Henry (8/5): A nice place to spend a great time, but be ready to spend a lot of money at the restaurant. - We loved the facilities, the pool and location, Breakfast was good. The pool water is clean, and the rooms are always in good condition. Most of the waiters at the restaurant are great... especially Guido... Nelson is also good. Keep on doing the family activities; they're nice. We've been going to the resort for over 20 years. Camacho is a super friendly fellow! We've been going to resort over 20 years, so we can compare NOW AND BEFORE. Some of the dishes are pricey or they are small in comparison to what they cost. The chicharron de pescado was just the fish and the salsa tartara---no fries, or yucca or sarsa de cebolla (sarsa criolla). Also, the cebiche de conchas negras was much too small with only two SMALL pieces of sweet potato (camotitos)... One night, I ordered a chicken soup and the carrot and beans were almost raw. There was complimentary bread on the table only ONE NIGHT out of the 5 nights we spent there. I guess the prices and the quality of some of the dishes need a thorough review. We were surprised to know that although we were already spending nearly $1000 for 5 days, we had to pay $30 or $50 more for half a day or a day if we wanted to sit in the booths that are around the pool.

Luis (9/5): Maravillosa salvo por las condiciones de mi bungalow - La atención es excepcional. Todos se portaron de maneja magnífica. Nos sentimos muy bien con todo el personal. Siempre amables, colaborativos, pacientes. La verdad es que tienen un equipo de lujo. La habitación. Reserve el bungalow familiar y la verdad dejó mucho que desear. Instalaciones antiguas, descuidadas y podría decir que, en apariencia, dejadas de cuidar de mala manera. El costo fue elevado y pese a ello, los amenities eran pobrísimos. Por ejemplo, las habitaciones deluxe o suites tienen máquinas de café con cápsulas, mientras que el bungalow tenía tetera eléctrica y sobres de café instantáneo. Asimismo, el shampoo y jabón en las habitaciones regulares eran de marca importada y pegados a la ducha, mientras que en el bungalow eran botellitas y cajitas de jabón. El aire acondicionado del bungalow no enfriaba. Hubiese preferido rentar dos habitaciones deluxe en vez del bungalow.

Alberto Enrique (9/5): Lugar espectacular para descansar y disfrutar de este paraiso y con una excelente carta gastronómica - La vista desde el dormitorio..Lindos Sunset y el sonido del mar...La playa excelente y el mar espectacular... Estaban construyendo nuevas instalaciones y el dormitorio asignado estaba pegado a la construccion con todo el ruido pertinente. Me cambiaron por 1 noche a una habitación Deluxe y luego a una habitación Junior suite como la contratada, pero muy lejos del comedor. Otro punto a mejorar es que se contrató el servicio compartido de taxi al aeropuerto y en el trayecto por indicación de uno de los pasajeros, la Van paró en el camino para comprar comida, llegando con poco margen para tomar nuestro vuelo.

Miguel Requena (6/5): Mala suerte o decepción. - El hotel es lindo y tiene buena infraestructura en general, pero le falta mantenimiento Tuvimos problemas con la puerta de ingreso que estaba descuadrada y se hacía dificil abrirla. El agua se pasaba en el Water, el aire acondicionado echaba agua, me tuvieron que cambiar la tele porque no funcionaba bien. El internet es muy pobre.
patricia (9/5): Días soñados en familia - Todo, me sorprendió mucho, las instalaciones estan bien cuidadas, los jardines, las piscinas, el bungalow familiar lindo, con todas las comodidades, la ubicación excelente, en frente de la playa, la comida riquísima y muy variada, el personal es amable, atentos y tienen un trato muy familiar, mi madre se mareo un poco al hacer un paseo en bote, estuvieron muy atentos, le prepararon una dieta de pollo que no aparecía en carta, y al día siguiente el personal se preocupó por preguntarle como seguía. La verdad que todo esto nos hizo sentir acogidos y mejoró nuestra estancia. Lugar recomendable al que volvería sin duda. Hormigas en uno de los baños me imagino por la humedad. Esto no hizo que mi estancia se viera afectada para nada. En una de la habitaciones del bungalow no había aire acondicionado pero sí ventilador.

La piscina era muy bonita, tiene cancha de tenis y pádel y la playa también preciosa me parece innecesario que tuvieran todos los días dos águilas con trabajadores del hotel haciendo shows, volando de un lado a otro, pero cortas distancias y con corta altitud, esas águilas estarán encerradas todo el tiempo y la verdad que me parece demasiado innecesario.

