keys in the property! Marina was great and arrived with us shortly after contacting her to let us in. This was our first trip to Verona; it's a beautiful place and the location of the property was ideal. The welcome gift was much appreciated and our stay was really enjoyable. The bedroom is at the rear of the property and isn't overlooked or near a main road so the surroundings are very quiet. The only reason we dropped our rating by 1 point is that the property is not sound proofed - we heard EVERYTHING from the property above, below and adjoining. Maybe take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper or disturbed by other people's noise.

• Tanya (10/5): Beautiful, unique apartment just outside the historic city center - The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is top notch. The living room had a couch, chairs, and TV. The bedroom is open to the rest of the apartment but tucked behind decorative brick arches which make it feel private and unique. The bathroom looks very new with nice vanity and shower with rain shower and hand-held sprayer options. The location is very quiet and the room is dark at night. We slept great in a comfy queen sized bed. We were met right on time by the owners son and were let into the apartment and given a quick tour. The owner was in constant contact with us, helping with anything we needed, including booking taxi service for us which was a life saver! When we had a small issue with the shower, the owner solved the problem immediately, even while she was not in town. I can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly the owner was. She went above and beyond for us. We were very impressed and felt taken care of and very comfortable there. It is in a nice, safe location by the river and at the bottom of two scenic hills with beautiful castle- like historic buildings on top. But we though it was closer to the historic city center and train station. It ended up being a very do-able 1 mile walk to the city center, so that worked out fine. Thankfully, the owner helped us book taxis to the train station each day (only 10-15 euro cost) as we were using this apartment as a central location to explore the surrounding area by train as well as visit Verona.

Finding the apartment was easy and it was close to Ponte Pietra - one of the gateways to the center of the beautiful city of Verona. There was nothing that we did not like. • Derek (10/5): Exceptional - This property more than delivered in many ways. The location was only a short stroll across the bridge to the old town.a mere 3 minutes. It also was only 2 minutes from the funicular from where a wide expansive view of the old town is before you. The host met us upon arrival and even allowed an early check in when we ourselves arrived early.. We found the apartment supremely quiet despite being by a busy road, thanks to very efficient double glazing..the apartment itself was absolutely impeccable, having been appointed with quality fittings throughout, and extra little touches that were not expected. The bed was the best we had encountered, very comfy giving a solid night's sleep. Lovely modern bathroom with more than enough room which as I have found is not always the case.. A fully fitted contemporary kitchen was the icing on the cake. Security was also top class. There are 3 lockable doors to negotiate which themselves are very solid. I cannot recommend the apartment enough. Absolutely perfect in all respects. Nothing

Pillows were heaven in an equally comfortable king size bed! Beautiful Italian toiletries in ensuite. Great area to stay in, not far from a supermarket and only 5 mins walk across the bridge to city. We would definitely stay again. Great value for money. Nothing at all.

• Hannah (10/5): Romantic Verona - Central location to the center of the city and can walk! This apartment has all the amenities you would ever need, including kitchen which is fully stocked and a washer and dryer. Immaculate apartment. Spacious. We had a bottle of red wine waiting upon our arrival. Host had wonderful suggestions for dining and sightseeing spots. Free parking around the corner. Would definitely be back!! Free parking area is in significant disrepair and full of huge potholes, which if renting a car, need to be aware of when parking car. Go slow and careful with your car when using the parking lot and will work!

Excellent location also, only 20mins from airport and walking distance to attractions/shops etc. Definitely recommend staying here! It was perfect for our trip to beautiful Verona.

• Julie (9/5): Perfect location fir visiting Verona. - Location for visiting Verona. Studio was very comfortable. Marina was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit etc. Also told us where to park. Nothing. Beautiful studio to stay in whilst visiting Verona
• Aleksandra (10/5): I will come back! - We loved our stay from the very beginning. Marina was absolutely incredible host. She provide us with a permit so we could park our car like citizens for free. The kitchen was very well equipped, there was absolutely all and even the dishwasher machine. We found a Prosecco and a bottle of still water in the fridge. The linens and the towels were snowy white and super clean, so my inner perfectionist were more than happy about it! I absolutely loved the location. The old town is across the bridge. The funicular is around the corner. So you can take you fav gelato and go watch the sunrise and Verona from a mountain high.
