• Christopher (10/5): - What a beautiful place. Apt was spacious, spotless, in a perfect location and packed with amenities. Fernando met us at the curb and spent at least 30 minutes with us getting us settled. He spoke excellent English, was extremely friendly and very competent. He showed us the features (and how to use) for everything in the apartment, helped us access the parking garage, and provided many good recommendations for us in the city. The apt location was very good...right in the center and within walking distance to everything.
• Ramses (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een luxe appartement, een rustpuntje in een druk Lissabon - Na de prettige ontvangst door host Ben betreed je het zeer sfeervolle appartement 'Deluxe', alwaar de schemerlampjes en zelfs de TV in de badkamer als welkomstgevoel al aan waren. Het appartement is volledig ingericht, met zelfs badstofslippers, paraplu's, koffie/thee/water en vers fruit. Wat opvalt is dat het appartement zeer schoon is, compliment daarvoor. Daarnaast ligt het appartement zeer centraal in Lissabon met metro en tram op korte loopafstand. Wij zouden bij terugkeer zeker weer voor dit verzorgde appartement kiezen. Niets

The flat itself was well designed and comfortable with great facilities including good aircon and shower and a comfortable bed. • Kelly (10/5): Will be staying here again - The location is unbeatable. Everything is clean, well maintained, water pressure is fantastic and the staff welcomes you so warmly. FYI- the bathroom in the bedroom is tight. If you’re on the heavy side or have mobility issues, use the main bathroom. My sister is planning a trip with her friends. They will be staying here if the dates work out. My suggestions for improvement, not complaining: -brighter lights, a bit dark - battery change for the wall clock

• Graciela (10/5): 5 Star Gem!!! - We were just blown away by this hotel - we absolutely loved this place! We booked a 1-bdrm and we were graciously upgraded to a 2-bdrm, top floor! This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! And, it was very clean and very comfortable. To top it all off, Ben and his staff were super nice and surprised both me and my daughter with a birthday cake (for me) and little birthday treats for her. It was super sweet of them to do so. We absolutely fell in love with Lisbon and I think staying here really helped with the experience. It is in a beautifully, centrally location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops and sites. We will definitely be booking Chiado Camoēs Apartments again, should we ever get the opportunity to visit Lisbon again. Thank you, Ben and staff!! We loved everything, no issues whatsoever.

На мой комментарий, что данная информация является конфиденциальной, они ответили, что им нужна гарантия компенсации потенциальных убытков, и что они собирают эти данные с посетителей. В первый раз столкнулся с таким. Видимо они не знают, что есть цивилизованный способ, в виде залога. Из-за этой процедуры в принципе заселение в принципе очень сложное, вам придется подстраивать свое время, чтобы обязательно принять их сотрудника, который приедет за вашей частной информацией.

• Sherri (10/5): EXCELLENT APT - BEST location, very roomy, modern. GREAT bathroom with heated floors and huge shower, TV in the bathroom mirror!!! Everything was very comfortable and nice. ELEVATOR was big, for Europe. Really great hosts! Would definitely stay here again if in Lisbon. Location was at the start of the best TRAM lines. Easy to take UBER or BOLT to the mall, or even ride the TRAM there. a couple of small issues with washer/dryer and TV reception in the bedroom. Both issues were fixed very quickly!

The host was very helpful and met us to check in and even sent us dinner recommendations and grocery stores around. Loved having the keyless entry. there were not any issues on this trip.

Walking distance to Baixa Chiado station and tram stop. Beautiful view to the Christmas festivities happening outside the apartment building Lights in the en-suite bathroom come in different colors, one in warm white and another in cool white, which is quite distracting. It doesn’t give a calming feeling in the bathroom

JP, the host, and the alternative room made everything very pleasant - the room initially didn't quite meet our expectations based on what we gathered from the pictures and description on booking.com when we booked. JP, the host, was proactive in addressing our concern and offered: 1. an alternative room in another property under its management which met our expectations, and 2. to transfer our luggage to the alternative site which was about 300m away, the path would have arduous on foot as it was uphill and cobbled. JP was extremely friendly, spoke very fluent English and shared useful information about what to do and places to eat (across many kinds of cuisines). JP was also very responsive in replying to our messages when we needed some help or clarifications on local matters. the fire alarm went off in the middle of one of the nights and was left unattended for more than half an hour. it made us very irritable while awaiting resolution even though it was subsequently determined to be a false alarm. however, if it had been a real fire, that would have been disastrous. nonetheless, our sleep was disrupted and we had a restless night then.

Vi fanno trovare un cesto di frutta fresca, 2 bottiglie di acqua grande, detersivo per lavatrice/asciugatrice, non manca davvero nulla! Hanno salvato il nostro viaggio a Lisbona che non era iniziato nei migliori dei modi! Noi abbiamo un bambino di 2 anni e l’igiene con poi tutte le comodità di questa struttura hanno reso il soggiorno a Lisbona veramente confortevole! Inoltre hanno messo anche il letto per il bambino con un peluche dentro🥹 veramente tutto fantastico! Grazie di tutto e per aver salvato il nostro viaggio a Lisbona, torneremo e sicuramente nuovamente in questi appartamenti e lo consiglieremo a tutti!

