• Godin (9/5): Arrêtez de chercher, vous ne serez pas déçu ! - Très chouette suivi de la réservation, code pour entrer envoyé car nous n'étions pas dans les heures de réception, chambre très propre, petit espace commun à l'entrée avec petit frigo machine à café et bouilloire micro-ondes, airco, très chouette quartier proche de toutes les visites, tout est possible à pied de l'hôtel, navette taxi commandée pour notre transfert à l'aéroport en 5 min, on y reviendra c'est sûr !merci

Fuimos en época de feria y la relación calidad precio por toda esta molestia no fue adecuada de hecho muy elevada. No tiene ascensor.

The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They assigned me a fantastic room that perfectly suited my needs, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was also very impressed by their honesty and helpfulness when I accidentally left an accessory behind. They quickly arranged to send it to my home, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Their level of customer service was truly outstanding. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was handled professionally, and the staff exceeded my expectations in every way.

• Chantal Sara (7/5): Nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern - Die Lage war gut. Wenige Straßen weiter findet das ganze Geschehen statt. Alles ist sehr hellhörig, es war aber leise und in der Straße abends kaum etwas los, also konnte man überraschenderweise trotzdem gut schlafen. Es sah schon etwas herunterkommen und fleckig aus. Wild zusammenwürfelte Möbel, die billig aussehen und etwas verbrauchtes Gefühl im Raum. Ingesamt sehr hellhörig aber in der Nacht war es ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen.

Il personale gentile e accogliente. Tendenzialmente umido, ma l’aria condizionata con funzione dry ha fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro. Alla fine soggiorno piacevole e soddisfacente.

• Monica (8/5): Ottima posizione per girare tutto il centro a piedi. - Avevo chiesto una camera silenziosa e sono stata accontentata. La camera era molto carina e funzionale. Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse l ascensore,perché non è stato semplice portare un bagaglio da 20kg in stanza( non posso escludere che ci fosse scritto nelle condizioni dell hotel) ,poi i materassi sono troppo morbidi,si affonda. Sembrano nuovi ma l effetto è di sprofondare dentro.

C'était fastidieux et inhabituel comme procédure. Communication difficile avec le personnel au début. Ça s'est finalement arrangé.

• Geert (7/5): Ok voor citytrip Sevilla - Rustige buurt maar op wandelafstand dicht bij restaurantjes, winkels, activiteiten, ... Het bed was prima. De airco was ook handig. Goede douche. Voldoende ruimte voor bagage op te bergen. Gemakkelijke toegang tot het gebouw en de kamer. We werden met een taxi opgehaald aan de luchthaven en dat is heel vlot verlopen. We hadden een kamer op de 2e verdieping (hoogste verdieping), deze is enkel via een trap te bereiken wat prima was. /
• Markus Steiner (6/5): - Perfekte Lage um Sevilla zu erkunden, das Bett war gut, die Kissen eher im harten Bereich. Im Office kann man sich kostenlos einen Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten. Das Zimmer (Nr. 23, im 2. Stock) ist leider absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Es verfügt nur über ein kleines Fenster, das sich nicht richtig verschliessen lässt. Der Baulärm aus dem Nachbarhaus startete zwar erst um 8 Uhr, das Baustellenradio war aber bereits um 7 Uhr ein zuverlässiger Wecker. Das Zimmer war sauber, das WC roch jedoch sehr unangenehm. Wer seinen Koffer nicht in die erste oder zweite Etage schleppen kann oder will: Es gibt keinen Kift nur ziemlich ateile Treppen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte hier bei weitem nicht.

• George Andrei (8/5): Very good location - Location, staff, cleaning, everything Good for couples since the sliding door from the bathroom doesn’t offer too much privacy; also the twin beds are a double bed with two mattresses, you cannot separate them. Overall, I would say a bit overpriced as well.

La habitación es un tanto espartana, eche en falta una papelera en la habitación (si en el baño pero entiendo que para otros propósitos) y que hubiese algún cajón en las mesitas o el armario para dejar cosas menudas. Una mesita tampoco vendría mal.

Aanwezige medewerker had zijn eerste dag (vermoed dat wij z'n eerste gasten waren) en ondanks dat het even zoeken was, had hij niet gastvrijer en sympathieker kunnen zijn. Stelde ons direct op ons gemak, hielp en deed het uitstekend. Zeer aanrader!

The staff was really helpful with all our questions and they let us leave our luggage in hostel that they own. There was not enough light, so the room felt pretty dark. When we visited the street was a bit noisy (maybe because of the Semana Santa).

Kaart systeem om binnen en buiten te gaan werkt prima. je betaald niet veel voor een verblijf midden in de stad. Bedden en lakens waren heel aangenaam. Wat ons het meeste tegenviel was dat er vrij veel zwarte schimmel op de muur onder het raam zat. Ik denk dat niemand schimmel in zijn kamer wil zien, en ik ben zwanger dus was zeker niet blij met schimmel... Er is geen lift en de stijle trappen zijn niet makkelijk voor mensen die slecht te been zijn (wij zaten op de 2de etage) Koelkastje in de kamer was fijn geweest.

Las ducha era muy buena con buena presión, el baño era amplio para lo acostumbrados a lo que estábamos de otros hoteles. Las almohadas eran muy cómodas y se ajustaban a todos los gustos. La amabilidad del personal muy buena. Los colchones eran MUY incómodos, se hundían y no se podía descansar bien. Pedimos habitación con cama doble y nos pusieron una habitación con dos camas individuales a pesar de hablar varias veces con el alojamiento, y si no se podía que cancelaríamos. No ha ascensor, pero no nos importó subir dos pisos andando,

As the apartments are not manned for most of the day - we arrived late & then had to find our way through the narrow streets to a hotel for check in . We did have the option of paying via a link then a door code would be issued but we were wary of doing that & booking.com did not reply to let us know whether link was genuine . Surely had we been a no show then the money would be taken anyway as booking.com have our card details to secure booking 🤷‍♂️

• Camila (5/5): Solo para dormir y recorrer ciudad - Muy buena ubicación, para ir caminando a todos lados del centro. La atención de la chica de recepción muy atenta y amable, me ayudó con un problema que tuve con mis traslados. A pesar de no ofrecer desayuno, posee una cocina que ofrece té y café a libre disposición. El baño muy incómodo, partiendo con que no tiene puerta, es una ventana corrediza que trasluce todo, además la ducha tampoco tenía puerta por lo que mojaba todo el baño se salía el agua era muy incómodo y pequeño todo. La habitación tenía lo principal para solo dormir y nada más.

• Ana (9/5): Very good surprise! - Easy Access, clean, good water pressure and everything was working. Good location and quiet. Very good bed. The room had a little living room, if you can call that. If you would like to cook, there's a kitchen in a common area, and a lobby with chairs and tables. It rained just a bit and the drops fell on a glass above the living room in the room, and it was a bit noisy. If it rains properly, it might not be great to sleep.

La struttura offre una salottino e una cucinetta nell'aerea comune dell'atrio Sarebbero da insonorizzare un pochino gli ambienti in quanto dall'atrio i rumori vengono amplificati. A parte questo tutto perfetto
