Néanmoins je recommande au management de l'hotel de remplacer la personne a l'accueil le soir, c'est une personne incompétente. Par exemple il ne sait pas faire la difference entre une carte de debit et de credit, puis d'autres mésaventures. Je ne réserverai plus cet hotel tant que cette personne sera a l'accueil.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Consider other hotels. - 전반적으로 직원들이 영어를 못함. 4or5성급 호텔이라 표기되어 있으나, 실상 영어할 줄 아는 직원은 1-2명임. 룸서비스,하우스키퍼 심지어 리셉션에 있는 직원조차 영어를 못함. 그 결과 룸서비스나, 방청소, 호텔 내 수영장이나 피트니트 센터도 이용하지 못함. 이용하려고 문의하면 대답하지 않고 웃거나, "NO"라고 이야가함. 결국 호텔 옮김 There is nobody who speaks English (just one or two staffs can) I could not use room service, room cleaning,swimming pool and etc. When I met staffs or call them for using hotel's service, the answer was laughing or "No". Finally, I tried to move other hotel. Even when I checked out, I had to wait for an English speaking staff member.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Gutes Businesshotel - Ich war insgesamt zwei Wochen geschäftlich in der Region. Mit meinem Aufenthalt im Le Indochina war ich im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück waren gut, auch wenn der Kaffee manchmal nur lauwarm war. Die Verständigung hätte etwas besser sein können. Englische Sprachkenntnisse waren bei einigen Mitarbeitern, auch an der Rezeption doch sehr limitiert. Noch eine abschließende Bemerkung und hier wiederhole ich mich, da ich zum gleichen Thema bereits eine Mail direkt an Expedia geschrieben habe. Ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass ich das gebuchte Zimmer auch bekam. Auch laut Beschreibung direkt auf der Hotel Homepage gehörte zum Executive Room ein Balkon. Mein Eindruck war, dass ich stattdessen ein Deluxe Zimmer zugwiesen bekam - kein Balkon und kleiner. Ich hatte das Personal kurz auf diesen Umsatnd hingewiesen. Jedoch wurde mir versichert, es sei die gebuchte Kategorie, also executive. Ich glaube es bis heute nicht, aber sei es drum, die zwei Wochen sind vorüber. Ich hab es überstanden, aber der unschöne Eindruck bleibt dennoch.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 뭐하나 제대로하지 않는 호텔 - 우유에 파리가 들어가 있다. 매일매일.. 그래도 바뀌지가 않는다. 객실 와이파이가 안되며 tv도 잘 나오지 않는다.. 심지어 물도 리필되어 있지 않은날이 많다. 때때로 객실에 들어오면 담배냄새가 나며 카펫을 청소하지 않는다.
