Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, l’espace piscine est superbe, le petit déjeuner est top, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche de la ville mais suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme. Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait que ce soit un « petit hôtel » et le personnel gentil et disponible.

• Nicola (10/5): Great stay in Hoi An - Our stay at Palmy Villa was simply perfect. The property is located in a quiet area not too far from the city center, which makes it ideal for relaxing while still being close to everything. Everything was spotless and comfortable, from the room to the pool. The breakfast was outstanding—rich, beautifully presented, and full of fresh seasonal fruit. Easily the best breakfast we had in Vietnam. What truly made the difference, though, was Ms. Anh. She welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her care and professionalism made us feel genuinely looked after, and she is a big part of why our experience was so memorable. I highly recommend this accommodation.

If you want to be in the middle of things, it can be considered a bit far away. However this is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful staty but still close to Old Town and the rice fields.

L'hôtel propose en plus gratuitement des vélos qui permettent de rejoindre en 10 minute le centre de la vieille ville. Merci pour ce sejour. Rien a dire.

Vores værelse var stort og komfortabelt med en skøn udsigt over poolen og haven – en fryd for øjet hver morgen!🥐 Morgenmaden var en fornøjelse med et udvalg, der kunne tilfredsstille enhver smag. Personalet var ekstremt hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Især Mrs. Anh og Mrs. Lin, som altid var smilende og klar til at hjælpe med alt, hvad vi havde brug for.🏖️ Alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale dette hotel til alle, der søger en hyggelig, nærværende og imødekommende atmosfære. • Noemie (9/5): Peaceful and wonderful - The host Anh was wonderful and so helpful ! We were welcomed with delicious fruit juice and friendly service. She arranged our day out with provided bicycles and called the coconut boat company for reservation. She made our stay so easy. Always helpful to call a taxi when needed and even did my laundry the way I asked (which can be particular 😅) would definitely go back to the palmy villa.
• LAMPIDOU (10/5): Dreamy Escape - The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with nice views from both sides—especially the breathtaking sunset from the back window. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The pool area was gorgeous, and the lush plants and flowers created a truly dreamy Vietnamese atmosphere. On the downside, the hotel is a bit far from the old town. However, if you enjoy walking or cycling, it’s about a 30-minute distance; otherwise, taxis are very convenient, quick, and affordable.

Le logement est non seulement impeccable en terme de propreté, mais aussi très bien agencé et décoré avec goût, ce qui le rend à la fois chaleureux et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement des environs tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre calme et reposant. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents, et rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. Superbe grande piscine. Un grand merci également en la personne qui manage cet établissement madame Anh qui sait montré disponible accueillante et attentive à chaque détail. parle parfaitement l'anglais et le français un grand atout pour moi .Le sens de l’hospitalité a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande Palmy Villa sans la moindre hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Un peu éloigné du centre ville

• Inge (10/5): “Uitmuntende ervaring dankzij warme gastvrijheid” - Ons verblijf in Palmy Villa was werkelijk uitmuntend. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom en helemaal op ons gemak. De accommodatie zelf was prachtig, schoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd – echt een plek waar je volledig tot rust kan komen. Wat ons verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was de warme en persoonlijke service. Ms Anh en Ms Linh verdienen een speciale vermelding: zij waren ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. Niets was te veel gevraagd en ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Dankzij hun gastvrijheid voelde het bijna als een tweede thuis. We kijken met heel veel plezier terug op deze ervaring en zouden Palmy Villa zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanraden. Een absolute aanrader!

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Bett sehr bequem und alles super sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Frühstück war top. Ms. Anh waren sehr freundlich wie das gesamte Personal. Wir werden wiederkommen. Besser für diesen Preis geht kaum noch! -nichts-

• Jen & Johns Travels (10/5): Lovely oasis in Vietnam - We loved the location, the use of the bikes, the staff are so nice the 2 ladies Anh and Linh are the sweetest kindest ladies. The pool and grounds are beautiful, the bed was comfy , we were on the 3 floor and the outside deck faced the road. It wasn't that noisy. The breakfast was great 👍🏻 I cant think of anything we didnt like.

