Great location. Our room was very small. There seems to be a mosquito issue as we were bitten all over on the first afternoon by the pool. It might have been bad luck but this did not happen in our next stay which was in the same area.

• Miranda (9/5): Geweldig!! - Super verzorgde tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Geweldige ontvangst door Serena en haar gastvrijheid. Onze kamer werd super netjes verzorgd en schoongemaakt, zelfs onze kleding werd opgehangen! Het rook ook erg fris en lekker op onze kamer. Een avond werd er een bbq verzorgd voor de gasten. Zooo lekker en goed verzorgd, helemaal top. Net als het ontbijt en de eigen gemaakte taarten. En dat nog het uitzicht, echt prachtig. Eigenlijk niks, alleen onze airco maakte een beetje veel herrie, waardoor we deze in de nacht uitlieten.

La chambre trop petite et du coup difficile de s’y mettre nos valises.

• stefano (10/5): Purtroppo un solo giorno! Ma certi di tornare! - Bellissima accoglienza! Beatrice e tutto lo staff sono attentissimi e gentilissimi. Abbiamo apprezzato la cura e la pulizia della camera. Ottimo anche lo spuntino a base di salumi e formaggi locali. Colazione completa e adatta a ogni esigenza. Ci siamo goduti un giorno di relax nella piscina immersa nel verde di un giardino molto curato.

• Silvia (9/5): - La struttura è molto curata, c’è un ampio spazio verde ed una piscina ed è posta in un luogo con una bella visuale, non lontano da Castiglione della Pescaia. Il mio alloggio aveva una ampia terrazza che ho molto apprezzato considerata la permanenza di una settimana. La stanza è stata pulita giornalmente. Stefania, il marito e Beatrice, la proprietaria, sono molto gentili e disponibili.
• Chiara (10/5): - Location bellissima tra le colline toscane, stanze pulite e curate. Beatrice ci ha preparato un aperitivo eccellente, anche la colazione ricca di prodotti fatti in casa. A fare la differenza è sicuramente l'accoglienza e la cura che Beatrice, Serena e Fabio hanno per gli ospiti. Vi ringraziamo! Torneremo sicuramente, a presto :)

• Hans-Jörn (9/5): - Von der Gastgeberin Serena und Ihrem Mann wurden wir überaus freundlich begrüßt und erhielten sogleich zahlreiche Tips über gute Restaurants, Sehnswürdigkeiten etc. Am Abend wurde Serena von Beatrice unterstützt. Beide haben mit Ihrer freundlichen, warmherzigen und offenen Art jeden Tag gute Laune verbreitet. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig, Rührei wurde gerne zusätzlich angeboten. Der Blick von der Frühstücksterrasse reicht weit ins Land hinein. Am Pool konnte man wunderbar entspannen und auch mal einen faulen Tag einlegen, Getränke und Snacks konnte man jederzeit bekommen. Die Lage vom Agriturismo ist absolut ruhig, durch die etwas erhöhte Lage hat man einen wunderbaren Blick, zum Teil bis zum Meer. Den nächsten Ort, Castiglione della Pescaia mitzahlreichen guten Restaurants, und das Meer erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Strände in der Umgebung waren durchweg sauber, hervorragend für Kinder geeignet, kostenlos und die Wasserqualität war einfach super. Wer es am Strand etwas bequemer möchte, kann überall auch in den Strandclubs einen Sonnenschirm mit zwei Liegen mieten, 30 bis 35 Euro pro Tag, Restaurant, Bar sowie und Duschen und Toiletten waren dort überall vorhanden. Für Ausflüge in die südliche Toscana oder auch Richtung Latium ist der Standort nahezu perfekt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt (14 Tage), und haben uns bei Serena und ihren Mitarbeitern sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer und komfortabler sein können. Außer dem Bett gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten und keinen Tisch. Sollte es mal regnen, wäre der Aufenthalt im Zimmer schwierig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und wurden täglich aufgeräumt und geputzt.

• Christine (10/5): Wer Erholung und Stille braucht ist hier richtig! - Mir hat alles gefallen! Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit dort und wäre gerne länger geblieben. Mein Zimmer war sehr charmant, mit einer eigenen kleinen Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen großen Pool und in die Weite Landschaft der Maremma. Die Gastgeberin war so zuvorkommend und liebenswürdig, das Frühstück genau nach meinem Geschmack mit leckerem Kaffee und selbst gebackenen Kuchen und Keksen. Der Pool ist groß und lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Für mich 10 von 10 Punkten. Einfach nur traumhaft. Außerdem habe ich die Stille sehr genossen, außer den Zikaden gibt es keine störenden Geräusche. Topp! Nichts!

Fin dal primo momento i titolari si sono dimostrati di una disponibilità e simpatia incredibili, riuscendo da subito a mettermi a mio agio e facendomi sentire come a casa. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, immersa nella tranquillità più assoluta e con una vista meravigliosa sulla Maremma Toscana. Un posto ideale per rilassarsi, staccare dalla routine e godere della natura in un ambiente autentico e accogliente. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un'esperienza vera, fatta di ospitalità sincera e bellezza semplice ma raffinata. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Nice location in the countryside, convenient pool, breakfast with enough variety and fresh stuff, separate space for the bicycles. -The stay was too short. -Some mosquitoes but that’s the countryside but also many fireflies outside near the compound at night which was really fun to watch.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, super nette und hilfsbereite "Betreuung", Serena ist eine Perle, schön zu sehen, wie ein Beruf auch eine Berufung sein kann ! Ihre Fröhlichkeit ist ansteckend und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Wir kamen als Gäste und gingen als Freunde !!! man muss wissen, dass die Anlage abgelegen ist, dafür aber um so ruhiger Internationale TV-Sender wären schön für ausländische Gäste
• Daniela (10/5): - posto incantevole immerso tra le colline toscane. agriturismo curato, pulito, tranquillo. Piscina grande . Camere confortevoli e stile rustico. Colazione abbondante e ricca di prodotti fatti in casa , tutti squisiti. Serena impeccabile, gentilissima, disponibile e sempre presente!!!! Posizione strategica a pochissimi chilometri dal mare ma situato in una zona tranquilla in campagna. Questo posto è davvero un sogno

• ALESSANDRA (10/5): Una vera coccola. - Location stupenda, immersa nel verde. Ma chi fa la differenza è Serena...è stata super gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato quali posti visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Le sue colazioni una bontà, tutto fatto in casa. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati!