The person who greeted us was really helpful. There was no fuss, and our bags were organised to go up to our apartment. On Halloween we were given a delicious cake decorated for the occasion. • Jorie (10/5): Geweldige accommodatie op een toplocatie! - Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, we waren wat verlaat en dat was geen enkel probleem. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, heel veel privacy (we hadden het top appartement) met dakterras. Toplokatie, vele restaurantjes in de nabijheid, uitzicht op het plein. Kan niets bedenken.

• CLAIRE (10/5): Excellent - Super comfortable sofa bed, easy to put away and get out took about 1 second. Lovely soft cotton sheets and comfy pillows. Great area in middle of everything walking distance to most attractions, lots of excellent shops and restaurants, cafes and takeaways plus transport on doorstep, beautifully decorated stylish and super clean, dishwasher and washing machine tablets included, coffee pods and food pack provided with proper bakers bread and good cheese to order, very friendly and helpful, easy to contact, No noise whatsoever from other apartments or from outside with windows closed. Great view, good outside seating area, lots of room. Plenty of storage for clothes plenty of hangers, iron etc. Air conditioning was good. Full size freezer if you need it. Bathroom marble excellent shower. Great staff arranged a late check out fuss free when medical emergency came up. They even provided a juicer and hand blender. Excellent The QR code on oven for instructions on how to use appliances does not include how to use hob and being technically challenged 2 of us could not work it out! However the 3rd adult worked it out in the end! There was a smell of drains on ground floor entry lobby but probably an issue from outside and being on top floor it did not affect us one bit. It is officially no stop zone but taxis could drop you off but to pick you up again have to walk to Subway sandwich shop (2 minute walk) where there is parking but actually not an issue at all.

• Daniel (10/5): Aplo e confortável, entre chiado e bairro alto. Perfeito. - Localizado no coração da melhor parte de Lisboa, entre Bairro Alto e Chiado, com vista para a icônica praça Camões. Um raro exemplo de apartamento histórico mas espaçoso e completamente modernizado. O atendimento é checkin foram os melhores que já tive nesse tipo de acomodação. Não há nada de negativo a reportar. O local é acessível por elétrico (tram), metro ou a pé (não é muito no alto). Não aconselho usar carro em Lisboa mas a empresa host oferece opção em local próximo.
• Amir (10/5): - This hotel is in an excellent location, in a beautiful square, steps from the metro, shops, and restaurants. Communication with staff was very pleasant and recommendations for dining and activities were appreciated. The one issue we had was with towel replacement- instructions were to leave items to be replaced on the floor, which I did one day. However, when we returned, I saw that the same facecloth had been put back on the towel bar in a haphazard manner. So a dirty towel which had been on the floor was put back to be used again. I found this to be unpleasant to say the least and it did make me wonder what else was being missed by the housekeeping staff.

• Patrik (10/5): Perfekte Lage, sauber und freundlicher Empfang - Die Dachwohnung war sehr gemütlich und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Die Lage des Appartements war super. Schneller Zugang zu Tram, Bus und Metro. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Echt toll war auch, dass wir später am Nachmittag nochmals ins Appartement durften um uns für den Flug umzuziehen. Für uns gab es nichts Negatives.

JP and the team went over and beyond to assist us! The location is perfect, central to everything & walking distance to everywhere. Great coffee, restaurants & bars nearby. • Liah (9/5): - Location is the best in Lisbon. The apartment is great and big enough for 5 people they change the code sharp at 12:00 and at 12:05 when we tried to come back as we forgot something in the apartment we couldn't get in and no one pick up the phone -so we had to leave our stuff behind

• Helen (9/5): Heerlijk appartement om de stad te verkennen - Heerlijk appartement midden in het centrum van Lissabon. Mooie ingerichte kamer met wasmachine (en zelfs 3 wastabletten!). Host was super vriendelijk en wachtte ons op na app contact. Gratis parkeren in hun eigen garage (2 starten verderop). Voor de deur/op het plein rijden de trammetjes en het centrum/winkelstraten van Lissabon is om de hoek. Perfect gelegen accommodatie! niets

• Karolina (10/5): - Fantastyczne mieszkanie, wyposażone w absolutnie wszystko czego tylko można potrzebować, łącznie z pralką, kapsułkami do prania i stojącą suszarką. Mieszkanie jest ładne, niezwykle czyste (sprzątanie odbywa się co dwa dni podczas pobytu) i położone w samym centrum. Okno salonu wychodzi na plac, po którym jeżdżą słynne tramwaje, a okno sypialni na wewnętrzny dziedziniec. W mieszkaniu słychać nieco ruch uliczny, ale skutecznie można go zagłuszyć klimatyzacją ;) więc w ogóle nie przeszkadzał nam w spaniu. Pracownicy są bardzo sympatyczni i udzielają wyczerpujących wyjaśnień. Mieszkanie całkowicie przewyższyło moje oczekiwania! Wolałabym, żeby słuchawka prysznicowa była okrągła, a nie w kształcie "walca", i żeby wąż prysznicowy się zginał, ale to już kwestia preferencji, bo mojemu mężowi w ogóle nie przeszkadzały te, które są w mieszkaniu.
