• Alena (10/5): Srdečná vďaka pán Renato - Dobre zariadená izba, Talianske raňajky v cene, denné upratanie izby a výmena uterákov, dobrá poloha cca 20 min pešo Koloseum, pár metrov zástavka metra, relatívne tichá lokalita až na to občasné húkanie sanitiek :) Dobrý pomer cena/kvalita Len drobnosti ako napr. jedna spoločná veľka prikrývka na manželskej posteli, nie dve. Menší sprchový kút. V pracovné dni ráno je metro značne preplnené v smere na Vatikán a popoludní zase opačným smerom.

(risques de chute pour nous septuagénaires) Le petit déjeuner ne proposant que des produits industriels, à part les petits croissants distribués à la demande par le maitre de maison.

Wielkie serce dla gości, czułyśmy się niesamowicie zaopiekowane z mamą. Ogrom wiedzy o mieście, chęć opowiadania. Cudowny człowiek, był to mój drugi raz u pana Renato i na pewno wrócę. -

• M. (9/5): Prima locatie en fijne gastheer maar wel lawaai door verkeer - De locatie is uitstekend wat betreft OV, winkels en restaurants. De gastvrijheid van de gastheer die ervoor zorgt dat je je er welkom voelt. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd met heerlijke croissants en zeer lekkere koffie. Dagelijkse schoonmaakservice en wissel van handdoeken. De kamer die aan een zeer drukke weg ligt waardoor veel lawaai van verkeer gedurende de nacht.

• Andrea (9/5): Ottima soluzione per vedere la città storica - Posizione ottima per utilizzo mezzi pubblici o camminare in città. Camera molto ampia e curata nell'arredamento e pulita come tutta la struttura. Colazione "informale" sugli sgabelli come con ampia scelta per un B&B. La differenza è il personale disponibilissimo, che parla diverse lingue e ti mette di ottimo umore. Scarico water davvero rumoroso.

• Gabriele Pacini (10/5): Bellissima esperienza! - B&B situato a pochi passi dalla fermata Re di Roma (collegata tramite metro A direttamente a Termini), quindi in un punto molto strategico dal punto di vista dei trasporti. In zona si possono trovare tantissimi negozi e ristoranti. Punti di interesse come il Colosseo ed i fori sono raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi oppure con pochissime fermate di metropolitana. Impossibile non fare menzione di Renato, host gentilissimo e dalla grande conoscenza della città: abbiamo fatto tesoro dei suoi consigli sia in materia turistica, sia in materia gastronomica. Grazie di tutto!

• Hannu (10/5): Perfect one week in beautiful city, in home like environment - Close to everything, spotless clean, refreshed daily, fridge in room. Management is super knowledgeable and friendly, breakfast is good and coffee on spot. Neighborhood is nice and very well connected, we walked daily to colosseum and around, but metro is like 20 meters from door like shops etc.

• Yi (10/5): - The location is very nice, close to the metro station. It’s in an apartment, the neighborhood looks safe, you need to ring the bell from downstairs to get in to check in. The elevator shows the building has history:) The host is a very nice old gentleman who can communicate fluently in English. After knowing this is my first time in Rome, he gave me a city map and showed me the spots I can visit. The room is tidy and comfortable. I only stayed here for one night, the next day I transferred to hotel around Vatican. But I left the luggage here until night so I can enjoyed the Rome city in the daytime. I really enjoyed it. No

• sonia maria (8/5): Boa estadia, bom custo-benefício - Renato é uma pessoa muito atenciosa, nos atendeu muito bem, nos deu todas as dicas de transporte e pontos turísticos, nos ajudou reservando o táxi para o aeroporto no dia do retorno e nos permitiu entrar nas instalações antes do horário do check-in. O quarto em que ficamos era muito bom, a cama era confortável, só faço uma ressalva em relação ao ar condicionado que faz barulho quando liga e desliga. Como as noites estavam frescas, isso não foi um problema para nós porque optamos por não ligá-lo, mas em noites mais quentes pode ser um problema. O banheiro é bom, mas o box é bem apertado. As roupas de cama e as toalhas eram boas e estavam bem limpas e perfumadas. O elevador também foi um ponto positivo, bem como a estação de metrô que é muuuito perto. Do barulho do ar condicionado e do tamanho do box do banheiro.

• Irina (10/5): Супер отдых у супер хозяина Ренато! - Отдыхала с дочерью. Хозяин Ренато потрясающий человек, очень внимательный и всячески помогал где и что посмотреть. Место было не центральное, что помогло избежать шума и толп туристов. До Колизея буквально 15 минут пешком. Метро в 1 шаге от дома. Было очень чисто, убирались каждый день. Завтрак был очень вкусный на очень удобной кухоньке. Ренато сам варил кофе ❤️Нам очень понравилось и в будущем мы обязательно вернемся именно в этот дом. Ренато, спасибо!!!

