- Samantha (10/5): - They do have a small parking lot, with a public access bar on top. Make sure you snag a parking spot before it’s all full. Our stay was wonderful, with a top view of the beach and walking distant from the beach. There is several fast food/restaurants in walking distance as well. While checking in, it was a breeze, no issues very sweet staff.
- Ronald (10/5): - Such a cool historic hotel and walking distance to the main beach entry and boardwalk. The rooftop bar and restaurant had spectacular views and food! Go! You’ll love it! I’ve told everyone that I know about it!
- Corrin (6/5): - Pros: Affordable. Friendly staff. The rooftop was nice and the location is great. Close to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants and activities. Cons: Bedding was soiled, room was dated and needed a deep cleaning. We had to switch rooms because housekeeping wasn’t available. Couldn’t park in the paved lot and had to park in a grassy area behind the property which was an inconvenience and seemed sketchy at night. Definitely a party hotel. Very noisy.

Not that they are all going to attack you but my girlfriend who's never been to Daytona was a little scared as we walked and just saw them everywhere. She felt very unsafe.

Staff went above and beyond helping me find a great Mexican restaurant. Definitely will be staying here again,!!

- Karolynne (4/5): Never Again - When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk and there were two parties waiting ahead of us. We waited about 5 minutes and asked the other parties if they'd at least seen someone and they responded that they hadn't. I decided to call the hotel on my cell phone to see if someone would come answer the phone and that's when a lady showed up finally. I hung up so she would start helping the guests. The room we were assigned was in steerage, the basement floor, room 109. We got to the room and one of the pillows looked like it had been slept on, and the sheets looked like they'd been slept on. The coverlet at the end of the bed was filthy with 'something' on it. I went back to the front desk and showed her the photos of the bedding, she did 'upgrade' us to a city view room, room 306 (which is what I reserved in the first place) without any additional cost she said... well I should hope not, since that's what I booked online. When we got to the upgraded room, it was sparse furnishings, one lone stacking chair to sit on other than the bed, the room was in disrepair. The floor had a cherry stem at the end of the bed, and the sink at the counter was dirty with some sludge running down the side. Needless to say, we did not stay the night. Since we had an event to go to, we used the room to store our belongings until after the event, then drove the 1.5 hours home so as not to have to stay. We stayed there before, with no complaints... things are different now!

The lady at the front desk i didn’t get her name but she has short dirty blonde hair she was absolutely amazing and carried a decent conversation with me overall I had a perfect stay

- Verified traveler (4/5): Will work if you have no other options - If you're looking for somewhere quick to stay for the night, it would work but its definitely not meant for extended stays or family get aways. It's dingy and soooooo small. The noise never ends which was fine for us but your kids will never sleep. Daytona Beach as a whole is dirty and has gone so far downhill. It was a quick reminder why we dont visit and will not be back

- Cathleen (6/5): - The front desk staff was wonderful, the hotel has a rooftop bar, and a cool coffee/pastry truck with seating outside. Unless you like being half underground, I do not recommend rooms on the first floor, which is actually down one level from the entrance. The view from room 109 was eye level with the ground. One window looked on a generator or ac unit and stray tanks and tools, the other window looked onto the sidewalk and road. The area outside my room looked like a cement storage closet with spare chairs and cleaning carts. Other advice is avoid the 4th floor as it is right under the rooftop bar. I stayed here because it is walking distance to the Peabody Auditorium. Even though I walked (<.5 miles) at 7 pm on a Friday night, I felt safer in New Orleans than I did walking to the venue and even took a Lyft back since the front desk advised me not to walk back after 10 p.m. There are some nice elements to the hotel but my room was below average and because of my overall experience, I would not stay here again.

