Guest Reviews
- Joana (9/5): Great for price, recommend. - The staff kind, helpful and generous.
The location was perfect, really close to the slopes/lifts.
The room was comfortable.
The bar area was pleasant to be at, not too crowded and nice. I also liked the spa area The breakfast could have been better looking and arranged. It wasn't bad nor it tasted bad but I feel that it didn't have many options for organic and vegan/vegetarian eaters. I think the room was a bit too small and also the bathroom, was hard, I was alone but if I was with someone else it would have been quite annoying.

- André (7/5): - Location Food at breakfast and dinner. Comparing to Hotel Cristina, quality is much lower and much less options
Hotel is also older with a little less safety systems comparing to Cristina.
Staff depends, but had some interactions with very nice staff, however I would say half of the staff are not so polite and attentive.
For same price, I would choose Hotel Cristina which is right next to it

Personalmente no me gustan.
- thomas (10/5): - Great value. Really comfortable beds. Awesome breakfast buffet. Location was perfect. Will be back next year!

- Rory (10/5): Great ski hotel! - Fantastic location, clean rooms, good facilities, helpful and efficient staff, excellent breakfast included, very tasty buffet dinner as a paid option - couldn't ask for more. Adrien (sp?) the manager was super friendly even with our large group and limited Spanish. Hotel was very busy during our stay but well soundproofed and never an issue. Will hopefully be coming back next year! Nothing
- Ana (7/5): - Localização e pequeno almoço. Quarto pequeno, algum cheiro a mofo no hotel.
- Guillaume (10/5): Super week end en semaine ☺️ - Emplacement sympa! Vestiaire ski 👍 Manque de place de parking
- John (10/5): -
- Shelley (10/5): -
- Dominik (7/5): it is oke. - location is perfect! breakfast is oke but nothing special.
the sheets are very fuzzy and some how dusty.
- elad mesika (6/5): - מיקום מעולה

- Cátia (9/5): - Staff is amazing
Location
Food is great Rooms are very small. For us was ok because we only had a few things but more than one small bag per person and it won’t fit in the room
- christopher (3/5): Dirty Tiny Room for a kings ransom, no staff or service - the breakfast wasn't awful, decent selection for all tastes, good selection of juices, coffee and teas. The Bar area was very nice, had a good selection of spirits, limited on beer. The staff were nowhere to be seen. After a long day on the slopes, wanting to relax with a drink might take longer than you think. When they did show up, they still didn't serve you. Its a place where the customer isn't the priority and they'll get to you when it suits them. The room, the bathroom shower head kept falling, this happened in every room our group was in (4nr). They weren't the cleanest. I had a perfectly square piece of dirt on the ceiling where the painter must of missed. Another in our group had a plaster stuck to the wall for 5 days, its probably still there. For the price we paid, we could have had an all inclusive holiday for a week, instead of a dirty tiny room for 5 days.
- Corinne (8/5): Très bon séjour - Propreté, décoration, équipement
Local ski rdc

Volveremos. Las habitaciones y el baño son pequeños.

Alleen de sauna en stoomcabine was open. Dit konden wij nu gratis gebruiken. Was prima!

- Wilkie (10/5): -
- Eugénie (8/5): -
- Aleksei (7/5): - Amazing friendly staff, good breakfast. 15% discount to the ski rental in front of the hotel. Many games in the hotel lobby. Room size is very small. For 2 persons with big luggage (I had big snowboard case) it's not enough.
- Katell (8/5): - La propreté
La gentillesse du personnel
La localisation
Le petit déjeuner Le lit trop petit
La chambre trop petite pour 3 personnes
- Iuliia (9/5): Very nice for snowboarding and skiing! - Very close to the slopes, 15% discount in the rental nearby, nice clean rooms, there are lockers for equipment There is no private parking, you can park only in the street in the blue area (10€/day), and sometimes there is no places nearby. Also there is indoor parking nearby and it costs 21€/day.
- Erick (3/5): Deeply Disappointing – Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had - The only positive aspect of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. I stayed two nights at Hotel Camelot in Pas de la Casa, booking two rooms, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve stayed in plenty of budget places and hostels.
First of all, the hotel feels very old, and not in a charming way. There is a strong smell of old furniture throughout the building, including the rooms. The rooms themselves are extremely small, barely enough space to move or even lie comfortably on the bed. The bathroom is tiny, and the materials used everywhere clearly reflect very low quality — even basic things like the toilet paper made that obvious.
Now, the food deserves special mention — because it was truly awful.
Dinner was so bad that one night we simply skipped eating because the options were borderline unappetizing. The food had poor flavor, extremely limited variety, and the restaurant service was completely disorganized. There was one person cooking on the grill who didn’t respect the order of requests, creating confusion and frustration.
Breakfast was not much better: very few options, almost no fruit, and overall low quality. Definitely not what you’d expect even from a basic 3-star hotel.
In the end, we changed hotels and moved to Hotel Cristina next door — which offered, also as a 3-star hotel, a dramatically better experience in every possible way. The comparison is honestly embarrassing for Hotel Camelot.
This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve had better experiences in hostels. My strong recommendation is: do not stay here. The hotel needs a serious commitment to improving quality.

