Guest Reviews
- Bongani (10/5): Bongani - The place was clean and the location nice
- Riaan (9/5): -
- Anas (9/5): -
- Yanghao (6/5): -
- Beatrice (10/5): - The room and the views were amazing đ. The security was also top notch Loves everything.
- Kenga (5/5): Generally itâs a decent stay for one day. More than that you have to plan. - Great view and access Payment process for additional stay as well as access to the reception.
- angelique (7/5): - The location was great for the things I wanted to do and if not in walking distance it was easy to uber around. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing that effected my stay was the noise of the windows rattling against the wind in capetown. It was very noisy and would keep me awake.
- Mokgonyana (5/5): Bad - Security crew was very friendly đ To close our access to the accomodations before our check out time it was unprofessional,
- Jannes (6/5): Great location but unfortunately the cleanliness and furniture and utensils are not good. - Great location, nice gym and pool facility, beautiful view We killed a few cockroaches which is never great. The couch also isnât very comfortable anymore, and utensils were very limited.
- Pontso (9/5): Siblings getaway - The place was central, 7km away from Waterfront.
- de Bruin (10/5): The stay was wandeful, on my return every afternoon the unit was cleaned. - I had a very nice view of the city and mountens.
- Melonie (8/5): -
- Hlengiwe (8/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): -
- Elena (2/5): Miserable stay - It all began with frustrating news that the keys have to be collected from a different address. The property is run-down and feels extremely cheap. The sofa is unusually low, which makes it uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, the foam padding is basically goneâyou can literally feel the wooden frame underneath. No cushions.
There is an oven, but no oven tray or a roasting dish provided, so I couldnât use the oven. There is a kitchen but the cookware is minimal, overused, broken. The tip of the kitchen knife was broken off as well.
The bedding and mattress are the cheapest possible. I even found the exact mattress online for only R4,080 (âŹ180)âso you can imagine the âcomfortâ level. The bed linen is so thin that it is transparent. The duvet cover is much bigger than the duvet itself. I canât but mention that the duvet itself is record thin. Check out the pictures; they say it all.
Almost 200 flats are serviced by just one working liftâthe second one was out of order for over a month. This means extremely long waits. One time, we decided to walk up to the 14th floor, only to discover you canât open the stairwell door from the stairs into the buildingâit only works in the opposite direction.
Theyâve recently installed a facial recognition system, which you now need to access the building, parking, or any floor. It only worked for one day at a time, so during our 3-night stay, we had to redo it daily. Very frustrating and time-wasting experience.
- Tania (10/5): Exceptional -
- Henrike (5/5): Not again - Staff was very nice and accommodating. Communication went very well. Overall the images made the place look much nicer than it was in reality. The couch was very uncomfortable. The heaters were loud, not very effective, and stopped working at some point.
We found 3 cockroaches.
- Darren (9/5): Amazing stay! - The setting was amazing. I loved the view from the window. I unfortunately couldn't make use of the pool due to the weather, but the gym really came in handy. There were cleaners to clean my apartment daily which I appreciated.
- Morel (1/5): Bad -

- Julie (4/5): Our worst stay in SA - a/c non-existent - 2 taxi drivers said area unsafe at night. - The check-in process wasn't that easy as the apartment was located 5-10 mins walk from where the key was collected from. We had several large bags so walking wouldn't have been easy in 30+ degrees but the check-in staff were very helpful and after a short delay (time for a welcome couple of beers at the bar) they did provide transportation to the apartment block. We were on the 13th floor (of 17) with a great view of Table Mountain. There was a decent modern washing machine and full-height fridge-freezer. The so-called "aircon" was a complete joke. The units were very loud and lowered the temp by literally about 1 degree Celsius to 29 instead of 30 (as confirmed on the unit sensors) even when left on for hours/overnight. This was from 2 floor standing units, one in the kitchen/lounge room and another in the bedroom.
The shower cubicle had black mould on the ceiling and there were no sink plugs in either the bathroom or the kitchen/lounge (both easily fixable).
The sofa was very uncomfortable, like sitting on a metal frame.
It's a long way from Camps Bay Beach by the way, which a later question implies it isn't.
