The compound has a cosy feel to it & it is not over whelming, the pool is very welcome. The apartment has good sized rooms, it feels spacious with aircon & ceiling fans. • Moign Khawaja (7/5): Comfortable stay which could have been way more better - The location is really excellent with the beach just 300 metres away from the property. The rooms are spacious and bright. There is a massive balcony which overlooks the pool and trees. The bathroom is spacious too and there is a laundry area where you can hang the wet clothes from the beach. The bathroom was leaking which meant the floor near the WC was always wet. We intimated the landlord but no effort was made to resolve the issue. The cleaning staff showed up only twice during our 6 nights stay, which is a bummer because the trash did not get collected or fresh towels were not dispensed. The flat is really excellent but the landlord/caretaker needs to spend tiny bit to make it excellent for the guests such as buying just two sets of plates, crockery, and glasses.

• Cynthia Siivonen (7/5): - My family loved the pool,the location and how near the beach was from the apartment. The compound was also very beautiful. Supermarket a nd the mall were also very close to our home. We loved the AC in the bedrooms. The furniture in the house were old,showers didn't work properly,faucets were also old and faulty,we had to remind them after 2 days to clean our room and bring tissues.

• JOHN MBATHA (8/5): Good views, very private and excellent location - The apartment's location is very good, near the beach (a few minutes stroll), and near amazing beach bars like moonshine inside the reef hotel and Masai beach bar. Nyali centre shopping mall is also a few minutes away. The upstairs one bedroom apartment I stayed in (room 12) was very private, offering a good garden and pool view. Toiletries were not provided and the water pressure was very low, but it was passable

• Christopher (8/5): Paradise indeed! - I was placed on the top floor room 20. The studio apartment was spacious and with windows on Ll sides it was very well illuminated with natural daylight. There was a massive rooftop space with a seaview! I loved it. Would've extended my stay but the following week was fully booked. I would book it again if I can get the same apartment. The washroom shower pressure was a bit on the weak side.

På nabotomten foregår det byggeaktivitet, og på dette stadiet er det utgraving og generell grunnarbeid som foregår hver dag fra kl 7 til sen ettermiddag. Mye støy fra byggeaktivitet. Bodde der også fra 17 - 21 september med bedre opplevelse, og den meste av støyen startet rett etter 21 september.

Also next door, when the power goes out, a very loud genarator, kicks in. At night,and another resort, has loudmusic going til late. Ofc, its not owners fault.Bring earplugs

• Barbara (7/5): Great location. Excellent security - The apartments are very spacious and the kitchen equipment is excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool, which is large enough to really swim. The security was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. There is ample space for parking. The place is a bit older and the wear and tear shows in some places.

• Yves (8/5): Very good - Staff Garden Location Payment: I choose to compare prices in KES and asked to pay in KES. I was asked to pay with a credit card. The booking.com system charged me in USD instead of KES. The bank rate was 136 KES/USD instead of the official Central Bank of Kenya : 129 KES ! ... Up to now, I always paid with Mpesa ... at CBK published rate. I shall avoid properties with this kind of payment rules in the future.

There was no stated curfew time but me and my partner were denied entry after a night out at 3. I was allowed to enter because I had booked the place, but he had to get another place to sleep

• Yasmine (10/5): Decided to extend, great location by the beach, great people supporting us when looking to do water sports and activitie - Great host and support at the office, excellent, safe and friendly security at the gate, as well as house help. Noise from surrounding properties, loud music sometimes into the early hours of the morning. Property isn’t sound proof, acoustics very loud from other apartments as well. People outside the property occasionally making a lot of noise. Sometimes can be frustrating when looking for a peaceful moment at night.

Cold water most of the time. Hot water not working well. AC was not cold did not work. Unable to sleep for first couple nights due to mosquitoes. A mosquito net was later provided.
• Adifin97 (8/5): Great Value for Money! - The location is 10 minutes walk to Nyali Centre, the property is at very peaceful location, The property is clean and nicely maintained, the rooms were large and clean. Maryam at the reception was very helpful and kind, all the staff (House cleaning & Security) made a safe , secure and pleasant stay. They could try providing water and some tea & coffee options as refreshment at least on the day of checkin-in.

The pool is quite clean and the garden grounds ar - Very clean, with minimal noise or music within the property, and the room had a decent bed and air-conditioning. The windows are very old and need repair. The room is not very well sound-proofed because of the windows, so we could hear loud bar music from the next hotel until late at night.

• Ottie (2/5): Disappointing - My recent stay at a holiday apartment was an absolute disappointment, characterized by a complete lack of cleanliness and an absence of housekeeping services. Throughout my five-day, four-night visit, the apartment remained untouched, with no effort made to clean or maintain the space. To make matters worse, there was no linen change or towel replacement provided, leaving me with soiled linens and damp towels for the duration of my stay.Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. Dirty floors, stained furniture, and countertops marred the living space. The bathroom was particularly grim, with mold, grime, and an unpleasant odor. Despite my hopes for improvement, the lack of housekeeping persisted throughout my entire visit, resulting in an increasingly unsanitary environment.The absence of basic cleanliness and the failure to provide fresh linens and towels is unacceptable for any holiday accommodation. Furthermore, the lack of responsive management or staff further exacerbated my dissatisfaction, leaving me feeling ignored and neglected. Location
