- M Tanvir (1/5): Worst.....Don't belive the pictures they share.....not the same as it is - Nice location near to monorail station and markets. Air con works good. Representative Jasim is a good man and try to do the best Poor cleaning. Cockroaches. Kitchen cabinets smelling cockroaches. No washing machine. Poor wifi. No tv channels working. No dining table.

- Ng (3/5): if not because coach pick up location was close and there mall in the building, wont stay there. - Location is close to the coach pick up point. Walking distance to other eating area and mall. The toilet smell of left over urin . Toilet door handle poorly maintain. TV 11years ago (didnt manage to on it) using room key to unlock instate of using key card ( Only one for key and one for the lift ). Sofa one side already going to fall off which u can lay side ways. Sitting on it no longer comfortable. Room and toilet was poorly maintain. For the very first time both of my kid not using wanting to use the bathtub.

- Frank (4/5): - This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. Gentlemen who came up couldn't care less and really didn't understand why! Next room the a/c didn't work and after 3 service calls and half my dayit barely worked so i got a fan! Then the a/c poured water and soaked the bedroom carpet and they used my towels to clean it up! 3 more service calls and finally fixed but wouldn't change my room for the wet floors because i was checking out the next day... Don't walk away from this place, RUN! I won't talk about the mold and bugs!!!

- Meg (6/5): Great location - Great location and we had a fabulous view from our studio. Daily housekeeping and fresh bottled water was much appreciated. Lovely staff and excellent check in and out service. No toilet seat, it was broken and not fixed during our few nights stay. Bathroom could do with a good clean. Very minimal kitchen utensils/crockery. I'm sure it wouldn't cost much to provide each rental with a clean dish sponge and a chux, rather than used grubby ones. No tea towel supplied.

Security at the mall and suite is tantamount. And best of all, it is in the heart of the city. Initially, the room has an ordour and smelt mouldy. Perhaps, it's months and months od neglect during the Covid-19 lockdown. The door looks broken and is minimally secured.

- Anonymous (1/5): I don’t recommend this hotel for family, but if you are travel alone and need the most convenient accommodation, this ho - very old but location is good the room was smelly, the bathtub was leakage, the bedsheet was dirty which had some blood on it. some lights were not working. The amenities were not enough, we booked the room for 3 persons but only offer 2 sets of toothbrushes, also didn’t provide shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, and only 1 toilet roll, I asked the handling agent and he said could replenish on the next day.

Food court and others food outlet are walking distance. To shopping mall are walking distance. The representative should wear a dress coat with display name and work title. The apartment agent should check the room thoroughly before rent to the new guest.. The amenities need to check before its ready for the guest. Representative should to take note. problem encounter not be like Mr.Yes. There is no sign who is KL Bintang Suites agent. 4th day shower cap flip off. I shower like a water fall. Verydisappointed. I wish could get my money back, Not very happy during my say. Amenities are very bad.

- Naveed (10/5): Exceptional - Strategic location. Rooms were cleaned and housekeeping did a great job of checking on a daily basis. Host was very welcoming and helpful. The showere head in the room i had was broken, host said he will fix it but never happened. Also the key hole of the main door was broken. Asked the host for another key card but he didn't agree. There's only a number of lights and wall plugs making it difficult. Also the ceiling from where the bathtub is was leaking. Make sure you bring your insect spray cause little cockroach everywhere.
