- Lawrence Ndosi (10/5): My stay at Capital Heights Hotel Nairobi was very good and truly enjoyable. - They provide delicious food and breakfast at a reasonable price. I like their mixed tea with milk. The hotel is a quiet environment, favourable for resting and your work or anything that requires a quiet environment. They have very kind and helpful staff, @Faith or Maria, Veronica and Sara and others. I didn’t dislike anything at all—everything was great.

La Direction doit former le personnel en français, espagnol et portugais pour assurer une bonne communication Les tarifs ont changé car le tarif a la réservation n'est pas le même lors du paiement. Vous avez annoncé recevoir en cash mais la réceptionniste a presque refusé de recevoir du cash lors de mon. Paiement

The location was perfect. It's a small and cozy place. The type of shower in the bathroom was not easy to use at all but I managed it. It's either very hot or very cold but I needed warm water.

- Merisha (8/5): Very good - The service was great. The facilities are amazing and it's at a great cozy location, an eatery and a bar a few steps away. There was an issue with payments system that could have been resolved or properly communicated. Otherwise great time!
- Catap22 (1/5): Per total a bad experience, a waste of time and money - They clean the room and change towels every day. The room is small, and the furniture very old, lack of toiletries (no shower gel, no shampoo)- only a soap and conditioner. The shower is necessary to handle with care, because is an electrical one, and need some skill to make it operate, but the water temperature cannot be adjusted too much (so flows too hot almost all time). The receptionist asked 115$, but the price on Booking was 88$, so I dont understand why they change the price at the reception (price for 3 nights). Also I wanted to pay with cash, she did not accepted, requested only card. The personnel at the restaurant is very slow. We was waiting 1 hour to bring us 2 boiled eggs, 4 saussages and some toast. Also the room photos posted on Booking are fake, because the room don't look like this in reality. So per total this was a bad experience and a waste of money. I don't recommend.

I didn’t like that the room has no ventilation, it has a window but there are no meshes also the place is missing bidet shower or handheld bidet! If they can offer it and add meshes to the windows that would be greatttt!

- Matthew (10/5): - The hotel was exactly what I needed for 4 nights in Niarobi. Hot shower. Clean bed. Nice restaurant. The staff were helpful and the owners brother, David, was good company and also very helpful. I would stay here again. There is also 24 hour on site security so safety is no concern.

Initially I ordered the single room, but it turned out to be poor lighting and overly small, so I switched to a double room on the second floor. i love that there is a restaurant right next to the hotel - but they sometimes don't open on Holidays! The cleaning process should be more rigorous - but the staffs are responsive.

- Bill (5/5): It was just an average stay - The breakfast was exceptional The reception guy was so helpful and hospitable The bedding was stinking If you ask for an extra bottle of water apart from the two provided, you’re asked to pay yet the hotel rates are so high to be denied merely a bottle of water I saw a Bedbug on the bed, that bit my girl’s leg A used tissue roll, probably from the previous occupant was in the toilet. I should only find new stuff there The picture used on display to advertise the one room I was in was just a pic from another room. My bed was by far poorer quality with noises and an extremely hard mattress
