• Joost (9/5): Prachtig - Il Casalone ligt net buiten Montepulciano en is zeer goed te bereiken. Je hebt practig uitzicht over de heuvels van Toscane en aan de achterkant van Il Casalone kan je het Trasimeno meer mooi zien. Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door Paolo, de eigenaar. Paolo heeft zijn best gedaan om aan mijn allergie eisen ( voor het ontbijt) volledig tegemoet te komen. Bedankt Paolo ! Prima locatie om het Zuid-Oosten van Toscane te leren ontdekken.

• Giorgio (7/5): Buono lo consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano pace e libertà di gestione della vacanza. - La posizione è eccellente in quindici massimo quaranta minuti sei nei borghi più caratteristici della zona, tranquilla lontana da strade trafficate. Nei servizi elencati era inclusa la prima colazione, arrivati in loco si scopre che tale servizio non c'è in sostituzione vengono forniti latte, marmellata, fette biscottate ecc. Ma io questo non lo considero un servizio! e consiglierei di togliere la colazione dai servizi offerti.
• Ilona Jankowska (10/5): Przepiękne widoki, komfortowe mieszkanie, super wyposażone, czystość nienaganna - Przepiękne widoki zapierające dech w piersi, zadbany ogród, piekna roślinność, prawdziwa toskania. Śniadania z tym tłem to bajka. Właśnie tego oczekiwaliśmy. Super komfortowy i wyposażony apartament, prawdziwie toskański. Było tam wszystko co potrzebne do życia/gotowania/wygody, nawet pralnia bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Wygodne łóżko. Pan przesypatyczny, miły. Udzielił nam wielu wskazówek. Lokalizacja sztos - blisko do sklepu, do Pienzy, Montepulciano. Wrócilibyśmy tam raz jeszcze lub zostali jeszcze kilka dni dłużej. Najgorsze (chyba w większości agroturystyk włoskich) są śniadania. Górują tosty i powidła i to za dość wysoką cenę. Śniadania na 3 dni to tak naprawde kilka produktów wstawionych do szafki i lodówki: woda, mleko, jaja, tosty, powidła, masło, kawa, herbata, kakao, ciastka, przyprawy. Więc następnym razem nigdy wiecej śniadań we włoskich agroturystykach. My jestesmy przyzwyczajeni do warzyw, serów, szynek, itp.

• David (10/5): Beautiful Farm - Paolo provided a lot of breakfast items in the kitchen to give us a start for our stay. We also had olive oil and honey from his farm. I asked him about trails to run near his farm. He gave me some good suggestions for running 5-8 kms on country roads without much traffic. The area is very scenic. We had fun taking day trips out around Lago Trasimene, Chiusi, and Perugia. Our stay was a good value. We had enjoyable meals which we made in the kitchen with delicious Montepulciano wine. We went to several grocery stores in the vicinity: Coop, Eurospin, and Conad. Great experience! The Wi-Fi in our unit worked fine for my phone, but it was a bit erratic when using the computer. If I took the computer outside closer to the Wi-Fi box, the signal was great.

The surrounding was breath-taking and we loved everything, from the views, the sunset, the pool. We stayed at Agriturismo Casalone prior to our wedding and it was the absolute best place to relax and gather ourselves before our special day. Paolo is incredible, so helpful and welcoming. • Claudia (8/5): Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. - Die Freundlichkeit und Zurückhaltung der Vermieter, Ausstattung des Appartementes, Lage für Exkursionen und die Weitläufigkeit der Anlage. Mir fehlte die Privatsphäre im Aussenbereich vor dem Appartement. Schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn z. B. Hecken Sichtschutz geboten hätten und ein „durchlaufen“ durch Dritte vermieden hätten.

Cisza, spokój, piękne widoki, doskonała lokalizacja - niecałe 10 minut samochodem do Montepulciano) oraz świetne miejsce do zwiedzania całej Toskanii. Apartamenty bardzo czyste wyposażone we wszystko, a nawet więcej. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i cudowny basen, który jest prawdziwą atrakcją tego miejsca. Ponadto magiczna atmosfera i fantastyczny, bardzo miły właściciel Paolo, który doskonale dba o komfort i wygodę gości. Dziękujemy za piękne i niezapomniane chwile, które mogliśmy spędzić w tym miejscu. Na pewno wrócimy. Nie było takiej rzeczy

