• Tabisukigacha (8/5): 残念ながらお部屋から何も見えず - 日本語がカタコトな民泊のスタッフさんが多い中、爽やかな感じの受付スタッフさんが良かったです。 京都は駐車場もお高いながら、無料で停められたのは嬉しかった。 何よりお部屋は清潔感がありました。 お布団、シーツ類も気持ち良くて、タオルも連泊しても洗わず済んだので助かりました。 洗濯洗剤もたっぷり準備されていたのも好感持てました。 あえて言うなら、荷物が多い人は階段だけなので大変かも。 それと、旅ではいつもお料理するのですが食器類が少なかったかな。 もう1種類位あれば助かりました。

• Rebeca (6/5): It’s ok - The room was clean; however, the building doesn’t have a lift, so you need to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. The check-in process was also quite confusing. The address on Google Maps shows the accommodation building, but the reception for check-in is located elsewhere, and this wasn’t explained in advance—not even briefly. In terms of location, it’s not very convenient, as it takes about 40 minutes by bus to reach the city center. It doesn’t have lift, location , and also reception is very confused.

• Luis (8/5): Muy buen alojamiento aunque algo apartado. - Muy buen alojamiento y relación calidad/precio. Lo malo la ubicación algo alejada de lo que hay que ver en Kioto. La ubicación, aunque había buses y metro cerca, estaba alejada del centro y de la zona de templos mas famosa.
• V (8/5): Good value and stay. Staff was friendly. - Clean, bus is really near less than 5 minutes walk, 15 minutes from Kyoto Station, really spacious, bed were confortable enough. A little cold in the morning, so AC was nice. Staff was really helpfull and nice. Be careful as some of them do not speak english. If you want a more confortable stay with cleaning everyday, I would recommend taking something else. If you don't mind and are on a budget. I think it's a great value. The smell from the washing machine and the view to nothing. But we were out all the time so we did not mind too much. For the smell, it's just bad water smell that goes up the pipe. My friend did a laundry and it did not smell bad or had any weird coloration after. The smell did not go into the bedroom, nor the bathroom for us. Just the entry.
• Shinya (10/5): お参りも投宿も最高でした！ - 東寺にお参りしようと投宿しました。東寺の隣でした。清潔で安全なアパートで京都暮らしをしているような錯覚に襲われる、快適なお宿でした。本館受付の方に東寺界隈の人が好んで食事を摂るお店を教えていただき、そこでも京都に住んでいるような、楽しい気持ちになれました。今回は使いませんでしたが、洗濯も出来るようですし、なかなか使い勝手のよさそうなお宿ですよ。

• Radha (10/5): Amazing traditional Japanese stay with a very polite English-speaking host and excellent hospitality. - Everything was excellent. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to experience a true Japanese-style accommodation. The host was very polite, speaks English well, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a very pleasant and unexpected gesture. Overall, it was an amazing experience and, for me, the best stay I have had in Japan so far. • Caitlin (9/5): We can warmly reccommend Kyostay Iroha Toji Annex! - The good location and clean facilities! Very good amenities as well. It wasn’t very accesible, and there were many stairs that we had to haul up our heavy luggage.

• Mariia (10/5): Очень хороший отель с разумной ценой! - Всё было прекрасно! Чисто в номере, тепло, есть всё необходимое- мини-кухня, стиралка, шампунь/кондиционер/гель для душа/ фен! Отель находится прямо напротив храма. Рядом есть автобусная остановка и мы без проблем добирались на автобусе до всех необходимых мест. также недалеко есть несколько супермаркетов. Еще нас заселили утром, хотя заселение с 14.00. Спасибо большое за это девушке на ресепшене!! Рекомендую этот отель!

• GosiaOB (10/5): Polecam! - Bardzo polecam ten apartament w Kioto, jest przestronny, dobrze wyposażony, było czysto, świeża pościel i przemiła obsługa. Dobra izolacja akustyczna od dość ruchliwej ulicy - nie przeszkadzal nam wcale ruch! Pokój jest na tyle duzy ze spokojnie prześpią w nim 4 osoby przez kilka dni. Pralka nie ma prawdziwej funkcji suszenia - musieliśmy z naszym mokrym praniem na szybko szukać publicznej pralni z suszarkami. Na szczescie jest w okolicy w odległości spaceru pieszego.

• Matthias (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit minimalen Mängeln - Das Zimmer 301 war sehr geräumig in mit einem zusätzlichen Tatami-Bereich ausgestattet. Es hat einen kleinen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die Pagode des Toji Tempels. Waschmaschine und Trocknerfunktion waren super. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Kopfkissen waren zu steif/hart und leider haben die frischen Handtücher immer gestunken.

There were loud thumping noises coming from upstairs on the first night and I couldn't work out where they were coming from. The rest of the stay was fine. I had a bit of trouble finding the other hotel where we had to get the key code (maybe blame Google maps a bit).
• Anne (8/5): Good value - Small and basic, but it had everything we needed. There’s an excellent breakfast cafe around the corner. It was a bit far away from all the main attractions, but there was a busstop in front of the hotel and the line to Nara at 7 mins.

Bus stop is near the hotel to go anywhere. Just walk 15mins to go to Kyoto station. The Aeon mall is near the hotel. Perfect Hotel! Highly recommend👍! The staff is very nice and helpful.
