Some family members were disappointed because the workout room was closed because something wasn't working and the same for the waffle maker not working. Our room was on the 1st floor right next to the smoking area and normal talking could be heard that was a little bothersome trying to sleep. Maybe relocate the smoking area?

- Andrey (8/5): Good place to stay here in case of business trip to Port Fourchon - Choose this location because of proximity to my worksite at Port Fourchon. All stuff are very helpful and friendly, Rooms are clean and comfy. There is small stand with shack and drinks. The laundry clean and inexpensive. Apps BONVOY is great help to make booking and check in. Breakfast doesn't exist as such, instead there is the same boring set every morning: take away the same sandwich, yogurt, bottle of water and muffin. Coffee available all day long.

This room was a very small room with no sofa which was very disappointing. Doubt I will stay here again. When I went to the front desk they were not the most polite either. They blamed it on Expedia. I contacted expedia and they called the hotel but no one there was willing to help so expedia apologized for the inconvenience and offered a coupon.

The room conditions were great but the hotels wifi spots were down except at the elevator. The hotel was unable to move me to a working wifi location. Breakfast was a brown bag. Something about house keeping being understaffed. No big deal, we had beer. Still an inconvenience after working all day. The staffvwas great thkugh throughout our entire stay.. minus the housekeeping. We never recieved fresh towels afterv3 days. No trash taken out, no bed refresh. You sort of expect that with a modern day hotel.. no microwave in the room. But we had a fridge to keep our food nice and cold! We just couldn't eat it. There was a comunal microwave in the lobby... yay. Wake up hungry! And then go to another place for breakfast... because once again they ssid they had breakfast... no breakfast. Nope sorry yall suck for the amount of money i spent.

- Aeeo73 (8/5): Good Clean Newer Hotel with noises issues - It feels like a newer built hotel with many amenities. I enjoy the firm beds and decor provided. I’ve stayed here 3 times and the hotel is clean and spacious. I’ve stayed in a suite, which had one room divided into 2 with a sofa, coffee table and desk, the bed in another area both with large tv’s. The other 2 times were King rooms which had ample space. One room was ADA compliant and had a wonderful shower the other had a standard tub shower! As for the noise, the front side of the hotel has a car wash, I thought planes were flying over head, but i was wrong. Also on the front you can easily hear the traffic from the road. On the back side it was much quieter. However, I assume that is the elevator buzzing I hear from the halls, Sounds like a microwave over timer, and On the 3rd floor you can easily hear the person on the fourth floor walking above you