- Eggs11 (8/5): Very good, clean & friendly hotel - Just returned from here following a ski trip to Pas de la Casa.
Whilst the hotel won’t win any luxury awards, they do the basics needed for a ski trip extremely well.
Warm welcome on arrival in a spotlessly clean reception area which was a theme throughout the hotel all week.
Food was self service and there was plenty of choice including a cook in front you (eggs at breakfast and meat and/or fish in the evening). Quality was excellent.
Juan Manuel in the hotel bar was very friendly and looked after us well all week. Bar had a selection of games to help pass the time. The mini cinema was great to take in sport too.
Staff in general couldn’t do enough for you. Very helpful.
Boot room was convenient for ski’s although didn’t have boot dryers.
Location is excellent; a short walk from the cut through to the slopes and nearest bars.
Only downside for a room at the front was noise of some returning from lengthy apres-ski in the early hours.
All in all, very good hotel and would definitely look at this for a return to Pas de la Casa
- jenson1077 (10/5): Amazing!! - We have just returned from a 7night stay at the Hotel Camelot. There was 9 of us in our party.
From the very first day the staff were absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
The facilities were clean and tidy. The va atmosphere is great with pool table, table football, board games and cinema room. Our teenagers/young adults loved this.
The Magic Show with George was an amazing highlight, he is fantastic and left us speechless!!
The restaurant is 10/10 beautifully fresh breakfasts and dinners. Chef on view to cook delicious dishes whilst you wait.
Waiting staff work really hard and always smiling.
Can't wait to return to this fab hotel.
Thank you Hotel Camelot.
- Toby (10/5): Exceptional - Clean loads of unexpected things like the games in the bar area. Also so close to the slopes Nothing
- Alejandro (8/5): Very good -
- Theo (9/5): Superb -
- Francisco (9/5): One of the best hotels in Pas de la Casa - I had an excellent experience in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location. Very comfortable staying. I'll definitely repeat next year.
- George (8/5): - The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs. Our only complaint about this area was that the entrance to these facilities would flood with excess water and also had a strange smell.
- Gregory (8/5): Very good -
- 914cassandraj (10/5): Highly recommended for a ski week - Really great hotel - we had a really good week. The staff couldn’t be lovelier or more helpful. Rooms comfortable, clean and with everything you need, and a great buffet selection with fresh eggs and fish cooked to order. There is an underpass one minute’s walk away that leads straight onto the piste, so practically ski in ski out, and a very quiet night’s sleep while being close to the nightlife! Highly recommended.
- richardhC9013FZ (8/5): Camel Lot - Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and granddaughter. Room Cawas nice and clean if a little lacking on space with the extra single bed added. This was more than made up for by the quality of food and very attentive staff. The nice bar and communal area with cinema also added to the overall experience. 👍
- Lilynoble111 (6/5): good location, comfy stay but noisy - Hotel is well located, very close to the slopes (2min walk), lots of restaurants around and bars. Hotel itself is nice enough, breakfast was average but pretty standard for most ski 3 star hotels. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, particularly at reception. The biggest downside to the hotel is the noise, the rooms are not sound proofed and you can hear people coming and going at all hours (doors banging and people chatting). Putting up signs reminding people to be quiet and to shut doors quietly would be super helpful. Even with earplugs in I was woken up every night. You can pay to use the spa for 12€ and although it’s pretty basic it was nice to soak in the hot tub and use the saunas. Worth telling guests when they check in that it needs to be booked in advance rather than just showing up and being able to use it (note, this is nice as it never gets crowded). Overall, 3/5 feels fair for the price we paid, the stay we had and the location. I would stay here again if I returned but would seriously ask the hotel to consider some sound proofing work.
- Jamie (9/5): Superb -
- adampP2337EU (10/5): Top notch hotel - It was a fantastic place in an amazing area.
The staff were also really nice and friendly
They were also quite knowledgeable about the local area.
We were at the hotel for skiing and the staff directed us to ski rental and lift pass machines.
They have a fairly comfortable lounge with a few games. Chess, checkers and pool were our favorite.
- Jamie (9/5): Superb -
- Ollie (9/5): Fantastic value for money and would definitely return. - Breakfast was fantastic and the staff also supplied a breakfast bag for us for our return coach journey as it left before breakfast started. It can be a little noisy from outside, especially if you have the windows open.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Eric (8/5): Have used this hotel for many years and will come again - Breakfast and bar area were very good.
Staff generally very helpful and friendly Hotel was colder than usual in our room and bar area.
One male member on the reception was not very friendly and was quite miserable, but all other male and female staff were excellent.
- Maps63740793966 (8/5): Great hotel and great location for piste access - Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board.
Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc)
Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day.
Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental with bacon, sausages etc with fresh eggs cooked for you by a chef as you want them, good coffee and drinks selection.
Dinner was again lovely, basic but filling and wholesome food that was different everyday so great to see and also fresh meats and fish cooked to how you like it from a chef on a hot plate so very impressed for the ££.
Location wise it’s a very short (2-3 min) walk in ski boots and your on piste with boot room etc on the same floor as street level, so good to see.
All in all great location and good hotel would stop here again !
- Lee (8/5): Great ski location & lovely feel - Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board.

