- Celest (1/5): Horrible experience and will not recommend to anyone. - The location is quite convenient. Located between Hang Tuah and Imbi stations with 2 shopping malls. While we appreciate the host speeding up cleaning so we can check-in earlier, the overall cleanliness of the apartment is just not up to standard. The floor is dusty. The sofa has stains on it. The bottom of the room wall is falling apart. The appliances in the kitchen are dirty and old. There are sticky yellow stains on the toilet seats with ants. We were prepared to just make do with the stay. Went out for dinner and shopped for slippers to wear in the room. Also got towels to cover the sofa so we can sit. The stay was cut short due to appearance of a big cockroach. All 4 of us are terrified of cockroaches so there is no way we can make do and stay. Contacted the property via Booking.com app and phone calls to 2 different numbers gotten when we check-in to ask for room change. We were told someone will come back. 3 hours past by (it was 9pm+) and no one came. We were exhausted and could not rest well. We booked an accommodation and left this apartment. Informed the property that we have left. The property called me 6.40am in the morning while we all all still asleep. Had various correspondences with the property where they claimed we left without informing. I have all the chat records and phone calls records to back me up. In summary, we did not get a room change nor a refund (not even partial) for a terrible experience. I have stayed in another apartment in the same building before so did not think this is will be so horrible. The property told me this is an old building and the charges is cheap so I should not have high expectations. We paid MYR1,118.46 for a 2 bedroom apartment and were not expecting 5 star hotel service. Just a clean apartment. Is that too much to ask for? The host should look into overhauling his apartment or update the room photos to fairly represent the state of the room so travellers can gauge for themselves and not expect too much when booking the room. (Have a room tour video but unable to share here.)

- Sbzi (7/5): A place to stay with family - The area is near to many interesting places in KL. Many places to buy basic needs ie mini mart at Lower Ground. Lalaport is just a walking distance. Spacious apartment with many equipmemts and appliances. My 1st time here. Will come again with family in the near future. Power socket for microwave not working so cannot use microwave. Only one socket to use for microwave, kettle, rice cooker. I did not use any because other sockets are too low (one near sofa) and another quite hidden (in bedroom cabinet). Weak water pressure for shower (maybe because the showerhead is leaking). No toilet roll provided.
