• Gregory (9/5): A perfect Lisbon stay. - The location was perfect for morning caffe, catching a tram, walking through the historical district and finding restaurants of every kind. We ate some meals in the apartment, and grocery stores were extremely accessible. Evenings brought a wide range of entertainment in the Square. The apartment had extra touches that made the stay special, we received great help in arranging private tours and the appliances were all working well with access to instructions for their use were readily available. Cleaning and fresh linens were a plus.

• Karen (10/5): Great place to stay - Cant stress enough how good the location of the apartment is - right at entrance of subway, McD just downstairs and super close to tram stops to take #28 and#12. Apartment itself is impeccable with parking (abit of distance to walk though) and perfectly decorated and equipped. Although you could hear noise from the busy square below but it didnt bother us at all. In fact the fantastic view and location was worth it. Apartment is new and had lifts- so important when you have luggage Only issue I would say is that apartment entrance is along busy street and parking near the McDonald’s is very hard to come by so there is no space to actually stop the car to drop your luggage. But Ben and his colleagues were there to help, one to help with luggage and check in while another one helped to lead to car park. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others -

• Pooi Pooi (10/5): Enjoy our stay, very homie feel. - Great location. It’s not a hotel but we get housekeeping every two days and the team will help with clearing trashes, cleaning, replenishing coffee pods, laundry detergent and fresh towels. We travelled a lot and always rent an apartment but have not stayed in one that has such frequent housekeeping. Communication is easy with the team, friendly, approachable, helpful. We have a late flight and they helped us store the luggage until we need to leave. It’s a busy area and we get free concerts from street performers if we leave the window open. The most impressive is every room has a split unit A/C which we can get cool wind on hotter days and warm air for colder rainy days. Cooking utensils are ample (since we have a long stay). Nothing. Maybe a rack for drying clothes at the patio can add more brownie points :)

Apartment was comfortable, spacious, modern and very clean. Really good communication from hosts, met us on arrival to go over everything, which was very useful. Lots of extra touches, such as fruit, water etc. Although above a McDonald's, you didnt know it, no issues with it at all. Shower is not very powerful when it's on the rainfall shower setting. I found the pillows a bit uncomfortable.

The apartment was spotless, and incredible attention to detail all round. They have gone that extra mile and deserve credit. The location is simply unbeatable. Tram stops by the front door. Metro also by the front door. Bonus McDonald's directly under the apartment for emergency snacks lol . Parking was a little far, and difficult to park, but once in was ok. ( free parking which helps of course)

The ability to open the balcony windows and take in the sights and sounds of the square, and then close them for a perfectly quiet night's sleep, was wonderful! • Geraldine (10/5): - We had an incredible experience at Lisbon Best Apartment Chiado Square — truly better than we could’ve hoped for! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Airport transportation was easy and convenient, and we were warmly greeted by Monzer, who welcomed us with genuine hospitality, showed us around the apartment, and even helped us book a Tuk Tuk tour that ended up being one of our trip highlights. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location could not be better: walking distance to grocery stores, endless dining options, and great shopping. It’s right in the heart of Lisbon, making sightseeing effortless for first-time visitors like us. One of our favorite memories was enjoying the sunset over the rooftops while listening to live music from performers in Chiado Square — such a magical (and free!) experience. We give this stay the highest of recommendations.

The neighborhood surrounding the property was filled with many fine dine choices and was central to all the tourist spots near. Upon arrival the communication with the tenant was 10/10. The apartment had a beautiful view of lisbon and was located right at the heart of the city. I would recommend and go again myself!

• Steffan (10/5): Great stay in Chiado Square - Very thorough welcome and check-in by Fernando. Duplex apartment was brilliant, very clean and felt high-end. Probably too big if anything for a couple! Location is spot on, best place to be in Lisbon. Close to everything and the buzz on the square. If you came for peace and quiet, stay somewhere else. With the great air conditioning and windows closed, you can barely hear the traffic and trams. We were on the 5th floor however! Appreciate it would be noisier on lower floors. Overall, a brilliant stay. Refresh of tea bags and water when cleaner came around would have been ideal.

The location of the apartment is amazing, you have everything in a walking distance and the metro is basically underneath. The apartment was clean, all the necessary equipment and facilities were present. I saw a lot of comments about the noise from the street, yes it is a noisy street but the windows are soundproof and we were never being disturbed. N/A

There will be noise / singing until 10:00 pm or later. Lots of shopping and restaurants right there. Right next to a train station. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Place is very modern bidets and TV in bathroom neither a must for us but it was cool for kids. Convenient for the Baixa-Chiado metro stop and famous tram 28. We used the metro to get to the CP trains to Lisboa Oriente and Lisboa Santa Appolonia to Faro. It made it super easy to get straight home. We absolutely loved the nightly musicians outside and enjoyed wine on the balcony each night listening. Ice cream and shops are very close. Amazing pastries and coffee right below. AC worked well and has elevator. If we come back, we will stay here 100%. Do not rent a car in Lisbon, lol.

• John (10/5): - In a central spot just near the station, shops, restaurants you feel you are in the very centre of Lisbon. Excellent sound proofing, buskers outside are always done by 10pm, very secure and great communication. 10/10

The apartment was very well located and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

• Féthi (9/5): Au top pour Lisboa ! - Très bon accueil de la part de Monzer. Il est aux petits soins, ne changez rien. Merci aux femmes de ménages également ! Rien !!!
• MatijaKnez (9/5): - The host was waiting for us upon the arrival. We got there by car and they escorted the part of the group to the room with luggage and second host drove with me to the garage to show me where they have free parking (3mins walk away) We got all amenities and even fruit on the table. Coffee capsules for at least 5 days... It is really best Lisbon apartments!
• Hadar (10/5): דירה מושלמת במיקום הכי מרכזי בליסבון ומארחים מקסימים. - הגענו זוג, ילדה קטנה ותינוק, הדירה במיקום סופר מרכזי ויחסית שטוח. היתרון הכי גדול זה המיקום והחנייה חינם בחניון של בניין אחר 200 מטר מהדירה. הגענו והבחורה המקסימה קיבלה אותנו וישר עזרה לנו להוריד את כל הציוד והמזוודות וליוותה את בעלי לחניון ואז עשתה לנו צ’ק אין בתוך הדירה. הדירה יפה, נקייה, מרווחת ומצוידת בהכל. יש מזגנים, מכונת כביסה ומייבש, היינו בדירה בקומה הרביעית שרק שם יש מרפסות קטנות. המארחים היו מקסימים ממש וזמינים לכל שאלה בוואטסאפ, נתנו לנו להישאר ללא עלות לצ׳ק אאוט מאוחר (עד 18:00 בערב). הדירה פונה לכיכר ממש מרכזית שיש בה כל הזמן מופעי רחוב, נגנים כמעט בכל שעה, החלונות יחסית מבודדים אבל עדיין שומעים את המוזיקה, בכל מקרה לנו לא הפריע כי ההופעות היו ממש יפות.