All in all great clean and friendly hotel!
- nickbA2857AF (6/5): Decent enough …. - If I could give it 3.5 out of 5 I would, room was fine - though had some noise late at night from the party crowds. WiFi was decent. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful, however, the two male receptionists just didn’t bother …. Never said hello, always looked miserable! Breakfast was decent yet unimaginative.
- clairehW6097JE (10/5): Fantastic! - An absolute gem of a hotel, I really can not fault this place, we travelled as a group of 11 including 5 children. Food was wonderful, lots of choice and freshly cooked and they catered so well for my coeliac daughter who required a gluten free diet. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect making the stay wonderful and memorable. We were there for New Year’s Eve and the hotel put on a fantastic party for all the guests and a DJ saw us into 2025 with a bang - a NYE we will long remember! 2 minute walk to the slopes so practically ski in ski out. Highly recommend this fantastic little hotel!
- SJD180 (10/5): Lovely hotel - I cannot fault this hotel. The staff make you feel so at home. Vicky in the restaurant is so lovely. We were there for NY and there was a DJ playing some great tunes to get you in the party mood. The food was very good and there is a chef that cooks fresh fish and meat to order. The buffet has lots of choice The local wine is very reasonably priced. I’ve seen reviews that the rooms are small but ours was fine and to be fair you are only in it to sleep. It is a very short walk to the slope. George the magician on Thursday is amazing. I was genuinely sad to leave and will be back.
- Dean (4/5): Great staff, but poor value for money and terrible restaurant. - The staff were excellent. From reception to house keeping, everyone we encountered were were happy and helpful. The hotel is located a very short walk from the piste with a short ski down to a choice of several lifts, to either ski locally or lift you out to an adjoining area. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate if not great. The room was tiny. We had a double bed that was pushed against a wall on one side with barely room to get down the other side. There was no space for two people to unpack, given we both had skiwear. The room had locks on the radiator heat controls, and the room was so hot we had no choice but to have the window open the entire time. This was a waste of heat, but made sleeping impossible with noise coming out of local bars and streets until 3.30am every night e were there. We left sleep deprived and shattered. Our booking was half board, and whilst breakfast was OK, dinner was appalling. This is not a restaurant, this is akin to bad school dinners. On a couple of occasions we gave up and simply left and ate out. I know this is a 3 star hotel, but put it in context that we paid €1350 for 4 nights and therefore it is not unreasonable to have a certain level of expectation. The ski area is limited in range, but we were aware of that and it was just a 4 day trip, however the town of Pas de la Casa is not the best in the area. I read somewhere that it was "Ibiza" on the slopes, unfortunately it is more like Skegness on the Slopes.
- tjm301098 (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - Absolutely outstanding service, the staff are so friendly! We were blown away with the standard of food and efficient service, always such a variety and cooked beautifully. The rooms are small but they have everything you need! Would visit again!
