woeto (10/5): - Wir hatten ein großräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und tollem Ausblick. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück mit großem Buffet im Festsaal war außergewöhnlich gut,. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben die gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr genossen.

Supernetter Chef, der uns bei Ankunft völlig unerwartet seinen Veranstaltungsraum öffnete, damit wir unsere Motorräder über Nacht darin abstellen konnten und nicht draußen auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen mussten - meeeega! Tolles Abendessen, klasse Frühstück, tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den See da gibt es rein gar nichts ;-))

It was close to our friend's home so we were very happy. We would have liked some bottles of water in the room. A coffee service would have been nice (Like a Keurig or Nespresso machine)

Lorne (5/5): Passable - Superb breakfast choices and delivery from attentive servers. Evening dinner menu was varied and prepared with care. We did not receive the lake view balcony room as confirmed by Booking.com and/or Landhaus Sommerau. Instead we were given a room overlooking the back yard of adjacent properties. We were rudely told that there was nothing that could be done and dismissed. Requests for a change of rooms the following days were met with a stern "it is not possible! We paid full rate for accommodations that were afforded to others ,but not us. Disappointing and discouraging for this couple from Canada who came a long way on a confirmation that was not honored as written. We are traveling for 3 more weeks across Europe with Booking .Com support and reservations, sadly with less confidence now.
Gabriele (7/5): Beautifully located hotel in small Bavarian village right next to a swimming lake with a great restaurant serving delici - The location and a balcony overlooking the lake are wonderful. Great restaurant with delicious food and outdoor area. Lovely modern rooms . Unfortunately there was a party at a nearby tennis club that went for over 12 hrs with extremely loud pumping music that made our stay very irritating, sitting on the balcony impossible and sleeping difficult. The hotel has no lift. We are in our sixties and no one offered to carry our suitcases up a long flight of stairs. Towels to use at the lake and a small fridge in the room would have been appreciated.
