Julene (10/5): Great place to stay - We had a wonderful time staying at Al Nisaa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is kept nice and clean. The breakfast is great. We felt safe and well cared for.
Verified traveler (2/5): A huge disappointment - The hotel promised amenities that were not available. We booked a room that would sleep four people, based on the hotel website's description, but when we arrived, we learned that they only have rooms that sleep a maximum of three people. We were charged for a second room even though the room that we had booked and paid for on our reservation clearly said we had a room that sleeps four people. The reception staff was not helpful or friendly at all. This place was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend it at all.