• Dimkost (9/5): Superb - Very clean, big bed, the owner very friendly and willing to give advice about places to visit or any other necessary information for the city. The breakfast typical Italian, with croissant, bread with jam or nutters and cold cults with cream cheese. The coffee that owner prepares is excellent ( real espresso just grinded and not the usual filter coffee of the typical hotels). It is not 10 only because of the value of the money, 125e per night is not cheap, despite the really good room) Nothing really bad, a little noisy laminate floor that when you walk at night annoys (not something bad, only to make the room excellent).

• Stiliyan (10/5): Great, cannot recommend enough. - The place is a family run business, the hosts are very hospitable, friendly and there to be of help. At the very arrival, the owner gave us a map, marking and explaining the main sightseeing places and how to get there, along with exhaustive list of recommended restaurants (which were really good!) Place is 2 minutes away from metro station on the main line - it goes through the centre and all the main sightseeing places. Room is cleaned every day.

Localização excelente, pertinho da estação Re de Roma do metrô, proporcionando fácil acesso a varias atrações de Roma. O café da manhã é bem básico, sem grandes atrativos. Vista agradável da janela para a Via Appia Nuova. A cama era um pouco pequena e estreita, o que dificultou a me acostumar nos 2 primeiros dias.

Faultless from start to finish. We originally booked a much fancier hotel for his birthday night and the next day and we quickly cancelled that and stayed here. Brilliant b and b Nothing

The location very good, just 3 minutes away from the metro station Re di Roma on the main metro line. The owner was very welcoming, gave us a map and told us about places worth seeing. Nothing at all, really.

• Engelbert (7/5): Good - Location is perfect and close to metro Communication about check-in (finally phone calls were needed) is not optimal. Host makes clear that paid parking is available but woud be better to indicate that finding parking is almost impossible. Not all guests can have breakfast at the same time and thus you are asked to further wait in your room. Quality of breakfast is very average. You better have an italian breakfast at the Street where many excellent options are available

The breakfast was basic but adequate, it depends on what you like - If coffee and fresh croissants are to your liking you’re onto to a winner. Overall, A ideal solution that has everything you need for a sightseeing trip. While the rooms were absolutely fine the bed would benefit from being updated.

• Viktoriia (10/5): The great place to stay - The owner Renato was very nice and friendly and told me a lot about different historical places in Rome which were (of course) worth visiting, he provided me a map of Italy as well as detailed information about how I can reach all these places. He also advised me the cheap cafés and restaurants and the best ways to go to all these places. It was very useful because that was my first time in Rome. My room was very quiet, spacious and was cleaned every day. The location was really very wonderful in just 3-5 minutes away from the metro station Re di Roma, about 15-20 minutes away from San Giovanni and 30-35 minutes from the Colosseum. Everything was amazing!!! -

• Pekka (9/5): I can warmly recommend this place - Our first night was in a very small room and we had 8 consecutive nights booked in the place. Shouldn't be any surprise that we had big luggage with us compared to couples who stayed just 1-2 nights. Fortunately the very nice host of the place, Renato realized it would have been a catastrophe to put us in so small room for over a week. We stayed just 1 one night in that tiny room and next morning Renato switched to much better room, which we thank! Renato was very helpful and knowedgeable host, I can only recommend to stay in his place! If Renato offers to arrange a car picking you up from the Fiumicino Airport, catch that offer! It is very reasonably priced and will save you both time and sweat. Breakfast was okay though filter coffee was not available (espresso coffee thinned out with warm water, "americano", is not the same thing as Northern European filter coffee, often done in blond Nordic Roast style robusta-beans which is not an easy roasting style to master. Whereas espresso coffee is done on the very dark roasted beans which is easy to do in torrefacione. Try roasting done in our way and you see it is not easy to perfect and beans must be of absolute top quality which they don't need to be in espresso where dark roasting hides many minor quality issues in the beans ....). The AC unit was working very unrealiably and was very close to completely fail. It had a very weak effect and couple of times it completely shut itself down, signaling an error in its internal AC cooling circuit. It probably failed for the next guest staying in the room after us. In Roma you really need your AC unit working on the summer months.

Also, I had to leave early before breakfast, so they gave me some food so I wouldn't go hungry. The location is wonderful, just a few steps away from the Re di Roma metro station. I would highly recommend staying here.
