• Pablo (9/5): - Todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre bien predispuesto ante cada consulta o requerimiento. El patio es muy bonito, bien cuidado como todo el hotel en lineas generales. Agregaría un frigobar y un tender por habitación debido a la condiciones climáticas de la zona, aunque respecto a esto último el servicio de lavandería que ofrecen es eficiente y a buen precio. El desayuno es rico, pero deben variar un poco el menú porque resulta repetitivo si te quedas varios días.

Kitchen and housekeeping staff are friendly. There is only 1 hook in the bathroom to hang bath towels. Suggest to add another hook.

• Paul (10/5): Excellent hotel in the centre of Salento with outstanding breakfast. - Excellent hotel in the centre of Salento. Located just off the main square but in a courtyard style so quiet at night. Nice garden and fountain gave it a calm ambience. Clean comfortable bedroom and bathroom with tv which can connect to streaming services. The breakfast is outstanding, very generous with a number of options. Staff were very helpful with information about visiting Cocora, tea plantations, organising taxis to and from airport. Highly recommended when visiting lovely Salento .

• Paulien Esmee (10/5): Top - Het hotel was precies zoals de afbeeldingen, het ligt super centraal en het ontbijt was heerlijk! Daarnaast kun je de hele dag gratis koffie, thee en water pakken. Heel fijn. Kortom een goede uitvalsbasis om Salento en de omgeving te verkennen. Tip: bij het restaurant er naast (met het rode hek) kun je heerlijk en goedkoop eten. De steak en picada zijn top.

The staff was very kind and helpful with all our questions about the town. Great value for the money. The air in the room is a bit stagnant unless you keep the windows open, which is not that feasible at night due to the temperatures (Salento gets quite cold at night) and potential for insects. I didn't really expect there to be AC, but there weren't fans available either. That is really the only problem I had.

• Pajule (10/5): Une très bonne adresse à Salento - Nous sommes ravis d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel, très bien placé, à 2 pas de la place principale de Salento, tout en étant au calme. Nous avions la chambre 3 à l'étage, très confortable et propre. A noter des prises USB dans la chambre, bien pratiques pour rechercher les portables. Le réceptionniste nous a permis de faire le check in avant l'heure prévue, on a ainsi pu récupérer plus facilement de notre voyage de nuit. Le petit déjeuner était au top (fruits frais, oeufs, jambon, fromage, pancakes, yogourt, pain, beurre, confiture, boissons chaudes). Thé , café et bonbonne d'eau à disposition toute la journée. Le personnel est adorable, toujours prêt à rendre service. Bref une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons ! Rien

• Alina (10/5): Great traditional hotel right in the town center - The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing. As all the traditional houses in town, the room did not have windows but directly the wooden blinds, which could make the room quite dark if you wanted more privacy during the day (but we did not spend too much time in the room anyway). The hotel is located right off the main square so you can reach the Willys taking you to Cocora or the fincas in a few minutes. The place is very safe, with continuous security monitoring.

Der Service war hervorragend: Das Team hat uns bei allen Reservierungen unterstützt, egal ob Kaffeeplantagen, Reitausflüge oder andere Aktivitäten. Wir haben hilfreiche Karten bekommen und wurden jederzeit freundlich und herzlich beraten. Das Frühstück war mehr als gut und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gepflegt – wir haben wirklich absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jedem raten, hier zu übernachten!
• Gerda (9/5): Fantastische locatie en kamer - Dit was een heerlijk verblijf. Heerlijke bedden en kamers. Om de hoek van het gezellige uitgaansgebied maar toch rustig. Hele dag lekkere koffie of thee. Fijne tuin om in te zitten. Ontbijt geweldig! Vanwege excursie gaven ze ook nog een ontbijtje mee. Eigenlijk niets. Wel 1e dag wat last gehad van luidruchtig Colombiaans gezin maar hotel sprak deze man hier op aan en als deze niet zou luisteren dan zouden ze de politie bellen. Ze hebben alle moeite gedaan om ons de rust te geven dus complimenten.
• Mona (9/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Direkt am Hauptplatz aber trotzdem gab es viel Platz und einen tollen grünen Garten. Das Frühstück war ganz toll, das Personal nett und der Raum sehr groß mit einem gemütlichen Bett. Wir würden wieder kommen Im Badezimmer ist vom irgendwo das Wasser ausgelaufen. Das sollte behoben werden.

Habitacions amb poca llum natural però molt netes. L'aigua de la dutxa no sortia massa calenta. Tenint en compte que a Salento hi pot fer temperatures moderadament baixes, estaria bé tenir aigua una mica més calenta.

• Nanette (9/5): Leuk hotel, fijn centraal gelegen. Behulpzame eigenaar. - Fijne kamers, centraal gelegen vlak bij het Plein van Salento. Maar toch heel rustig. Fijne tuin, en water/thee/koffie kon je zelf pakken. Aardig personeel/eigenaar. Tijdens ons verblijf was er juist een feestweek met veel harde muziek vanaf het plein. Normaal is hotel echter rustig gelegen.
• Paul Anthony (10/5): You will love this wonderful boutique hotel and Mauricio was a great help for our wonderful stay. - The breakfast was 5-Stars! we ordered from an all-inclusive menu which was amazingly delicious including a variety of fresh fruits, custom prepared eggs, gourmet pancakes, and a wonderful variety of fresh hot breads and croissants all privately served to us by our excellent waitress. Brigitte. Our spacious room was impeccable and our two king-size beds were perfect for sleeping. Beautiful glass shower with a rain-forest shower head and steaming hot water. But he best part for us was the tremendous location...only the length of a football field (300 feet) from Salento's central plaza offering hundreds of private little tiendas for incredible shopping pleasure and great restaurants are in abundance! You will really love Salento and make sure you try tasting some fresh "Merengon" (strawberries and rich cream in a special soft biscuit shell) before you leave. It"s nothing less than incredible!!! Enjoy your wonderful stay at the Hotel Salento plaza! Nothing!!! 😑
