Guest Reviews
- Guest (8/5): -
- Wendy (8/5): Very good -
- Herstin (1/5): Bad -
- Vanne (9/5): Superb -
- Brian (8/5): Great location and value. - Close proximity to two rivers mall. Secluded setting.
- Geoffrey (7/5): Overall stay was fine - Breakfast was not part of the package The daughter of the owner was really rude and disrespectful
- Guest (2/5): Be careful of being scammed! - - Tried to scam me into paying double on the day of departure by claiming I did not pay (had proof of payment from booking.com shown to them). After long deliberations and quite hostile discussions they let me go. Almost missed my flight because of this nonsense. Please be alert if you should decide to stay there!
- Yirgalem (9/5): The Rosslyn Studio is accessible and comfortable to stay in Nairobi for your purpose. - It was clean, big(enough space), and accessible. The hospitality was really appreciated. Nothing
- John (8/5): Great place and very comfortable - A warm welcome and a comfortable stay, really good place although out of town, so it depends where you need to be Only the dogs at night are a disturbance! Otherwise, highly recommended
- Isah (9/5): Superb - Very modest and wonderful accommodation that offers value for money. Absolutely nothing!
- Tamiru (6/5): Pleasant - There roads to the studio should be easy for disabled
- Haider (5/5): Very calm despite it is an old building - The landlord is very generous and kind as well as her team The building still needs more improvement. It needs more work to be as a guest house. More work for its pleasant experience
- Salih (8/5): Very good -
- Priscilla (5/5): Passable - There was no welcome from any of the staff, in fact I did not see any staff there at any point in my stay except the security staff and bumping into Joy when I went to enquire about wifi. This made the stay feel quite impersonal and that no one particularly cared if I was comfortable or not. A welcome note with the wifi code would be a great addition! Maybe a kettle and basic tea/coffee making facilities too. The night guard's dogs were also a problem for me. They were very friendly but I'm not a dog personal particularly so having the German Shepherd jump up on me was quite intimidating. He was just saying hello but he was also about the same size as me so it was a bit overwhelming and I felt a bit uneasy leaving my apartment after that. There must be a better solution so that the dogs can stretch their legs but guests like me can feel comfortable too. Finally, the last morning I was there the wifi dropped out so I couldn't order an uber. The security guard spoke to one of the staff on my behalf to try to help. They suggested that I hail a cab from the main road, rather than order me one. Not good! Making sure your guests are taken care of should be your number 1 priority! I had to ask the local gas station if I could use their wifi (they very kindly said yes) otherwise I would've been stranded.

- Mxolisi (8/5): Very good - Finding the place from the airport was not very easy
- Stanley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean (5/5): Passable - The location is good. Idea of providing breakfast. Room not rehabilitated

- Rebeccah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kabiito (7/5): Good -
- Eddy (8/5): Very good -
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- STEPHEN (6/5): - It was fine
- bob (8/5): Nice location. Good amenities for price - The place is great especially if you're looking for something affordable and only need it to sleep and cook and relax. My only complaint would the that there's no sign letting you know where it is and they don't have a good reception system so the grounrskeeper was a little confused when we arrived. Please add a contact number so people can call with enquires.
