• Mazige (1/5): - Only the location is good, but the facility is not good at all. The facility is very old and rude. The rooms aren't worth the displayed price. I didn't like the toilets, beds, windows are very small and do not have burglar bars and mosquito screen wires. The reception is dirty, small, and disorganised. I will never visit the facility again.

• Estelle (4/5): I would not like to stay in that hotel again, they need to work on it to appear modern. - I did not have breakfast. The location is excellent and the surroundings are good. they need to refurbish their corridors and appearance of the hotel as it appears to be old. The reception needs to be up to stands to receive the customers.
• Venkatasubramanian (8/5): Very good - Located in prime location hotel is neat and clean Rooms are very congested and some of the rooms don’t have door in washroom look like prison and hot water flow is very bad coming only very hot water r cooled water taking bath in this hotel rooms not easy.

• Ziya (7/5): Staff good but the place is outdated and needs major repairs, - Place was well located, bar was very good and staff excellent. The facilities were outdated, shower was either very very hot or very cold, bathroom sink was awful. No space to hang cloths or towel, toilet did not flush properly, and the list is endless. Electrical sockets hanging (dangerous), no bed side lights just the main light

• Ibrahim (5/5): Fair - Breakfast was okay. The location is good and Purity, the receptionist, was friendly and welcoming. There is an active and spacious bar with spacious parking and barber. Mosquitoes were everywhere and there was no mosquito net or mosquito repellent. The water tap makes noise and privacy in the bathroom is minimal because there is a window low and big next to the toilet seat that leads to the watchman's room. There is no Arabic shower installed for the washers, Muslims.

The staff, Mr Francis, Miss Lyn, the security men, infact all were so nice and hospitable. Although an old building but clean interior. I liked my breakfast. I recommend this place.

The facility of the hotel is very poor. I wouldn’t be satisfied if I’d have stayed there for more than one night. It was also very hard to find the Hotel.

• Ndungu (1/5): Insecure Extremely poor services - The place is not good at all evening is the worst from the security to the staff on duty I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone The security who made me wait out side the gate late at night because one was probably a sleep and the other one was busy watching/listening to music with earphones on and couldn't hear my car at the gate hence I had to look for another way in in short the security of the place is zero Check in is the worst ever the person in charge of the reception had to be called from the room she was sleeping in made me check in myself no registration at the desk nothing.....
