Guest Reviews
- Kenneth (6/5): - The hotel itself was nice and was very clean. On check-in we were told that the company that handles their Hotels.com bookings was in a dispute with them, and that they had not forwarded the funds from our prepayment for the rooms. We were told we’d Ned to pay for the rooms at the hotel and then take the matter up with the company that handles the bookings for them to get a refund of the prepaid funds. We were charged only half the amount that we prepaid for the two rooms originally, so booking with the hotel directly would have been better.
I’m assuming that I’ll be able to get this refund from Hotels.com, but am not thrilled with the extra work that will be required. We book lots of rooms both in the US and internationally with Hotels.com and we’ve never had this happen. I think it’s probably just a bad relationship between the hotel and the company in Kenya who professes their bookings, but in the end it seems like I’m getting stuck with their problem.
The hotel itself was fine and we would consider staying there again the next time we’re in Nakuru, but we’d definitely try to book directly with the hotel.
- Alan90025 (10/5): Great Stay, Great Staff and Good Food - As part of a safari, we stayed at the Miale Hotel. We were pleased with the hotel, the room and the accommodating staff. We used the restaurant and the food was good and the restaurant staff helpful. While a simple hotel, it was clean and provided a great sleep. I definitely would recommend this hotel.
- Joseph_Solomon (10/5): Superb Service - I stayed in the hotel for one night with my family.
The service was superb; their dinner and breakfast was delicious.
The parking was very secure and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
The rates are fair as well.
I will come again God willing.
- idol2019 (6/5): Maile Hotel - very basic - Budget hotel with nothing special to say about it, the Rooms are just OK and same is the kitchen and the service
It looked as having particularly low occupancy (still according to our driver, he could not find a room ??)
The biggest advantage is its proximity Naqoura reservation gate, but it also its disadvantage, slightly noisy location
- Erick151 (8/5): Wonderful Hotel - Hotel is really amazing nice rooms, comfortable beds and great service. There food is really nice most dinner and breakfast.I advise all clients interesting to experience a better hotel for a mid - range luxury at a lower price, please count Miale to be your first choice.
- Reeny254 (6/5): Ok - We stayed here for two nights while on our way back to Nairobi after a looong road trip.
The service was ok,the lady at the front desk very welcoming,Brekafast was delicious. The bed was comfortable and clean but the room not very clean.
I would stay its OK for a night or two and don judge the hotel from the surrounding as its in the middle of residential houses.
I would recommend it.The rates were very good.
Thanks Miale.