- Zoe (9/5): Superb -
- Nair (9/5): Superb - I liked the view of Table mountain was beautiful and pleasant to wake up to.
The swimming pool and gym on the rooftop is a bonus.
- Queen (6/5): Pleasant - They have someone cleaning daily Collecting a key in another building 500 m away from the apartment.
Their pots are very dirty with old oil on the outside.
The shower curtain it terrible at the bottom.
- Engelbrecht (10/5): Exceptional -

- Boniswa (4/5): Disappointing - Everything service was bad, false advertisement.
- Deborah (3/5): A huge disappointment! - The view.. that's it This place was such a disappointment.. it definitely doesn't have the standard of a four seasons...
Check in is in a different location.
The room was humid..the couch was so worn out!
The bed was uncomfortable...the neighbors were loud you can hear through the walls.. Everytime someone flushed their toilet you'd hear it loudly!!
It's the most uncomfortable I've been in a hotel in a while.. glad it was just for a night...but definitely not your money's worth.
- Stewart (6/5): Pleasant - Its centrally located We were first put into an apartment without restuarants & bars instead of the hotel proper.
- Timothy (1/5): Bad -
- Warrick (6/5): Pleasant -
- Beth (8/5): Convenient, comfortable and clean - Very central and nice secure parking Smelly hallways between lift and flat.
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the space, the view, the location Would like a full length mirror in the apartment
- Mamots'abi (3/5): Currently I can say Iâd never book at your apartment again, and can never recommend it to anyoneđđźit was unpleasant. - Safety and that itâs a self catering apartment. The spring-bed was a nightmaređĄ. Extremely noisy even when you just turn around during the night. You really need to invest in proper beds, thatâs the most important item during a holiday.
Also, increase number of pots from 2, make it at least 4, cooking a complete healthy meal is chaotic with only 2 potsđĄ. There were no bowl plates, theyâre needed for breakfast cereals please.
The cleaner must improve. She always left sinks and soap holders untidyđ¤Ž.
Put up some air fresheners in the room, the whole room smelled unpleasant, worst the bathroom.
Maintain or change your couches, theyâre torn up.
- Shumeez (8/5): Very good -
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thabang (10/5): Nice place to be - City view It was more than what I expected
- Thabo (7/5): Good -
- Mihla (10/5): Brilliant! - Clean and beautiful table mountain views. Nothing
- Angenla (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all The are people living there and is smelling too much
- Moyo (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place to stay.
- Chareen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francis (9/5): Superb - Safe and secure
- Titus (9/5): Superb -
- Glenn (5/5): Passable - The view The washing machine doesn't dry and the couch is too old and the bad included.
- Tanjim (9/5): Perfect stay in Cape Town! - I stayed here for a week and everything was perfect! Location, the amenities (the room had cooking implements, washer/dryer, very comfortable bed)
I woke up to views of the Table Mountain every day!
The room was spacious, had fast internet, nice seating area
The rooftop of the apartment building gives a wonderful panoramic view of the city, and the central location was very helpful (although i do not recommend wandering around the streets of Cape Town like one would in any other city) Toilet was a little small, but was not really a big issue for me
- Aleksandar (6/5): Pleasant - Nice views from the room and the top floor but that's about it. Complicated check in.
- Khaya (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (8/5): Cozy lock up and go place. - Small cozy and compact Location and other tenants at the building who made noise and smoked in the corridors.
- Wendy (10/5): Im definitely coming back thats all i can say - Itâs clean, its quiet, the staff is friendly I liked everything
- Evelyn (8/5): Very good - The stay was lovely , staff are friendly and helpful, we were looked after and we felt safe the only issue we experienced was the strong winds rattling the sliding doors of our room on the 13th floor sounded like something paranormal. That should be looked into. It's really loud making it difficult to sleep.
- Magauta (10/5): Exceptional - I liked each and every moment of the apartment it was amazing and the staff at urban osias are amazing When I got the first I went to four seasons when I booked urban oasis but I was changed to urban osias the only item left behind was my leggings when they moved our sraff
- Zanele (9/5): Superb -
- E (8/5): Very good - Location was great, close to everything, onsite parking, view was good, would dfntly book again. Only 1 glass in kitchen đ bed is worn out and curves in.
