The rooms are amazing, clean, modern, spacious and the best I have stayed in for a long time, they also had an upstairs lounge area in the room, it was like a little modern flat, amazing.
Breakfast was brilliant, freshly cooked, lots of it, and set me up for the day
The location is not far from the motorway, but off the beaten track, so its quiet and secluded, a lovely calm location
This is a must stay place, you wont beat it

- Andrew (10/5): - This was a brilliantly charming bed & breakfast !
The owners/staff was so kind and helpful to explain to me the history and sights around the Worcester area.
I highly recommend this B&B for anyone traveling to Worcester, this is located on the outside of the city on a country setting. To get to city center, it is a 5K walk along a lovely canal for English "narrow boats" with about 8 canal locks to watch boats pass through.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Owner was welcoming, property was private. Breakfast was kindly cooked early as I had an early appointment. Room was spacious, modern clean. Bathroom was small but clean and modern. Shower was good and hot with decent flow. Slept well. Highly recommended.

- Michael (10/5): Just stay here - The perfect B&B. The rooms are large and very well appointed, and in a separate part of the building from the hosts so you dont feel like you're in someone else's house. We were given cake on arrival, good local advice and a wonderful breakfast in the morning.
The location feels like you're out in the country and yet 3 minutes drive from M5 J6 and a £7 taxi to the city centre.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely surroundings. Well kept grounds and facilities.
- Gabriel (10/5): Great B&B in Worcester - Would recommend friendly, comfortable, very clean with great modern size rooms fully en-suite that have independent front door and a breakfast fit for a King.
This B&B is for people that drive not public transport users.
10 marks out of 10 on my stay Febuary 2019.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice large room with lots of space that you do not normally get, with a sofa, comfortable bed and very posh bed covers and good amount of cupboard space.
Although near a busy road it is very quiet in the room.
Breakfast was a high standard as well and very tasty
- Ian (10/5): - A fabulous guest house in a country setting. Rooms are spacious, breakfast delicious and hearty but the real gem is the owner with her entertaining sense of humour.

The Breakfast was first class and very fresh
- Ann (10/5): Best of the Best B & B's - Just back from an excellent 3night stay @the Manor Coach House. Warmly welcomed on arrival by Chrissie and shown round the available rooms for us to choose. Every room was well fitted out ,lovely and clean and each had its own character. We stayed in No.1 which was lucky to have an upstairs sitting area together with fridge, microwave and hospitality tray with lots of nibbles. Bottled water was also replenished daily. Breakfast was fantastic. You mention it & Chrissie could cook it to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble. Our visit was to a family funeral & Chrissie kindly drove us to my sister in laws house saving the need for a taxi. We would highly recommend the Manor Coach House and if in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to book.

The room has every thing you could possibly need. The personal touches are brilliant. I travel for work and this was my third hotel of the week. By far the best. Never have I been asked if I would like some cake on check in. Great food at the local pub also. I would definitely go back and recommend this place.

A fantastic place to stay!
- Merv (10/5): Quality Hospitality Service at its Best - For someone who for many years has always stayed in hotels, I opted on this occasion to experience a B&B. Keeping an open mind on my visit to Worcester I was seriously impressed with the level of service provided from the point of arrival through to checking out. If anybody is looking for a B&B that provides a very clean, relaxed, great food and value for money from a lady who takes pride in her hospitality, then you will not be disappointed. Others within the industry could learn from this.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely B and B, room and breakfast great
- Verified traveler (10/5): Inspired choice - This is a real gem. Great location just a short distance from the M5 but very quiet. The rooms have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the large bed was vert comfortable. Lots of nice touches with snacks provided and a piece of lemon drizzle cake produced on our arrival. Very friendly welcome from the owners who could not do enough to make our stay special. Would strongly recommend.

The accommodation was first class; clean, spacious and comfortable, with lots of nice added touches such as chocolate mints, crisps, fresh milk, bathrobes and luxury toiletries. It seems nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, who not only work hard with the features of the accommodation but are exceptional in their friendliness and helpful approach. Breakfast was a treat; all fresh, well cooked and far better fare than some other venues - no cheap tasteless sausages and fatty bacon on a platter of grease here, just quality produce presented beautifully. We had a lovely stay and hope to be able to visit again soon.
- Ben (10/5): Absolutely first class! - Wonderful stay, we were treated like long lost friends! Fabulously clean, tasteful, comfortable. Breakfast was best ever - huge choice, beautifully and freshly cooked, gorgeous top quality fresh fruit all prepared and ready to eat. Coffee in cafetiere with hot milk. Thank you to all the staff.
- Jason (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - Excellent place to stay. Great service and very welcoming. My only slight gripe is that the internet wasn’t great. I only say that as constructive criticism as it did work but was a bit slow and kept dropping out. Apart from that I thought everything was excellent.
- Lorraine and Gr (10/5): The best! - Christie, Paul and Pauline are a fantastic team that made our first trip to the UK a most memorable one. Nothing was too much for them and we felt most welcome . - Richard (10/5): Fantastic - Absolutely fantastic please stop at for business or pleasure
- Christopher (8/5): Ideal business stop over - The location was excellent as I was working for a day at the nearby West Mercia Police Headquarters. The owners met me on arrival and showed me to the room which was very spacious and very well equipped, the only issue being that it was a bit chilly but there had been a drop in the outside temperature during my visit. The breakfast was excellent, freshly made fruit salad and a superb cooked breakfast.
