• Brian (10/5): A comfortable hotel in a great central location - I really like this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant that has really good food at a good price. The rooms are really spacious and are comfortable to sleep in. Also, the pool is a great feature to this hotel. I really like sitting out by the pool and relax. It is also located across the street from Bodega Aurrera where you can buy anything you forgot or food or bottles of water. There are restaurants close as well. A wing restaurant is on the same block. Also, there is an amazing café the other direction on the same block. I really can't think of anything that I didn't like about the property or staff. It really is nice.

Good WiFi, I work remotely and am always on video and I had no problem working the 4 days we were here.

• Brian (10/5): Great staff and location for a hotel - I really do like staying here. The staff is friendly and ready to help if needed. Also, the location is great. There is a Bodega Aurrera across the street which is basically a mini-Walmart. There is an amazing cafe right next door with a great staff there too. I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel or the property.

• José Neil Amhed (6/5): - Lamentablemente en la cocina les falta tener más cuidado en la preparación por ejemplo pedí un spaghetti Alfredo y el mesero me dijo que estaba recién hecho y la pasta fresca, y pues realmente no fue así juzguen la foto, la pasta café, cuando es fresca es amarilla, no tenía crema pasado de orégano, le pusieron lechuga, y le faltó crema , he comido esa misma pasta en otros lugares y la comparación es avismal, pedí arrachera y me la sirvieron fría, en cuanto a eso todo lo demás está genial

Su sistema de reservaciones - Hice mi reserva el dia 22 aprox a las 9 y media, y al llegar al hotel resulta que me dicen que no hay reservación registrada, mostré el número de itinerario que envía la aplicación de hoteles.com y el dependiente del hotel me dijo que no eran los 14 números que tenían que ser 10 dígitos, por lo tanto NO APLICO LA RESERVACIÓN y se hizo el cobro contratando la habitación directamente con el hotel, ya siendo las 11 y media de la noche no quedó opción y tuve que pagar directamente al hotel el costo de la habitación, otra cosa que molesta, el cobro de perros, en la aplicación dice SE ACEPTAN MASCOTAS, más no dice debe dejar 500 pesos de depósito por si hace daños a la propiedad, no tengo problema en darlos pero que especifiquen a tiempo para no tomar como cobros sorpresa este tipo de gasto

• Nazariega tejeda (5/5): Exhortación para tener una mejores habitaciones a ese precio - Lo que me gustó del lugar que tiene muy buena ubicación hacia el área donde me dirigía me quedaba muy cerca No me gustó la habitación que me dieron se batalla mucho para tratar de darle uso a los aparatos electrónicos que hay en la habitación a lo de los baños pues ciertas partes del baño es inservibles dañadas la habitación olía mucho a humedad sí contaba con algo de polvo en el piso la maita que estaba arriba de la cama también contada con polvo porque lo logré sacudir y cayó mucho polvo el aire el clima funcionaba pero hacía mucho ruido la televisión se batallaba para aprender eso es lo que no me gustó el hotel y por lo tanto se me hizo algo excesivo el precio por la condición que están las habitaciones

• Brian (10/5): Great value hotel in an ideal location close to transporatation and shopping. - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Specifically I had some questions about other transportation, if there was a copy place close (yes, right down the sidewalk), and if I can get more towels for my room. I got a room right off the pool which was a really nice pool. The employees made sure that the guests at the pool closed up their activities at a decent hour. My room was comfortable and ample. This hotel is very well located as it is right across the street from Aurrera Bodega (owned by Walmart) and I went over there about three times because I kept forgetting to buy things while I was in the store. I also walked around the neighborhood to buy items for a carne asada that I was going to the next day. I found a tortillería and got a kilo of tortillas. I found a market where I got my beef carved by the vendor right there. And then in the market, I found my salsa, vegetables, and other things I needed. When I go back, I am definitely going to stay here again. The location could not have been more ideal for me. I was catching the bus to Cintalapa right across the street and then on the return, the bus stopped right in front of the hotel. The store across the street made getting my forgotten items a lot easier. And the overall experience in the hotel with the room, pool, and staff was very comfortable. I suppose the only thing that could have been better was that the safe in my room didn't work. But I didn't let staff know to have them come fix it. I think it was probably in need of a battery. But again, I didn't say anything and I am sure they probably would have fixed it had I asked.