Pool was lovely and I enjoyed how there weren't too many units in the property. Hosts did an amazing job at accommodating and hospitality. Thank you Anne! A bit further from the city center than I anticipated, but still great overall. Loud rooster in the morning, but not a problem with ear plugs.

The family really looked after us and our son. A special thank you to Ahn who made our stay extremely enjoyable. Palmy organised our coconut boat trip, airport transfer and really enjoyed the use of the villas bicycles. Nothing, the property ticked all the boxes and we think it’s was wonderful.

• Mariana (10/5): Our stay was like being at home. :) - Ms. Anh and the rest of the team are the best hosts you can ask for. Not only they are extremely kind, but also the property is a hidden gem and outside of the touristic center of Hoi An - at Palmy Villa we found the sweet spot where getting to the city by bike or bicycle is easy, whilst you can also quickly get to the closest beach in 10-15 min on a moped. In general, the property is very comfortable and the rooms are extremely spacious. The outdoor pool is enjoyable and relaxing, and the breakfast simple but fresh. The only con is that we didn't stay longer!

Это наверное один из самых тихих отелей в Хойане, шума с дороги нет вообще. До старого города 30 минут пешком, но есть велосипеды. Не советую селиться ближе к старому городу, если вам нужна тишина - останавливайтесь здесь.

• MiCo (10/5): Geweldig gastvrij hotel dichtbij de rijstvelden op 2 km van Old Town Hoi An. - We hebben 3 weken genoten van de gastvrijheid van meneer Ta en zijn familie in hun Palmy Villa! Het hotel is geweldig, gezellig, mooi, goed onderhouden met grote kamers, goede bedden, flinke badkamers en ruime balkons met zitje. De kamers zijn brandschoon en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt (er is ook een wasservice). Palmy Villa serveert een uitstekend (keuze-) ontbijt. Een mooi zwembad - met voldoende ligbedden en badhanddoeken - maakt het plaatje compleet. Fietsen zijn gratis beschikbaar en, zeker in het ‘rijstseizoen’, is het geweldig om over smalle betonwegen door de vlakbij gelegen rijstvelden te dwalen met fiets of te voet. De sfeer in het (kleinschalige) hotel is gezellig en familiaal. Mister Ta begroet z’n gasten dagelijks even en is verder bezig met allerlei klussen bij en aan het hotel. De dames/receptionistes Miss Linh en Miss Anh regelen letterlijk alles voor hun gasten, van ontvangst bij aankomst, serveren van het ontbijt tot het regelen van taxi’s en uitstapjes. Niet is hen teveel. Omgeving Vlakbij het hotel liggen de rijstvelden waardoor het prachtig wandelen is. Old Town Hoi An ligt op 20 á 25 minuten wandelafstand langs een rustige weg (met goede restaurantjes) die langs de oevers van de Thu Bon Rivier loopt. Gebruik daarbij vooral de smalle binnenweggetjes! Met de fiets ben je er in een kwartier. Ook het strand met alle voorzieningen die erbij horen is binnen 20 minuten te bereiken met de fiets. Sfeervolle restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten, talloze winkeltjes en een markt zijn er binnen loopafstand van het hotel. Dankjewel, meneer Ta en familie Ta! • Valentin (10/5): Superbe Hotel familial - Ms Anh est adorable et fait tout pour vous aider, le staff de manière générale est aussi très sympathique. Les chambres avec vue sur la piscine sont magnifiques, l’emplacement est top a proximité de quelques restaurants et boutiques mais un peu excentré du centre donc au calme, c’est vraiment plaisant. Les omelettes du petit déjeuner sont effectivement très bonnes. Propose le prêt de vélos gratuitement et la location de scooter pour 150k dong par jour. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié et nous l’avons trouvé un peu cher. Les femmes de ménage passaient un peu trop tôt dans les chambres, nous étions souvent dans notre chambre vers 10h30-11h et plusieurs fois elles sont venues a cette heure la, rien de grave mais elles pourraient passer plus tard selon nous.