- Jessica (7/5): Good -
- Imran (5/5): Passable -
- Gabriela (8/5): Very good -
- Perpetua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Babalwa (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view was great The communication between the hotels. The checking in process was tedious
- Ali (8/5): Very good - Nice views, good location, nice parking space and wifi Bed and pillows were not that confortable
- Siwela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Riaan (10/5): Well equipped, centrally located appartment. - Spacious, clean and very centrally located. Everything you need for a short stay.
- Hadebe (10/5): Our stay was amazing and I would definatel visit again and recommend it. - The view was spectacular, I enjoyed the Apartment feel yet Hotel level. The location was great and easily accessible. The toilet space was a bit too tight to squeeze in but it was fine.
- Bokang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lerato (7/5): Good -
- Schiel (7/5): Good -
- Adithi (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing We had a horrible experience from the time we checked in. Cupboards were broken, etc. Bed had bed bugs, which bit us. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. We requested to be moved to another room which they gave us. The new room had cockroaches. We had a horrible experience staying there. We even checked out two days earlier because we couldn't handle staying there any longer. Unfortunately, we had to cut our holiday short. Will definitely not be going back there ever.
- Ntokozo (6/5): Pleasant - Decent place for a quick in and out of the city.
- Victor (8/5): Value for money - Location, cleanliness Nothing

- Anele (5/5): Passable -
- Baltazar (5/5): Passable -
- Vuyolwethu (7/5): Good -
- Mpapela (8/5): Very good -
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Azaharangr (8/5): Very good - The location is great! It was super clean and it has a great fridge. The staff is beautiful! The 1st day I needed a plug as I didn't have SA ones, they got me one. Also I told them there was by trash can and they got 1
They attend to ask my emails and explained everything fir me!! Amazing The smell in the place because of other flats, the air is connected and smell to cigarettes where coming in all the time
- Mbali (7/5): Good -
- Azaharangr (9/5): Great - I like how clean it was, the location, that it had parking and the staff!!!
Arrive the beginning the were answering all my questions about planning my trip. Also, the 1st day I needed a SA plug and they brought me one!! I asked for more spiral and they brought plenty! Also when I got the car I did not remember my parking slot and they reply within 1 minute. They clean the apartment every day, they even did the dishes!! Absolutly amazing service Just to mention somethings as there is always room for improvement, it would be great if the door has a lock inside. My husband is a bit concern about security and he was worry that if someone had the key, they could entered. And maybe having a pan in the kitchen. Although I'm sure if I asked for one, the would have giving it to me but I didn't.
- Craig (8/5): Not the actual Four Seasons... - Be aware the misleading name "Four Seasons" is just the name of this rather low-end apartment block, it has nothing to do with the hotel chain at all. Apartment and building are old and tired. Ok for a cheap room to stay a night but not much more than that. Amazing view.
- Sbongile (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roger (8/5): Good accommodations, lovely rooftop and pool, neighborhood feels questionable after sunset. - Beautiful views, lovely rooftop terrace for watching the sun set, 360° view from the rooftop over the entire city The neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night.
- Maarten (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (2/5): Very poor -
- Rukaiya (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good . But I think a couple of changes would make it excellent. Like a heated pool, a jacuzzi. A bathtub in the apartment wouldn't be bad at all, as well as a tumble dryer . There wasn't anything not to like. But a couple of renovations as mentioned in the above wouldn't be bad though .
- Sibonelo (1/5): Bad -
- Sian (6/5): Pleasant -
- King_d (10/5): Thank you for the stay - The views always exceptional the town always full and everything is in reach. I got the same room as before. I would like a different room maybe higher and on a different side
- Judith (9/5): Exceptional staff on hand to help at all times - View from my apartment & washing facilities in rooms. Good security in building, felt safe during my stay. Gerhard & staff were more than helpful when I needed assistance with transport or directions.
- Giovanni (7/5): Good - wasnât possible to connect through WI-FI and the remote control for the parking was not working!
- Sakhe (7/5): Good -
