• THEODORA (10/5): - Εκπληκτική τοποθεσία, πραγματικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαρά ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια κ δίπλα σε εστιατόρια, καφέ, σούπερ μάρκετ κλπ. Διαμονή vfm κ εννοείται ότι θα ξαναερθουμε!!

• Mehmet (8/5): - Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich gut. Unmittelbar am Meer, nur ein Paar Meter.Traumhaft. Vom Personal war nichts zu sehen. Am Desk steht eine WebCam, dadurch kontrollieren die Inhaber den Eingang. Wir haben zwei Nächte übernachtet. Keine Reinigung und Entleerung der Mülleimer. Frühstück nicht inklusive, aber ein Cafe unten. Das Angebot da ist aber ein Witz und sehr teuer. Deswegen habe wir darauf verzichtet. Am Strand waren die Hoteleigenen liegen nicht nutzbar, weil gesperrt.

• Manfred (10/5): Ruhiges Haus mit traumhafter Lage - Die Lage direkt am Strand und die Ruhe im Haus waren traumhaft. Obwohl die Balkone direkt nebeneinander liegen, bringt die Abgrenzung durch Schilfwände durchaus eine Privatsphäre. Das Personal und die Besitzer waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

You can use beach chairs and umbrella free - just ask in the caffe next to the apartment reception. Great stay. We liked everything. If I could add anything to the property it would be direct stairs from each balcony onto the beach chairs. That would make it perfect. Naturally it is not a minus. Getting to the beach takes 1 minute so it is great as it is.

Nice toiletries. Breakfast at cafe attached or can be delivered to room.Lots of restaurants nearby. Couldn't park onside so had to park in street but that's common in Tolo.

• Milan (10/5): Wonderful experience - The location is great, 3 meters from the beach. All rooms have a wonderful view of the sea, a fairytale island and a magical sunrise. The beach is sandy, with a perfect gradual entry into the water and crystal clear sea. The beds are great, as are the pillows. Hygiene is impeccable, towels and bed linen are changed regularly. Parking was always available in front of the accommodation, probably because of the stay in September. There is a sufficient number of shops and restaurants near the accommodation, for all needs. Just 10 km away is the beautiful town of Nafplio, with many sights and amenities. The relationship between price and quality of service and accommodation is excellent. Mrs. Dimitra is always kind and at your service for anything you need. We will definitely repeat this wonderful experience. Everything was great!

They have been very helpful and kind! we loved our room, which was also extremely clean. while the highlight of our stay was listening to the waves that were crushing just outside our room! highly recommend this place and we would love to go back!
• Jared (4/5): Tiny, outdated room. Stay somewhere else. - The room really is right next to the beach... If you call it a beach. There is about 5 ft. of muddy sand and then water. The room is very out of date and extremely small... The door to the bathroom stuck so bad that you really could not open up fully and the door to the room also stuck on the floor. We paid for two nights but only stayed one. Also, it says in the description for the hotel that they have chairs that they set up for you at the beach but none of that was offered for us when we asked about the beach. Overall, just a very disappointing experience.

• Olivia (10/5): Perfect sea view - If you are looking for facilities like in a club hotel, then this place isn't for you. The rooms are small and basic but they have really good beds and the balcony right above the sea is just perfect. What a stunning view! Breakfast is served on your balcony and there are a lot of tavernas and cafés nearby. If you like snorkeling, rent a boat and go to the small island right in front of your balcony and snorkel around it. We saw a lot of fish including moray eels and lionfish.

• Angela (9/5): Loved it - Location: Superb - right on the beach front. While you sit on your balcony, you can listen to the waves, while you stare out over the sea. Rooms: Not large, but clean; small double bed and a fridge and water kettle Bathroom: small but functional and clean. Breakfast: You are given a good choice of several items, which is then served in your room. Really nice to have breakfast on your own balcony. The people are very friendly and helpful. This is a small apartment building at the sea front, ran by very nice people - would definitely recommend!

Short (1-3 min) walking distance to main beach area, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable with excellent A/C and very reasonable pricing given the prime location. One of our favorite stays in Greece.