• Jim (10/5): Great little boutique hotel with pool - What a great little boutique hotel. The staff here is so friendly, greeting you by your name and helpful with everything. The hotel is very clean and the beds are so comfortable and it is nice and quiet . The pool was so refreshing after a day of exploring with comfy loungers and umbrellas. They had bicycles for us to use and we had so much fun exploring the paddy fields and beach on them. Breakfast was included with our stay and every morning there was fresh juice, coffee and tea, Fresh sliced fruit , bread lettuce and tomato and banh mi bread. They would do and egg anyway you like ( we always ordered the omlet ) it was so good . There are restaurants near by and cute coffee shops. We walked or biked everywhere but you get. grab into old town for 60,000vnd. Fantastic place, would stay here again! The doors to the rooms are frosted glass and if your neighbours don't turn out their balcony lights it shines in your room at night.

• AgatheCrpt (1/5): A fuir ! - Même si les chambres sont correctes et que les vélos sont gratuits, l’ensemble du séjour nous a laissés une très mauvaise impression. Nous n’y retournerions pas. En revanche la ville est super ! L’hôtel paraît très charmant au premier abord, mais notre expérience a été très décevante. Dès l’arrivée, problème avec la laundry : le prix nous est annoncé clairement à 15 (confirmé plusieurs fois par écrit), puis facturé 50 à notre départ, sans possibilité de discussion et avec un ton déplacé. De plus, le linge a été lavé puis laissé à sécher dans la cour mais à notre retour, une partie était tombée au sol, pleine de poussière, que j’ai dû nettoyer et réétendre moi-même. Le ménage a aussi posé problème : à 10h du matin, on a tambouriné à notre porte et tenté d’entrer malgré nos refus, alors que je me douchais. Présence de cafards dans la salle de bain. La serviette de piscine fournie était très sale, avec une forte odeur de moisissure et des taches noires (photos à l’appui, et encore j'ai mis le côté le plus sale côté transat). Piscine par ailleurs glaciale. Enfin, gros souci avec le taxi pour l’aéroport réservé et payé via l’hôtel : erreur de réservation de l'hôtel, le chauffeur s’est rendu compte en cours de route que ce n’était pas la bonne course et que l’hôtel risquait de ne pas le payer. L’hôtel n’a pas coopéré au téléphone. Le chauffeur a néanmoins été très correct et nous a déposés à l’aéroport de Da Nang. L’hôtel nous a pourtant encaissé 350K pour cette course
• Wat (9/5): The hostess Anh was so friendly and helpful, so is the owner Mr, Linh. It’s a cozy little villa pool - The egg omelette was excellent! The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits everyday, hot pho and fried rice to order. All the tea and coffee and juice. Plus toast, pastries… There’s a rooster that crows every morning starting around 5am, but after a day or so we got used to it and didn’t hear it anymore. Bathroom could use a shelf to put our stuff on.

• Michelle (10/5): Parfait ! - Petite structure; Accueil adorable; jolie piscine; grande chambre lumineuse avec terrasse ou grand balcon. Savoureux petit dej avec beaucoup de fruits frais. Très proche d’un petit marché et de tous commerces/restaurants/café. Les rizières sont juste à côté. La ville à 15/20 mn à pied en passant par les bords de rivière (trajet très tranquille). Vélos à disposition sinon service grab efficace et très bon marché.

• Susanne (9/5): Spacious enjoyable villa among the beautiful rice fields - It was very cute and nice, the staff is very friendly, breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious. It was a bit out of center which made it more quiet and gave the opportunity to walk along rice fields. The smell of mold is in the air and on the bathroom curtains due to the high humidity. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the walls are thin and you can hear roosters and other people easily.