- Sara (2/5): - Upon walking in the door I was greeted with rap music a half naked woman another woman and a man and if his fight and was made to park almost a quarter mile away from the hotel itself with all of my luggage I never made it into my actual room because it took three attempts of failing before I'd finally had enough and realize that the atmosphere of this specific hotel is not something was very friendly family environmental and was unacceptable and asked for a refund.... The party atmosphere was a little too much and the occupants were just the same

- Daniel (6/5): Recommended For A One-Time Experience - Awesome rooftop bar and bartenders! That is the highlight. However, they have 44 rooms and 23 parking spots (and priority goes to those going to events at roofs at, not guests); people blast music in their rooms at 3 a.m.; there is a $10/day resort fee; and you can’t charge snack and drinks to room (cash only). But you can walk to beach and good Italian restaurant next door. An interesting experience and glad I went but it’s one time thing.
- Brian (2/5): Save your money - Room was not as it was pictured. The safe in the room was damaged. One of the nightstands was broke and would not stay closed. The hotel has a Nightclub on the roof that takes presidency over the hotel parking. Very noisy. We only had one towel, I wash cloth in the room. Will not stay again!

The rooftop restaurant/bar gives you full view of the water and city. We had 2 bedroom suite which is so quaint and beautiful. Walking distance to restaurant, bars and stores. I will definitely be back. Oh, yeah they had a live DJ on the rooftop and Sunday is brunch $25 with Mimosas!!
- Gerardo (2/5): - The room is dirty, the pool is full of sand, the elevator is difficult to take Because people from outside go up to the terrace , Upon arrival, they charged me a deposit of 200 dollars and it's been 4 days and I haven't returned it. The only good thing is the staff in the lobby, they treat you very well. You shouldn't go on weekends with your children because they have parties on the terrace and you can't sleep because of the music until 2 in the morning. In short, I would not recommend it. I will never return.

Finally get checked in and in room and blanket on bed had hair woven into it , also even tho shower had double shower head found on first night neither worked only dropped, went to front desk told worker and was told be put in another room for my 2nd night n wasn't. Best part was location to Daytona boardwalk and the pool was amazing

I felt like I was on an episode of Saturday Night Live with how they would ignore us or respond so rudely! My husband and I were laughing by the time we were done dealing with them. Avoid!!

I didn’t get room card keys nor did any other guests as they had to reset every single room. I had fo be let in. When I went out for dinner, I went back to the desk 4 hours later and it still wasn’t resolved and I didn’t get my key. 2. Read the other negative reviews. If you are looking for a place to sleep, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! There is a rooftop bar and the entire building shakes due to the music and bass. Anytime a guest goes in and out of their room, or the exit doors no matter where you are in the hall, it SLAMS SO LOUD. This went on every 5-10 minutes. I asked to be moved but they said the only room available was near the rooftop. 3. No iron. What hotel does not have an iron? 4. Dirty stained wash cloths. Gross. 5. Run down and old furnishings. 6. Water pressure is terrible. I will say that the bed was comfortable but what is a comfortable bed if doors are slammed all night long and you can’t sleep. The pictures on the website look nice but it does look run down. The only other plus is the staff are all nice. I will not stay here again though.

- Sara (4/5): Cool Hotel; VERY UNCLEAN room - There are only about 20 parking spots for 40+ rooms. I checked in a few minutes after booking the room and had to wait about 15 minutes to check in. No big deal, they have a pretty nice sitting area up front and the hotel is NASCAR themed. Get checked into room 405 and notice that there is hair all over the bathroom and floor. No way that bathroom was cleaned but they did put a sanitized sticker on the toilet; which was also not clean. I the notice water on the floor by the dresser. Open the door and the mini fridge inside is leaking. Go down stairs and let the front desk know. She comes up about 20 minutes later with pool towels and unplugs the fridge and wipes up the mess. She apologized and said they couldn’t move us because they were full. Ok fine, no big deal. Sit down and then I hear a dripping sound, the ac unit is steady dripping on the floor. Go backdown stairs and ask for a pool towel. I put that down to dry the floor, the ac unit dripped all night. We went out to have dinner and got back to the room late. When I pulled the sheets back I was disgusted! The sheets were so dirty I couldn’t lay on them. Stains and hair everywhere. NO WAY those sheets were clean and the pillow cases were also gross! I put my beach towel down and tried to stay on that all night. Worst night of “sleep” Ive have in a long time. They do have a cool outdoor area but you can’t access it in the morning to see the sunrise. Oh and the health department shut the pool down. WONT STAY HERE AGAIN!

