- Debbie (10/5): Thank you!!!! - I loved the location. We were short walk to everything. Teresa sent great communications for checking into Beulah House. She was pleasant and helpful. Our room was super clean. I would stay there again. I liked everything
- Hannah (10/5): -
- Angela (8/5): - Room was fine No staff on site, online check in. They didn't have any info on the area like restaurants or things to do.
- Alan (10/5): -
- Joan (9/5): - Clean, tidy, comfortable with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. N/A
- Andreea (6/5): - Great location and comfy bed. I booked a room for 2 people but we had another huge double bed inside the room. The room was cramped and we could barely move around. No one cleaned the room despite us booking for 5 nights. I am very disappointed with the overall stay.
- Brenda (10/5): - Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Excellent location
- Kathy (10/5): - So helpful kind and friendly
- Rita (10/5): We liked stay and definitely cime back🤗 - Is lovely room

- Carol (10/5): This place is definitely a hidden gem. We usually stay in the hotels but were looking somewhere a little less expensive. - It was clean bright fresh smelt good and the decor was lovely The only downside was the noise of punters coming out of pub across the way but it was a Saturday night and there was a lot of events on that weekend.

- Eva (8/5): - Since I traveled outside of the high season, I didn't see any staff during my stay. I checked in and out by myself. The location is good, nice town and beach. There are many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Nothing in particular.

- Zoe (9/5): Budget friendly, clean and great location - Great location and good value for money Walls are very thin. Was able to hear everything from room below
- Roy (6/5): Warm , comfortable and welcoming . - The room was lovely and comfortable and was perfect . The staff were friendly and welcoming . I had a nice quiet stay There was nothing I didn’t like . Everything was perfect for my stay .
- James (1/5): Bad value for money, don’t bother - Didn’t like anything. We were kept up all through the night by extremely loud guests. We rang reception multiple times to ask for help but got no reply. We ended up having to bang on the walls to get them to be quiet but they just got louder stamping in the floors and walls. At one point they tried to enter the room. For the amount we paid we should’ve just stayed in a hotel, didn’t get any sleep at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

- Pam (8/5): - Breakfasts were lovely and tasty. Kim was helpful and friendly. You couldn’t change this but the room was quite small; hard to have 2 suitcases open. Perhaps you have larger rooms available.
- John (10/5): We enjoyed our short stay it was excellent -
- Caroline (9/5): - The location excellent and the room and breakfast very good No complaints would definitely go back
- Adamek (10/5): Good -
- Alexandra (8/5): Great for a short trip - Great location. Room basic but clean Bed was a little uncomfortable. We were at the front of the guesthouse so the noise from outside at night was loud.

- Sharma (8/5): - Location , comfort , availability and Quick response As of now the parking area is tough to find in busy location Get some extra time 😜
- GEORGE (10/5): First class stay for price , - Probably how easy it was to turn up and everything worked very easy entry , parking was a great plus very central , stayed in a few larger hotel all round the port over years but will definitely be tryin here again for sure , Practical nothing , no complaints at all
- David Martin (9/5): Really super, good value, great access to town and beaches and coast. - Great little guest house, very close to town centre. Lovely fresh decor in bedroom, lounge and breakfast room, very comfortable. Breakfast was so great (gluten-free for me, was really excellent). Great helpful staff. Super price.

- Angie (8/5): Lovely stay - The location was great and lovely breakfast. The bathroom was tiny but to be expected in such an old property.
- ShinYu (10/5): - Everything was so comfortable,
location is good as well. I had a good experience here.
- Ignacio (10/5): -
- Jim (4/5): Nil sound insulation, ensuite sliding door very poor and ensuite tiny - Location No sound insulation whatsoever as we could hear guests in the bedroom above using their toilet and walking across the floor
The bedroom "ensuite" was little more than a walk-in cupboard with a poorly fitted sliding door so afforded little privacy
- Louise (10/5): - This guest house is exceptional. You couldn't ask for a better location to all the attractions, cafes and restaurants. The host is very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything you'd need. We'd highly recommend and we'll definitely to back Nothing
- Philip (10/5): - Everything was excellant

- elizabeth (8/5): Well located, easily accessible after hours and accommodating staff and cosy clean room. - The location, the staff, the ease of accessibility and the cleanliness of the room were excellent. Finding a kettle and tea making facilities with a wee biccie is always a lovely extra bonus too. Highly recommend Due to the fact tit was Saturday evening a few couples were coming in late and were a bit loud. This disturbed my sleep as I had gone to bed early after a long day at a retreat. That was the only negative for me.

- Jason (10/5): - Peace and quiet which was my reason for a stay away I didn book for long enough
- Fj (10/5): -
- Rhona (5/5): - Location All mattresses in family room 8 need to be replaced, springs can be felt. Very small for a family room.
- The Uncombed Cat (7/5): A comfortable stay - Central location, equal short walking distance to the train station and surf club I was visiting. I would say it's even less of a distance than the estimate given - depending on your rate of walking. I liked the ease of coming and going with the code system and pleasant communal lounge. It was nice having the option of breakfast if needed and both hot and cold foods offered. My room had an ensuite shower room which had exceptional pressure and heat. I was in the downstairs room next to the entrance which didnt bother me too much but if you're sensitive to noise it probably wouldnt be ideal.
- William (9/5): A very comfortable and well located hotel. - Was in a great location ,with easy walking distance to the town centre. The weather wasn’t that good, but that wasn’t your fault,

- kipling (8/5): Lovely - The staff was great. Very well cared for B&B with small rooms and bathrooms, but then that's to be expected.
- Margaret (10/5): Fabulous Beulah! - The owner accommodated an early check-in for me as I had hurt my back and needed to rest. She was very welcoming and understanding. At moments like this, on vacation, a little kindness is greatly appreciated.
The room was clean and bright with a view of the sea, the linens were fresh and spotless, bathroom was a decent size and the shower was a tad tricky but worked well once we'd figured it out.
Breakfast was fantastic with a marvelous selection. Well worth the £10 each.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Walking distance to everything on the peninsula. Parking was tricky to get to but safe and private once we got there.
No safe in the room (for a longer visit, would require that).
Being at the front of the house, it was noisy late at night with cars speeding past but frankly that didn't interfere with our sleep.
The reading light on the right wasn't working.
- Kerrie (8/5): - Nice room very clean an close 2 everything
- John (10/5): - Very comfortable room, fantastic bathroom with shower and bath, very quiet, great location. Extremely close to the parkrun. Nothing.
