Pull down blind missing on one of the windows. No sugar in the room. Dinning room was cold. Mushrooms undercooked. Chipolata sausage. Limited continental breakfast.

Location to airport was very close Owner is a lovely lady who was happy to offer advice on how to get to airport, good food close by etc… Nothing, for the price we paid for 1 nights stay so close to the airport and the hospitality of the owner it was amazing

Lauren (10/5): Hidden gem a stones throw from the airport - Amazing location a short drive from Heathrow. A hidden little village complete with lovey historic buildings and two traditional pubs. Accommodation at the Hall was great, we had a huge room on the ground floor. The building is full of character and charm. Our host was really lovely and cooked us a delicious breakfast. We would choose to stay here again if flying through Heathrow. Definitely recommend! Nothing

Andrea (7/5): Convenient location, but very, very simple - Easy check-in, despite close to the airport still a quiet place, parking was close by and very convenient. Size of the room was big, however very simple and absolutely no personal touch unlike other B&B we stayed at. Lack of detail! Not very attentive staff. Bathroom: Just a big bath towel per person, no hand towel, no towel to stand on, no toilet brush on top. Breakfast: There was cereal on the breakfast buffet, but no milk, the spoon we had to take off the neighboring table, had to use a big soup spoon to get jam out of the jar. There weren't any glasses for orange juice on the first day, you always had to ask for basic things which should be standard at a breakfast buffet. Room: Carpet full of stains

Towels were very wet on arrival in one room and only one towel provided in the second room. No breakfast was provided and no-one was available to assist, messages/calls were unanswered. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, not really suitable to sleep on.

Cathy (7/5): Lovely place to stay on edge of London, near M4/Heathrow etc - with more charm than big hotels - Breakfast food was great. The B&B Building is lovely - so old! Village is lovely, enjoyed our walk around, past the church and visiting both pubs and the Barnes Wallace memorial. We also took a peek at the tithe barn through the gate. Parking was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable. At breakfast - no toast was offered, even though the other couple there had toast. The coffee was very weak however - not what we like and not what we would have expected. Sadly, we couldn't make the TV work.

Just 10 minute bus ride to the airport, so no rushing around in the morning to catch our flight. The room was so cosy and warm on arrival. Breakfast included (although I didn't know this at the time) and it looked fab. The host Susan is very nice & friendly. Maybe a better shower screen in the bathroom - the water went everywhere.

Quirky decor in the dining room and hallway. The heating didn't turn off on the first night but that was just a minor inconvenience.

They cancelled our stay on the morning, did not provide a refund and placed us in a more expensive hotel - which we had to pay for on arrival. No reimbursement they have just taken our money and made us more out of pocket with the additional costs of Premier Inn.

Madelyne (8/5): Not perfect but pleasant and friendly - This is a difficult one to rate. The service is warm and friendly and the building is wonderful. It's a great location with free parking during the stay and a great price for parking if you're flying from Heathrow and staying before your flight. It's a short bus ride to the Elizabeth Line so you're about an hour or so to central London and for the price, that's fantastic value. But the bed was very uncomfortable and the room is pretty spartan. It was generally very clean but there was no liner in the bathroom bin (but an old teabag at the bottom!) and no other bin. There's also no fridge in the room and it was very warm so we didn't buy any fresh milk for tea. I think I would come back if I had a morning flight from Heathrow and possibly if I wanted somewhere economic to stay whilst working in central London. But my wife did not get on with the bed and so might be reluctant.

Verified traveler (8/5): Clean, renovated room, comfy bed and plush towels - I only slept there for a few hours before flying home, but the towels were next level, the bathroom was new and the property was charming. The owner(?) was very helpful re getting a bus to Heathrow and letting me in very late. No paintings on the walls, almost no furniture, just a bed and a small table, also a TV, however the room wasn't large enough for much. Carpet was plush, room very clean. I didn't try the breakfast.

Breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed a good meal at the The Five Bells pub. Fascinating history of the little town of Harmondsworth, a town that unfortunately may be demolished if the Heathrow expansion is approved.

As we would leave early the next morning, we were told that we could have breakfast at 7:30am, 30 min earlier than the normal hour. However, nothing was there when we came down. We waited until 8:05am but nothing was provided. We had to leave then. This experience is upsetting as breakfast is included at this place.

