• Ellen (9/5): Great place for a getaway - Location was excellent. Shops and restaurants around the corner. Beach only a couple of blocks away. Parking underneath the building with lift access to our apartment. Huge living area with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Two balconies. Walk-in shower that didn't leak! Very comfortable QS bed. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner had a lovely scent. 2 sachets each of laundry and dishwashing detergent were provided. Noticed an EV charging area next door for those with an EV. We arrived at 12.30pm and were able to have access to our apartment early. Bath towels were a bit thin. No face washers. No bench space in the bathroom to put toiletries on. Pillows too soft (fortunately we brought our own.) Noticed blood/makeup(?) stains on the doona and makeup on the wall in the bathroom (which I was able to wipe off with a tissue and water) but other than that, the place was very clean. The welcome/instruction manual should be placed somewhere more obvious, like on the hall table or kitchen bench, not up on a high kitchen shelf. People in the apartment above were extremely noisy, making thumping noises that fortunately stopped by the time we went to bed but started again from around 7am. On Sunday morning, they were thumping briefly at 2.30am.

• Nas (4/5): Will not go back there again - location was good however it was easy to get the key but hard to find the properties, the map was very confusing we had to call someone to come and help! Defiantly didn't worth the money, it wasn't a $500 per night accomodation, very poor facilities, barely left us any shampoos or conditioners, had to go buy dishwasher and soup for toilet !

• Yiwei (3/5): - We stayed on the second floor, and we could clearly hear the footsteps and running of the residents on the third floor above us. During our stay on March 8th and 9th, we were woken up at 12:30 am and 6:30 am the next morning. The vibrations from the washing machine and dryer upstairs at 7 am were so loud that we couldn't sleep at all. We were staying with our 4-year-old child, but the experience was terrible.

A great location, excellent facilities and lovely team! - I was able to contact the property as I was arriving later than the usual check in time and was given instructions via email on how to locate the lock box to be able to collect my key. When I couldn't find the location for the lock box and called, my call was answered promptly and assistance was provided in a warm and friendly way to assist!

• Colleen (6/5): Time spent with family - usually stay here every year. - Location was fabulous Unfortunately our air conditioner in our room was leaking water so it had to be turned off (temp 36’) I slipped in the water and badly bruised/broke my toe which limited walking everywhere and why we decided to turn the air conditioner off. We were provided towels to minimise leaking . A service person was not available to fix.

• Ngaire (6/5): Pros - beds were clean and comfortable and the apartment was clean. Cons - no airconditiong, and no towel racks in the b - Convenient location, close to town centre. Air-conditioning had a water leak, didn’t realise until I woke up and found a big puddle by the entrance door. Lucky for me I had only been sleeping a short while and got up to go to the kitchen and that’s when I discovered the puddle and quickly used a bath towel to clean up. Couldn’t use the airconditioning for the rest of the stay which wasn’t comfortable.

The Phillip Island Towers do not have a separate reception form Phillip Island Accommodation. Towers is not advertised. No written down instructions to operate the cooktop.
• David (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend - The location is very convenient. The amenities are great, including indoor parking, elevator access, washing machine, kitchenware and comfortable furniture. The air conditioning had a flashing indicator and was not cold.

Lift from carpark so easy access to carry bags etc to your level. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Big balcony. Apartment very spacious with kitchen and big fridge. Washing machine/Dryer. Air con was leaking and only cool the lounge area. One chair broken before we got there. Fan not working in bathroom. Leaking kettle.

No housekeeping despite a hefty tariff No additional blankets or pillows Poor washroom design - basic stuff like taps in vanity. Shower weren’t thought through whilst fixing them - weirdly fixed causing much inconvenience. Dishes weren’t cleaned, appears house keeping wasn’t properly done when previous occupants checked out.

• Dean (9/5): Great apartment and spacious - Close proximity to local town Was missing a pillow case and only a double in main. A tricky lock to lock entry door. Also extra blankets for warmth as split system only in main living area. A little strange with having two bathrooms and only one toilet in two bedroom apartment.

• May (10/5): - Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We got free upgrade, that's a bonus. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with all the cooking and dining utilities.At night, it is very quiet and in the morning, we can hear all sorts of birds chirping. If there are things to improve, I would say the entry door is difficult to lock, it could be time to change a new lock. Another thing that I noticed is the hair dryer is about time to replace too, the surface becomes sticky. Apart of that, I definitely will recommend friends and relatives to stay there!
