- Charles (2/5): Huge disappointment ! - The rooms, services or facilities did not in any way meet the descriptions provided online at the time of booking: no air conditioning, no fan, no wifi, no room cleaning, shared bathroom that was not cleaned during the stay. Altogether a huge disappointment.
