The room is very clean when you arrive (sadly cleaned only every 3 days) Doors slamming from neighbors (which seemed to be awake all.night long (not the hotel's fault) and chairs noise which could be easily fixed with Rubber shock absorbers to prevent the door from slamming, and pads under the chair legs to minimize noise

Eine Minute entfernt liegt eine kleine Bäckerei, bei welcher man jeden Morgen frisches Baguette erhält. Wirklich der beste Aufenthalt auf der Insel! Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, die Pfannen müsste man austauschen.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et très confortable. Le parking sécurisé est un vrai plus. Coup de cœur pour la piscine avec sa superbe vue et son jardin parfaitement entretenu La localisation est idéale, à deux pas de la plage Leroux, particulièrement calme et agréable le matin ! La ligne d'eau n'était pas très propre. Un entretien s'impose.

• Patricia (10/5): An amazing 10 days spent in paradise. - Au ´ti Sucrier is simply stunning and even exceeded our expectations. The photos give a good idea of the property and its facilities but sometimes pictures just can’t do a place justice. It really seemed like paradise. We were 2 couples in 2 side by side apartments. We ate together in one of our outdoor kitchens overlooking the pool and sea and had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. We loved every minute of our stay using the pool each day, it never became crowded. We walked across the road to the pretty beach and enjoyed swimming and snorkelling in the warm waters. We ate breakfast the first and last mornings in the restaurant area; granola, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, local jams and excellent coffee. The location is perfect for seeing some of the most beautiful beaches and eating out in Deshaies (and sampling the cocktails) all within a 10 minute drive. Thank you to all the staff who were super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the company of Doby the most well behaved dog ever! , who came to see us from time to time and lie in the shade outside our apartments. I could not recommend this property highly enough.

• Lutzak (9/5): Superb - Great location just above a great beach with stunning views. Stephanie was very welcoming and the apartment was great for our family. Could have used more storage space and places to hand clothes to dry, however this did not detract from our great stay.

Stephanie and Nicolas were lov - The accommodation was comfortable and opposite a lovely beach. Ships and restaurants were nearby. No restaurant as as advertised but unfortunately their chef walked out without notice. They’re trying to recruit a new chef.
• Cushman (9/5): Superb - Helpful and friendly staff. Nice setup with views of the sea and easy access to a fresh-water pool. Excellent restaurant on site as well as others close by. Convenience store within walking distance. Beach close and not too crowded. Close (10 min car ride) to Deshaies where we had a boat moored. Parking on site for each apartment. They are struggling with wifi and hopefully will have a better solution soon. No laundry service close by.

Could have used an extra lamp and an extra table in the main room. Bed mattress was a little hard for our liking. An extra full size room towel per person would be appreciated.

• Quentin (9/5): Superb - This was an ideal combination between a hotel and self catering. The location was magnificent and the grounds beautiful and well cared for. The room we had was large, the bathroom huge. Air conditioning worked very well. The outside covered terrace with mini kitchen was well equipped and great for putting together your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. We tended to eat out well once a.day and then enjoy a baguette or croissant from the ver local boulangerie. The beach is very close and a decent restaurant is just across the road. Overall this is a great property, very well located and makes a good centre for local day trips. Nothing

• Judith (10/5): Definitely a place to come back to, which for us is a lot to say! - It's a great location in the NW part of Guadeloupe nearby Deshaies where Death in Paradise is filmed and where some of the best beaches are, especially Plage de Grand Anse. Its own beach Anse de Leroux is a 5-minute walk across Route N2 (which can be busy). It's a wonderful small swimming and snorkeling beach, and never too crowded. The property was attractive and is under improvement by new owners (Stephanie and her great crew!) and we wish them lots of good luck. The swimming pool was great and there are plans to upgrade it also - so, lot's to look forward to for another visit! It was too bad the bar was still closed due to liquor license issues but we were assured there are plans to open it again. It will nicely complement the breakfast terrace which is so beautiful and pleasant. The wifi was disappointing but only if you were located in rooms at the end of the property.
• Raymond (10/5): Excellent! - Great location! If you are looking for a quiet getaway during the busy season this is the place to be. Restaurants are within walking distance, as is the beach. Shops are a bit further away, so having a car is a must. Stephanie and Nicholas are superfriendly, they take time for a chat and are always willing to help or assist you with your needs. So, an excellent stay at a wonderful place. Will certainly return here when visiting Guadeloupe. No complaints whatsoever.

• Amy (9/5): Great home base for our first visit to Guadeloupe! - The property is beautiful and felt very secluded. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was well stocked. Would be great to have better Wi-Fi in the room, and perhaps an extra pillow or two. But these are really minor points.
• Chase-visa (10/5): Heaven on Earth! - This is a fantastic place to stay. The view from our room was amazing(pool and sea), the host and hostess were superb. Stephanie was a great help since she spoke English well and was very helpful in making plans. Will return in the future and can't wait!!!!! The only thing I could find as a problem was the shower, not a lot of pressure; but the shower by the pool was fantastic.