- Cheryl (6/5): - I love the esthetics of the hotel, vintage charm... and it was clean. However, our room was on the 2nd floor and we heard doors slamming ALL. NIGHT. LONG. And it sounded like an elephant walking around in the room above us. The beds left much to be desired and the pool was not open, on Memorial Day weekend. I was disappointed to say the least. The staff on the other hand was extremely courteous and helpful!

- Yordanka (2/5): - There were no air conditioning in my room first the one the give me it was dirty the toilet was nasty with vomit and then the second one the air conditioner had issues i called the front desk twice and the second time they came to the room and try to fixed and nothing it was 2 something in the morning then i waited and nothing had to leave the room and the place i ask for refund or have of refund and nothjng yet they are suppost to call me and they haven’t call me. I am supper mad about this.

Here's a revised review: My recent stay at the Streamline Hotel in Daytona Beach was perfectly adequate. There wasn't anything particularly wrong, and the room was reasonably clean with the hotel itself appearing well-maintained. You can definitely tell it's an older building, and while it has potential to be a much nicer hotel, the interior design needs a complete overhaul. The current NASCAR theme feels a bit DIY or budget-constrained, and a professional decorator could really elevate the space. Changing the lighting to something warmer would also make the hotel feel significantly more welcoming. I did notice that the doors could seal a bit better, as I could hear a fair amount of noise from the hallway and the connecting room doorway. On the bright side, the furniture was in reasonable shape, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The AC unit had an acceptable noise level and cooled the room adequately. If you're looking for a quiet night, be aware that both the lobby and the rooftop have full bars, which can lead to some nightlife. While I wouldn't choose to stay there again, it was an acceptable experience overall, especially considering some of the less fortunate guest experiences I heard about down the road at the Hilton.

- stefanlang73 (2/5): Never again – especially avoid Room 107! - No matter how many stars a hotel has, a room must be clean. Unfortunately, Room 107 was a disaster: a dirty cleaning cloth was hanging over the bathtub, one pillow was stained, and the shower dispensers were almost empty. The bed was sagging, the furniture was damaged, and the entire room felt old and neglected. To make matters worse, loud noises from the neighboring room could be heard all night until the early morning – making it impossible to sleep. I sent a complaint email after my stay, but I’ve received no response. Customer service is nonexistent.
- Jessica (10/5): - We really liked this hotel we had decided last minute to stay in Daytona for the night and even though a lot of places weren’t taking same day reservations they fit us right in and my son loved the pool really great area where you have accessibility to walk to stores and even the beach we were here for jeep week and drove up on the beach so no need to walk to the beach but it was wonderful and easy to drive to the beach with the convenience of it being right there didn’t get a chance to try the food or the bar upstairs but it sounded like it was a good time highly recommended

We were supposed to stay elsewhere until we found out we had been scammed. Found this place and prayed it would be ok. Right now you don't get service to your room daily but it wasn't a huge issue for us. Got towels whenever we needed them from the front desk.

- Jacobo (4/5): - We walked in to a room with sand on the nightstand and floor . So I when downstairs to ask them to clean it and it wasn’t never done. They have the roof top bar and played music till 2am so i felt like I was there too !!! Had to take the stairs up to my room because the party took up the elevator . So not staying there again

- Gary (8/5): Streamline is the place to stay! - Very nice stay at this recently renovated historic hotel. Rooftop Bar had beautiful views. Rooms were small but serviceable. Beds were very soft. Some of the employees seemed to be new. Coffee pot was broken but immediately replaced. Refrigerator and coffee pot only in rooms (no microwave). Great proximity to beach and raceway. Would recommend.

- Kenneth (8/5): - Front desk was great at check in but nobody there for check out. Beds are GREAT. Shower is hot and location is fine. A bit kitschy with the NASCAR history theme. However it was clean and a decent stay for much less than a Hilton or Marriott for a last minute booking.
