It even included a yoga mat which was a great little extra. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and included a lovely complimentary basket of fruit. Great location to restaurants and attractions. In walking distance to everything. The garage to park our car was a real bonus too. Highly recommend Chiado Mercy Apartments. I honestly can’t think of anything.

The sound proof windows worked very well, as the street below can be noisy.

Apartment was superb and the location perfect. Surprisingly quiet at night given it is so centrally located and on a tram and bus route. Nothing I can think of - it's not the cheapest apartment but we're glad we spent the extra for this.

The location is ideal, near to everything you need and made a great base for a week long stay. The apartment was a great size and had everything you need and despite being in a busy area was so quite. The rooms and lobby were spotless and the cleaner came in every other day, leaving the room like new. I would stay there again without hesitation. Honestly nothing to dislike, we have stayed in a lot of apartments in a lot of cities and this one was one of the best.

The apartment looked newly renovated and had all the amenities you could want. The host Fernando was excellent. He was very thorough and provided great restaurant ideas. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It is an apartment building with underground parking (so safe), so nice and comfortable to come and go whenever you want. You get from the underground to the apartment in 1-2 minutes (the building has elevators). You can walk to discover so many nice places around Chiado, Baixa! Blue street right in the back, filled with restaurants. We found such a nice restaurant nearby (Chiado Garden, we highly recommend it, no reservation needed). Market available in a 3-4 minutes walking distance. Staff - Ben was so nice and friendly and welcoming. Although it was December 31st in the evening, Ben took his time to explain to us everything, and even to prior inform us about possible street closing in the New Year’s Eve. Extra - They took us by surprize with an amazing gift (for the Christmas holidays) full of delicious local products, fruits and with a room upgrade (from 1 room apartment to 2 rooms apartment, including 2 bathrooms), which was so useful and appreciated! Facilities - you have anything at your disposal, including dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, everything is functional. Should you have any problem, Ben is there for you. Thank you so much, Ben!

El anfitrión Rubén fue encantador y amable. Hay unas escaleras interiores que dan a un altillo. De entrada son muy originales pero se convierten en un suplicio: con niños son peligrosas porque son muy empinadas y altas, pero incluso para los adultos es fácil golpearse con ella al salir de la cocina.

We have stayed in several apartments around over the last few years and this one is probably at the top of our list. The only issue we had was that we knew nothing about Portugal and it was a bit humid for of liking but as soon as we returned to our room it was always comfortable.

- heather (10/5): Central spacious luxury with parking close to everything - Huge, clean, modern and very well appointed with a few little extras that were amazing like fruit, coffee, condiments, paper towels, toiletries, washing tablets etc. Ben met us on site to show us into the underground car park on site- really great to leave u car and explore on foot- so handy to everything, then Ben took us up to our room (yah a lift as we were on the top 5th floor). He was great with tips too - so nice and thorough. This place is really worth it and we’d highly recommend

- Cameron (10/5): - The apartment was freshly renovated and excellently appointed. It was clean and the location was second to none. Road noise is loud all night though but the soundproofing gets rid of most of it! Overall excellent!
- KenamorP (10/5): A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Lisbon! - Our stay in this apartment was simply perfect. The location couldn't be better, putting us right in the heart of Lisbon and making it easy to explore everything on foot. The apartment itself is lovely and fully equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible hospitality. João Pedro gave us such a friendly and warm welcome, and we were so touched by the super birthday surprise from Monzer. The cake was a thoughtful gesture and was absolutely delicious! We truly enjoyed every moment and can't wait to come back. Honestly, there wasn't a single thing we didn't like. Everything was fantastic.
- Shu (10/5): - This apartment is very new and everything is in excellent working conditions, generous rain shower, AC for heating and cooling, washer and dryer, and it’s in city center, the layout makes it noise free, especially you want to take a nap at night. Bathroom has heating floor. The ideal location makes calling uber or order Uber eat super easy. You have a small and clean lobby area, you can sit down while waiting for Uber. Mr. Silva is an extremely committed manager, he answers every text message within minutes. He personally came in to greet me and show me all the appliances. I was even allowed to check in 3 hours early because no gust the night before. He is professional, productive and excellent in communication. By the way, he is also handsome! Will book it again next time we in Lisbon and definitely recommend it to all of our family and friends.
- Kathryn (10/5): - The attention to detail in these apartments is first class. The apartments are very well equipped, spacious and clean. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon and many restaurants in the area for dining.out or buying supplies to eat in. When in Lisbon I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Nothing to note.
