Klantvriendelijkheid: Babybed was aangevraagd, eerst goedgekeurd en dan dag zelf terwijl we onderweg waren per Mail geannuleerd. Ter plaatse geen greintje hulp om een oplossing te zoeken voor de baby en de vermoeide mama. De manier waarop er gecommuniceerd werd was ook Beneden alle peil.

• Erich (7/5): Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus für einen Zwischenstop. - Das Hotel liegt gegenüber einem sehr grossen Stadtpark, der immer sehr gut frequentiert wird und in dem man vor dem Abendessen einen schönen Spaziergang machen kann. Nach ca. 20 Uhr schliesst der Park und die Anzahl der freien und öffentlichen Parkplätze vor der Hotel nimmt zu. Das Restaurant und die Bar schliessen ab 22 Uhr. Zum Ende des Abendessens ca, 21.30 Uhr wurde das 2. Glas Wein nicht mehr serviert, obwohl die Bestellung entgegengenommen wurde. Ob Versehen oder Absicht dahintersteht, vermag ich nicht zu beurteilen. Die Auswahl der Weine ist hervorragend und breit gefächert. Deshalb hätten wir gerne noch ein 2. Glas genossen. Leider war das Personal nur mit Aufräumen beschäftigt. Das Essen war gut, die Atmosphäre eher kühl

Heel fijn om daar met de honden (wij hadden 3 kleine honden mee) te wandelen. Het hotel heeft ca. 10 eigen parkeerplaatsen op een afsluitbaar terrein. Meer openbare parkeerplaatsen recht voor de deur. Honden mogen mee in het restaurant en ontbijtruimte. Kleine diner kaart. Super lekker gegeten. Keuken maar beperkt open. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Kosten 3 kleine honden €10. Kleine lift aanwezig. Er was gerookt in de kamer. Kamer voldeed maar was niet ruim. Geen koffie/theefaciliteiten of föhn. Airco aanwezig.

• Erika (8/5): - Lage des Hotels mit Eingangsseite gegenüber eines großen Parks mit ruhiger Straße und Beginn einer toll ausgebauten Radstrasse, die uns direkt ins Zentrum der Altstadt führte. Restaurant im Hotel empfehlenswert. Kleine Karte, gute Küche mit vernünftigen Preisen. Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse mit kleiner Käse- und Schinkenauswahl erweitert. Großer kostenfreier öffentlicher Parkplatz vorm Hotel, noch besser der private Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Zimmer zur Rückseite des Hotels, wo sich eine viel befahrene Straße befindet. Ungestörter Nachtschlaf war nur mit geschlossenem Fenster möglich.

Das Restaurant hat eine kleine, gute Speise- und Weinkarte. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und getrunken. Sehr einfaches, typisches französisches Frühstück. Die Tür zum Familienzimmer klemmte.

The Park de la Colombiere and and the Boulevard de Chicago opposite the front entrance are great walking areas. Bus connection to inner city right near front entrance. Small room under the roof on second floor. The menu of the restaurant was not very enticing, took some dishes at dinner which we did not enjoy. Therefore, did not use the breakfast possibility.

The hotel has its own small carpark and there is also ample parking nearby. The bus stop is 80m away and takes 12 minutes to the centre of town. The hotel has a good restaurant and is perfect for tourists travelling with a car. The breakfast is nice but very simple. A few more option would be nice.