Cooked breakfast was excellent with great quality ingredients. Sarah was lovely host and any slight issues were resolved immediately. Stayed 3 nights (1 then 2 following week). First room in main building was lovely and spacious but plenty of character. Next 2 night in a modern room was wonderful. Great quality bathroom essentials provided and tea/coffee facilities in room. Good hot water shower when needed and beds very comfortable and quiet. Only thing would have been wider breakfast cereals option but that is a personal preference and was offered porridge if preferred. Otherwise nothing to dislike.

Verified traveler (6/5): Average experience - We recently stayed at Harmdonsworth Hall. The listing indicated there was free secure parking on site, but the car park is opposite the building and slightly down the road (so you cannot see your vehicle from the guest house), and is quite small and insecure. We were taken to our room, which was very large and relatively comfortable. However, some cleaning cloths had been left lying around and the room seemed unfinished as we had not been left with any mugs for the tea/coffee. When I tried to find someone within 10 minutes of our arrival to ask about the mugs, there was no one on site to help me. The shower was awful and did not work properly. We left early the next morning so we did not have an opportunity to have the breakfast or speak to any staff before we left.

Easily accessible by bus from Heathrow, we stayed the night to reset our circadian rhythms after flying in from Vancouver. Highly recommend this stay to anyone. No complaints for the property!

They said that they will shift me to another hotel compatible to theirs which was fine. So I then arrived at the other hotel which was shocking. Twin beds with only 16” between and the wall. No table, chairs, dressing table, or closet. Only two twin beds in a tiny room. Tried to contact them but with no responds. I truly was taken advantage of. We wanted to end my vacation in a beautiful place but ended up in shock.
Brian (9/5): Great place to stay. - The location was excellent. The room was spacious. The breakfast was great. Safe parking. Access to Heathrow Airport was very easy on the local bus. There was a great choice of drinks in the room but no kettle, we did however have our own so it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is an old Hall and it is very beautiful, upon arrival the front door was closed but after ringing the bell the Owner answered! She was very polite and showed us to a lovely big room with lovely big windows, lovely bed linen and a really nice decor! Modern bathroom (the shower wasn’t great) but overall the room was nice. The toilet was DIRTY from the guest before! We asked that it could be cleaned! And when we got back to the room it had been clean and the spoon that was under the bed with other things like a screw and loads of dust had been a bit cleaned up! I never saw another member of staff!!!!!! Only this lady that was the owner! The breakfast is in the dining room which is a lovely traditional room that’s like you are staying in a Manor House! With old paintings and ornaments etc! The room doesn’t really have enough space for all the guests! Once again the person who served was the same lady who was the receptionist/ cleaner/ chef / waitress. She is a very polite person and helped us book a taxi to the airport! The airport is less than 10 minutes away!!! When she booked the taxi she said the cost is £43!!!! Which is outrageous!!! I live in London and would expect it to be £15 maximum (there is a £6 fee for the terminal drop off) and I had a dog in a carry case! But still!!!!! So I complained to the driver! He said it was becyas sit was an estate car and I had a dog! Plus we did have 2 terminal drops off so £12! But still!!! £43 is a complete rip off!!!!! Since reading the reviews I feel a bit suspicious of the hotel. I tried to leave a review about the taxi price on booking . As I feel this is a major thing people need to be made aware of! Even though it’s not exactly the hotel charging us! But the review setting has been taken away!!!! Which I find stage! So my opinion: Overall the room was lovely! Bed was comfy! She served all the guests a fried breakfast! Booked our taxi! Was polite and easy going but it seemed strange there were no other staff as she seemed really busy. I did ask her about this and she said the staff she was meant to have help, had let her down. My main concern is the cleanliness! And the taxi price! The taxi price isn’t to do with the hotel exactly but I would definitely look into booking a taxi before you go and check around for the price comparison!!!! As we left it to just before we needed to go to the airport and had no other choice but pay £43!!!! Also we bought anti bacterial wipes from the local shop for the room as although she cleaned the dirty toilet and did apologise, I felt I still needed to clean everything! Overall the experience was nice! I had a quiet sleep and the bed was so comfy! The towels were clean and smelled lovely! It was just a bit strange to be there! I almost wonder if the house is haunted too! I definitely think people stay there in the week or rooms are used as it I read the other reviews and this is also the impression I got! It could be an amazing experience if just a few tiny changes for the better had been made! The hotel is near 2 pubs and 2 local shops! The area was quiet and the people friendly! The hotel is so quiet! Although situated near Heathrow, the planes didn’t go over this location! It was so quiet! I had a really good sleep! I did cover the mirror and TV though as I was suspicious it couid be haunted 😆 but otherwise a lovely stay if the toilet had been cleaned and the taxi hadn’t ripped us off.
