Jarrod (9/5): Excellent Guesthouse!! Nice Pool!! Will go back for sure!! - We had a very good stay. The restaurant is excellent and food we had was great, especially the Biltong Pizza. Check-in was very easy, quick and well organized. There is a lovely pool area where you can relax and chill, have a meal. The staff were very friendly, unit was clean and comfortable. We had undercover parking for the car. Had a very good stay and will definitely go back any time. The room setup is of such a nature that you need to be comfortable with whomever you are going to share a room. If you going to a wedding for example and taking a date you don't know too well it may be uncomfortable as the sleeping area is fairly open to the bathroom area. No door, only a dividing wall in-between with 500mm open gap to ceiling. (Just a note for info, as it may matter to new couples for example).

Ross (8/5): Very good - Quirky guesthouse with a lot of effort made to create an "olde worlde" atmosphere. The restaurant on site is a bonus, but Booking.com did not make it clear that breakfast was not included and their price has increased over 25% since last year. I doubt that I'll book through them again.

Sebushane (9/5): A fairly acceptable guest house - I was totally impressed with the breakfast I had at the restaurant . Very friendly and efficient staff. Very clean room. The room is very small. They have a challenge with the parking. Would prefer bottled water in the room , just for hygiene purposes.

Nolene (8/5): Over-all it's a lovely place, great for kids and the staff are fantastic - Breakfast not included The restaurant on the property is lovely though with a very nice menu and good food. Saturday morning breakfast buffet is a winner South Africans understand that load shedding is a problem for everyone but I feel that better preparation can be made regarding load shedding. The generator is not always on during load-shedding (21:00 Saturday night some electricity would have been welcome) The water pressure is also quite low and the temperature fluctuates constantly while in the shower

Brendza (8/5): A little gem filled with comfort and care. - It is well located in a quiet part of town. The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. The decor outside and inside the room was beautiful and takes you back in time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I felt safe and cared for. Due to no fault of their own, the daily country wide load shedding is definitely affecting one’s overall experience.
