Guest Reviews
- Dick (8/5): - The was confusion and I ended up staying at the resort. I would have been very disappointed to stay at the hotel with the money I paid. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and my room was very quiet. The breakfast was super. Although the resort is in Karagita, I never experienced anything negative. The lighting in the room should be improved since some people come to work not just leisure.
- WILLIAM (4/5): - The property is poor state of repair. Walls have moulds and the verandars are dusty and dirty. The rooms are full of mosquitoes with no provision of bednets or mosquito repellants. Corridors are poorly lit at night while rooms have little natural lighting during the day.
Staff are very good, welcoming and professional.
- Lily (2/5): - Attracts the kind of clients who don’t know how to behave in a hotel and hotel management is doing nothing to address that.
- Karanja (6/5): Decent crash spot outside of town - I realized from this trip that hotels in Naivasha are generally quite overepriced. This hotel was my first experience in Naivasha and as such I didn’t have a fair comparison but by general international standards I would not call this anywhere near a 3 star hotel — more like a 1 or 2 star B&B or motel. That said it was clean and acceptable. Service in Kenya is generally over the top good - like seriously - and I’m super well traveled - and this hotel was no exception. However it’s only a two storey structure near Buffalo mall - which is a plus but outside of town and requires driving on a dusty (or muddy) dark, dirt-path to get to. There’s not much in the way of views and some rooms facing walls or narrow courtyard. The breakfast was basic but decent. The staff are the best thing about this place. Overall clean and decent. I would stay again because of these aspects but definitely don’t expect luxury when booking this. Oh and btw they seem to have conference facilities that apparently have multiple WiFi connections and other reviews mentioned being here for staff trips and conferences and it definitely seems like it fits the bill for that, or if u just need a spot to crash when in Naivasha on business or doing other stuff that keeps u outside the hotel for prolonged periods.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel. Rather small, but the staff are well trained and friendly
