Marta (8/5): SOGGIORNO PIACEVOLE - Posizione ottima. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono considerato il periodo. Cucina attrezzata e praticamente nuova. Il boiler per l'acqua calda. Se si soggiorna in 5 per appartamento ( come eravamo noi) comincia ad esser un po' scomodo, ma nulla di irrisolvibile con un po' di pazienza.

Dorota (10/5): Piękny taras, widok na morze i piękna okolica - Obiekt bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, z naszego apartamenty był piękny widok na morze, przystań jachtową, wyspę Elba, cudownie. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, we wszystkim nam pomógł i zorganizował taksówkę. Bardzo chętnie wrócimy i polecimy rodzinie i znajomym. Pozdrawiamy z Gdyni, Polska.

Sfeer verlichting moet nog uitgevonden woeden. Koffie cups niet beschikbaar want receptie was gesloten voor Pasen. Geen reactie meer via what’s app toen we eea navroegen. Maar leg ze gewoon neer. Kost niets maar levert veel op.

Joachim (9/5): Angenehmer Toskanaaufenthalt - Schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohneinheit. Terrassenmöbel könnten etwas wertiger sein. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr schön gestaltet und Abends schön beleuchtet. Zum sehr schönen Calamoresca Strand sind es ca. 20 min. zu Fuß. Zum Yachthafen mit Strandzugang ca. 2 min. zu Fuß ( im Yachthafen leckerer und günstiger Cappuccino und Frühstück). Zudem noch das überaus nette und zuvorkommende Personal = Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Stakta (10/5): Erdvus butas su patogia įranga, puiki vieta ir vaizdas į jūrą. - Apsistojome daugiau nei savaitę, todėl už gyvūnus nemokėjome – paprastai tai kainuoja 10 € nakčiai. Butas erdvus, turėjome balkoną su kampiniu vaizdu į jūrą. Žiemos metu labai patogu buvo turėti kondicionierius/šildymo įrangą abiejuose kambariuose – galima reguliuoti skirtingas temperatūras dienai ir miegui. Lovos labai didelės, dvigulė ir sofa. Yra skalbimo mašina ir indaplovė, kas tikrai palengvino apsistojimą. Verandoje staliukas su kėdėmis ir skėčiu (vasarą tikriausiai naudinga). Lengvas pateikimas liftais, šalia prekybos centras, pėsčiųjų takas, archeologinis muziejus ir gražūs vaizdai į jūrą. Karštas vanduo labai karštas – reikia būti atsargiems. Boilerio pakanka vos dviem žmonėms dušui, po to vanduo greitai atšąla ir tenka laukti. Kis (10/5): Remek volt, megyünk máskor is! - A szállás egyszerű volt, de volt minden, értem ezalatt a mosogató gépet, mosó-szárító gépet, konyharész, bidé, vasaló és hozzá deszka, klíma, fagyasztós hűtő, kotyogós és kapszulás kávéfőző, illetve kérdezték, hogy szükségünk van-e kenyérpirítóra, stb..., szóval igencsak felszerelt. HA valaki dohányozna az erkéllyen, akkor kérjen mindenképp portacenere-t, ugyanis maguktól nem teszik ki. Az erkélyről a kilátás csodás volt, a reggeli kávék szigorúan ott voltak elfogyasztva, illetve az esti vacsorák és borok is :) Amit megjegyzésként adnék hozzá és nem negatívumként, hogy sem egy sószóró, sem egy marék cukor nincsen a szálláson, sőt ilyesmi dolgok semmi nincsen, ez nem negatívum, de mindenki így készüljön. Az ágy enyhén kényelmetlen volt, illetve arra fel kell készülni, hogy takarót vigyen magával az ember, illetve a saját párnáját. A tévében csak és kizárólag olasz tévé ment, pendrive-on lehetett volna filmezni, de legyünk őszinték... Se nem filmezni, se nem aludni mentünk oda, tehát nem volt bosszantó, talán az ágy egy kicsit.