• Pavel (8/5): it’s a decent hotel for its price, but its comfort feels purely formal and impersonal. - Overall, it’s a decent hotel for the money. Polite staff, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, and good Wi-Fi. However, I felt somewhat uncomfortable. There are small windows on the wall near the bed, and at night a lot of light from the street lamps shines through them. The blinds provided by the hotel clearly do not cope with this issue. It’s unclear why these windows are needed on that wall at all. At night, the room was as bright as daytime, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I am referring specifically to the rooms located near the pool. The breakfast is okay, but very basic and could use a bit more variety. The neighbors’ roosters were crowing 24/7, both day and night! I understand that this is not the hotel’s fault, but still…
• Lauren (10/5): Beautiful hotel and lovey staff! - We have just stayed here for five nights and I would recommend Palmy Villa to everyone! The most beautiful setting, lovely pool and sun lounge area, very peaceful. The rooms are big, modern and super clean - shower is great and beds are so comfortable. We had breakfast each morning here and I would recommend you book it too, fresh fruit, your choice of eggs and fresh bread everyday - delicious! The staff are also so lovely, always saying hello and checking if you need anything. Special shoutout to Anh, who was the kindest person, remembering our names (and all guests names by the sound of it) and making sure we always had what we needed. We have been travelling for a couple of months and booked Palmy Villa as a bit of a break to relax for a few days, it definitely allowed us to do that and we did not want to leave! Thank you!

• Tom (10/5): Perfect 👌 - Our family of five (two adults and three children) spent 10 days at Palmy Villa, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the moment we were checked in by Anh everyone was so welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to help however they could. Over the 10 days Anh and all the other staff helped when our children fell over, mended our pushchair and even fixed one of the children’s toys on top of everything else you would expect from an amazing hotel stay. Breakfast is fantastic, be sure to add that to your booking. We arrived a day early and after 10 days we’re sad to be saying goodbye. Location wise Palmy Villa was perfect for us, it is walkable to Han Oi Old Town and just a short Grab ride to the beach and coconut boats. Within a few minutes there is a local market and lots of great restaurants too.
• Orr (9/5): Would go again - The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with omelets made to order using fresh eggs collected from their hen run and slices of papaya from the tree in the hotel yard. We liked being near the vegetable fields and had no difficulty catching a Grab taxi for a ten minute ride into the center of town. If you like staying right on top of the action then this isn't the place for you. We really enjoyed our stay at this family-run place. There were no tissues in the room. I'm sure they'd have provided some if I'd asked. There was a slight smell of mould in the room. Once we'd left the door open for an hour it dissipated

• Fatima (10/5): - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There are no notes. The room was spacious and bright, and the bathroom was equally large with a lovely walk-in shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby. The pool looked great but the water was too cold for me. However other guests clearly enjoyed it. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, which is typical of Vietnamese hospitality. You can also rent a bike or motorbike to explore Hoi An. Negative? That I had to leave. As a small note, there’s a bit of a humidity smell but it fades away with the windows open. I didn't notice any mould on the walls.

We felt at home :) also when we arrived early in the morning (4:15) they woke up to open the door and helped us get comfortable in our room without charging an early check- in. We also used the facilities to do our laundry and rent a motorbike. The room was beautiful and has a lot of space. The swimming pool is also very nice. They bring you a towel when you sit down.

• Lars (10/5): Perfektes Hotel, um Hoi An zu erkunden - Sehr geräumiges Hotelzimmer, mit großem Bad und sehr bequemen Bett. Ebenso top sauber. Das Highlight ist die freundliche Atmosphäre, die einem bereits beim Check-In entgegenkommt. Wir wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes von Anh ganz herzlich behandelt und fühlten uns dort so wohl, dass wir spontan um eine Nacht verlängert haben. Die Fahrräder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Very relaxing stay in Hoi An, will come back! - Spacious rooms, clean pool, comfy matrasses, quiet neighbourhood, huge balconies, and overall just a smooth and pleasant experience. Mrs Anh was helpful and always friendly and approachable. This was our favourite stay in Vietnam due to the nice rooms and facilities. Not much. Breakfast items and coffee were a little scarce sometimes. They offer late checkout but it is almost 70% of the nightly rate which we found to be on the steep side. Motorbike rental was awesome and we had our favourite bike here, but we exchanged the first one that was offered as the gas did not pull right and it was a bit too old.

Loved having the free bicycles to use whenever we wanted. Food and spa options close by if you don’t want to go all the way into the old town. Location might be an issue for some.

The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. We also particularly liked the pool, which was a wonderful place to relax after trips to the old town. We would like to express our special thanks to Miss Anh. She organized everything we needed in a very friendly, professional, and uncomplicated manner. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back again. We really have nothing to complain about.