308Saint_John (8/5): Brilliant hotel - Fantastic hotel/resort - the pool & beach area is beautiful and you never have to fight for space - lots of sun loungers available and the beach was virtually empty. The food and drinks were excellent and all served by attentive & professional staff. Out only complaint was that a member of staff entered our room without permission when my wife was in there alone (and we’re not sure why they came in because the room had already been cleaned that day) - we told the management about this incident but they weren’t in the least bit apologetic which was very disappointing. But everything else about the hotel was great

Raul, Cynthia, Camacho, Ismael, Darwin and ALL the staff are 10/10 as well as all the services the hotel provides. Will come back for sure!

Garcia (8/5): - Location, the beach and the facilities There was some confusion from the hotel staff about us having to pay local taxes. Since we do not reside in Peru, and haven't for many years, we are exempt from paying local taxes as ruled by Peruvian law. Although the hotel did not charge us the taxes in the end, we wasted some time arguing about it with them, which was unprofessional on their part. They also warned us that if we were to stay with them next time they will charge us local tax. Unfortunately this has caused us to no longer want to come to this hotel, as they are directly going against established tax law.
Diana Elizabeth (10/5): Encantador hotel en Punta Sal - Súper lindo todas las instalaciones. La cocina estaba abierta hasta tarde igual el bar. Nada, todo muy bueno.
Marco (5/5): Mucho trámite para poco premio. Esperaba comer rico y nunca pasó. - bonita piscina, mobiliario de terrazas, conexion con el mar, el desayuno esta bien. Muchisima decepción en la comida en general. Estuvimos 5 dias en un grupo grande, nos comimos toda la carta, ningun plato llegaba a 15/20 Era un hotel reconocido por su comida y estuvo lejísimos de ese recuerdo. No venia hace muchos años, inclusive antes de remodelación. ni el ceviche tenia buena sazón, filetes de pescado enanos, sus chicharrones y tequeños grasosos, porciones enanas de mariscos, pizas con masas medias crudas en la base. Los precios ok, no son baratos, pero no justifican la calidad. Los tragos de piscina ok, buenos precios pero no buena calidad de pisco, ron, vodka como base, salvo que pidas directo y pagues por marca. Los cuartos nuevos (ala derecha) muy cómodos, pero son habitaciones de hotel en la ciudad, su diseño es moderno, minimalista, limpio, frío, duro, con ninguna conexión al entorno natural. En general el servicio en el norte (salvo excepciones muy caras) es basico, mas lento y no tan especializado siendo nuestro primer destino turistico de playas. Casi 2 horas de camino de tumbes con una carretera que parece bombardeada no suma a mejorar la experiencia.

Tarazona Tarazona (6/5): En general bien, pero con algunas deficiencias. - La comida estuvo en general bien. La piscina limpia y con salida directa al mar. Ofrecían el cuarto como “suite con piscina”, pero el cuarto era un cuarto convencional, pequeño, con solo un cuarto pequeño con un baño. En el baño estaba el frigobar, la cafetera y el walking clóset. No tiene salida directa a la piscina. La piscina más cercana es la que todo el mundo tiene acceso, entonces no tiene sentido la ofrezcan como “suite con piscina”. Es una habitación simple. No me agradó que hubieran demasiadas moscas en el área de restaurantes y tmb palomas caminando encima de las mesas. Hay pocas opciones de postres o helados. Me indicaron que vendían helados en la boutique, pero su refrigeradora estaba vacía. Así mismo, no habían pastillas para los cólicos en el tópico.

Marjolein (8/5): Geweldig verzorgd - Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. De kamer was netjes en werd iedere dag weer netjes schoongemaakt. Het strand wordt netjes gehouden, als er wrakhout aanspoelt wordt dit meteen opgeruimd. Ook rondom het zwembad is alles heel netjes! Wij hadden een kamer achterin een bungalow. De scheiding tussen ons en de voorzijde van de bungalow was een deur die aan beide kanten op slot kon. Dat maakte het erg gehorig.

Arrueste (7/5): Rico hotel - El servicio en la zona de playa Impresentable los vestidores que tienen para los que debemos salir del hotel más tarde que el check out, un hotel como éste no puede tener ese estándar y sin agua caliente!!! Lamentablemente fue un trago muy amargo al cerrar la vacaciones

Miguel (9/5): Desconexión frente al Mar. - Piscina, los saludos y la atención del personal de los resturantes y de las habitaciones, las salas de descanso frente al mar y/o piscina. Mi regalo de cumpleaños. La recepción puede mejorar...son muy rígidos, se olvidan de los pendientes, la actitud de servicio no es la misma que la del personal interno.