Walking distance to some beautiful beaches. secure parking. Place was clean and picturesque. Staff were friendly, approachable and very attentive. great views from our balcony. If anything, The bottom footpath next to the marina was over grown with weeds. The entry into under ground parking was a little tight. Kitchen amenities were a little scarce.

Van Odijk (9/5): - De service was heel erg goed. Uitstekende rondleiding naar en in het huisje. Koffie cups kunnen bij de balie worden gekocht. Er is een schoonmaak setje aanwezig. Prachtig balkon met zit en lig gelegenheid. Lokatie is goed bereikbaar met de auto. Alles was erg schoon. Bed is 190 lang, dus iets schuin gelegen.
Valentyn (8/5): Amazing place but you need to be attentive during check in time - The perfect location, the air conditioner in the apartment, nice and polite lady on the reception The main manager wanted to give our reserved apartment someone else(family or staff). Firstly said they have no apartment, after that info changed(magic?) and they can pay for our terrace and finally the apartment was found according to reservation without any investigation/checks. 2h with big boss and we got what should be by default. Still it is amazing place and we enjoyed this time even without smiling from big boss)

Artur (8/5): Erwartung war größer als die Tatsache, aber vollkommend ausreichen - Geräumige Unterkunft, einfach ausgestattet. Ausreichend, aber nichts besonderes. Tiefgarage war super, mit mehr als ausreichend Plätzen. Personal war freundlich und haben sehr gute Tipp‘s gegeben. Strände in der Nähe nicht ganz zu empfehlen, Badeschuhe sind notwendig, da steinig. Besserer Strand und sehr guter sind mit dem Auto ca. 20-30 min zu erreichen.

Marlou (10/5): Fantastisch en zeer aan te bevelen - Ruim en schoon appartement met allemaal voorzieningen, prachtig uitzicht, dicht bij strand/supermarkt/restaurants, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel die tips in omgeving geven maar heel behulpzaam zijn bij calamiteiten.

Schröder (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage - Eine wunderschöne Umgebung, sehr freundliches Personal und eine top ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Lage ist fast perfekt, es ist sehr rhuig und man ist nah an einem Strand. Die Stadt ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der einzige negative Punkt war, dass das Warmwasser sehr schnell leer war. Fairerweise wissen wir aber auch nicht, ob etwas kaputt war, da wir nicht nachgefragt haben. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, hat es nicht so sehr gestört.

Personel znakomicie przygotowany, pani z recepcji miła i uprzejma. Polecam Ograniczony czas zameldowania, najpóźniej można było meldować się do 18.

Piscina tranquilla e pulita con annesso solarium. Vista sull'isola d'Elba e sul mare. Appartamenti belli, puliti e con aria condizionata. Parcheggio interno comodissimo sotto la struttura. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Altra spiaggia Calamoresca 10 Min a piedi. Super consigliato!!! Tutto perfetto!!!
Katarzyna (10/5): Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Toskanii i pobliskich wysp. Polecam:) - Ośrodek posiada podziemny garaż. Apartamenty są bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Wszystko nam się bardzo podobało, a szczególnie widok na port jachtowy i wyspę Elbę.

Elena (9/5): - Accoglienza molto cordiale e amichevole, l'intero residence molto bello. Ampio parcheggio sotterraneo per le macchine. Vista stupenda sul mare. I cuscini, veramente troppo sottili, consiglierei o di cambiarli o metterne altri di riserva da aggiungere e eventualmente.

EMILIE (10/5): - Nous avons passé de super vacances . La résidence est formidablement bien situé, le logement très propre est très confortable au pied de l’eau . Vraiment rien à dire à part merci . Nous avons même eu un ménage de fait avec changement de draps et de serviettes de toilette au milieu de notre séjour. Vraiment je recommence à 100%

Roger (9/5): Perfecte uitvalsbasis in het land der Etrusken. - Mooi appartement voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Prachtige ligging aan de zee en op 20 min wandelafstand van Piombino. Alles was in orde, geen opmerkingen.