• James (9/5): Fabulous booking in lovely location - This is a fabulous booking. The location was lovely, the apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and the host was fabulous. The hosts have thought of everything in the apartment - everything you needed and more. The apartment is well looked after with great amenities. We would defineitly come back here. Nothing.
• Mark (10/5): A relaxing stay in Tuscany - We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Il Casalone. The property is beautifully located near Montepulciano. The views are amazing! The apartment was very clean, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped in everything we needed for 5 days. The location was perfect for visiting several picturesque Tuscan towns in the area. The host was great and helpful. Even though there were other guests staying on property, we had privacy and enjoyed peace and nature. The highlight of each morning was having breakfast outside under a blooming linden tree. Everything was great!
• Donna (9/5): Well-run, clean and comfortable agriturismo very near to Montepulciano with large pool. - The breakfast was food provided for you in cabinet or fridge. There were refills if something ran out, including the coffee. The pool and grounds were great. The regular sized refrigerator had a working freezer. The owners were on the property and available. The area was quiet but close and an easy drive to Montepulciano and major roads to other hill towns. In order to have a larger refrigerator with working freezer, the usual counter space for cooking prep was used. There are cutting boards to use on the nearby table. It was a tradeoff, but I liked the ice cubes. And maybe you aren't cooking as much on vacation to notice.

The house is in a great location, well-equipped, and clean. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the yard. We had a great time here and hope to have the opportunity to come back here again！

Unfortunately the pool was not accessible at the time due to cleaning however it did not detract from our stay as there were many other things to do.

• P (7/5): Comfortable but disappointing breakfast - The place was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was a huge disappointment! They had milk, juice, small cubes of jam, bread, cookies, and brisket. That’s it. Was expecting better since it’s an agriturismo. The owner did provide eggs when requested but that’s all. Not worth it to pay extra for the breakfast. One can get it from the grocery for cheaper.

Clean rooms, everything you need in the kitchen. Montepulciano wine and pecorino cheese, strawberries and cherries. Breathtaking sunsets and being surrounded by nature. It's hard to imagine anything better:)

• Līva (10/5): Great location, kind and welcoming hosts. - The property is located in very scenic and quiet place. Nearest town is just 5 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean, Paolo provided us with great products for breakfast. The property is big, but all of its surroundings are perfectly clean.

• Elizabete (7/5): Good - The host communicates quickly. The place is clean both inside and outside. The view from the house is great. Recommend stay here on summer time, so you can enjoy pool. :) Montepuliciano is 5 minutes by car, but it is far without a car, there are no meals and restaurants available on site, so you need to drive. Breakfast is not worth it. For the price that had to be paid on spot (breakfast on this spot was only biscuits and jams and not served), in the city you can get a balanced breakfast for that price.

• Ed (10/5): Confortable accomodations in a great location with fantastic views and location - highly recommend - The place is totally homey and well laid out. The views are amazing and the location is PERFECT. It is clean and very roomy. The pool is nice and there are lots of little touches like chairs and tables set up for you to enjoy the view. The location is wonderful - about a mile south of Montepulciano and just on the edge of the Val D'Oro. I will stay there again when I go back. The only complaint I could even come up with is the breakfast - it is coffee and a bunch of carbs - bread and jam. However, there is a full working kitchen, so we went to the store and it worked great. They could use a microwave oven too, but both of these are VERY minor gripes.

Wonderful landscapes, great swimming-pool, spacious apartment with everything you need to have great holidays. The owner of the place, Paolo, is a very nice and helpful person. From Il Casalone you can easily explore south Tuscany. Wonderful agriturismo in picturesque south Tuscany! We loved everything, nothing to complain about!

The unit came with a lovely breakfast and lots of extra things like home made jam and honey! The host was amazing, really responsive and gave good recommendations. Didn't get to try out the pool as we were too early in the season.

The owner is super friendly and helpfull. The pool is big and nice and clean. the accommodation looks pretty old. Bathroom very very tiny and kitchen as well.

The owner, Paolo, is a wonderful, kind person, and we enjoyed seeing him each day working around his farm. The setting is beautiful, with amazing views all around you, and our apartment was so comfortable, spacious, and had a fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated having coffee, milk, bread, jams, water, and a few other goodies stocked in the apartment upon arrival. We used the Bialetti moka pot to make coffee and loved the taste so much we bought one. It was an easy drive to Montepulciano and other surrounding towns, like Pienza, San Quirico, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoli and Cortona, which we loved exploring. This is a special place and we can't wait to return! Absolutely nothing! Everything exceeded our expectations.
