• Jacques (1/5): À proscrire - Face à une description fidèle, quoique encore incomplète, des dangers et défaillances de cet hôtel, le “manager” comme il se désigne, se répand en accusations délirantes, injurieuses et diffamatoires. Dans ce fatras, il admet néanmoins que je suis tombé 2 fois. En effet, devant retourner à ma voiture, désirant éviter le plan incliné “patinoire”, j’ai essayé de contourner le bâtiment, mais ce n’était pas éclairé et il y avait un obstacle que j’ai essayé d’enjamber, mais avec ma cheville gauche blessée (la radiographie faite en France le 30 mars révélera une fracture) ET la sciatique gauche dont je souffrais depuis le 5 février, ma jambe s’est dérobée et je suis retombé,-heureusement sans mal supplémentaire. Il prétend en outre m’avoir offert 3 fois de me conduire à l’hôpital : c’est totalement faux. C’est moi qui ai demandé le soir de l’accident si, le lendemain, au cas où je ne pourrais pas conduire, il pourrait me conduire à l’hôpital avec sa voiture. À quoi il a répondu qu’il n’avait pas de voiture, qu’il venait travailler en moto. Ce fut la fin de cette hypothèse. Le lendemain matin, je lui ai demandé s’il était le propriétaire : c’est alors qu’il m’a dit que ce dernier était à Istanbul, et qu’il était le manager. J’ai gentiment attiré son attention sur le plan incliné dont il faudrait changer le matériau puisque le métal était si glissant. Enfin, avec les caméras dont il se vante, espionne-t-il les clients ? Est-ce une menace ? Cette expérience désastreuse contraste radicalement avec les hôtels de Turquie, tous ceux où je suis passé étant au top. Très loin du centre et sous-équipé. Il pleuvait donc les semelles étaient mouillées. Du parking, une porte donne sur un plan incliné pour chaises roulantes : une patinoire. Donc je m'étale et je me blesse douloureusement à la cheville gauche. On ne m'offre même pas la visite d'un médecin. Dans l'appartement ou studio, il y a une cuisinière à gaz 4 feux, mais RIEN dans les armoires (dont l'une a une porte non fixée qui tombe) : ni assiettes, ni couverts, ni rien pour cuire ou réchauffer. J'ai dû le faire remarquer et demander, un comble. Pas de table, pas de chaises : il faut manger debout ! Seulement des divans pour une télévision que je n'utilise jamais,- ça ne nourrit pas. Tous les distributeurs de savon/shampooings sont vides, remplacés par des petits pains de savon ronds. J'ai demandé au préposé où était le patron ou le manager : réponse : à Istanbul. Ce préposé m'ayant déclaré qu'il venait travailler à moto, il est malheureusement évident que le propriétaire a embauché du personnel sous-qualifié pour le remplacer. Ce préposé est aimable, mais c'est bien tout. Vu l'éloignement du centre, et l'absence de restaurant, il a fallu commander 2 pizzas : une heure d'attente, vu la distance. En conclusion, une place à éviter à tout prix.

Special thanks to Mr Ozer who was very accommodating to rescue us from the super cold cabin and - We booked the log cabin which was a mistake because the weather was minus 2 degrees and the cabin not suitable for winter - no central heating or hot water . However , when the owner Mr Ozer tranfered us out to his hotel rooms - that made a huge different coz the rooms were comfortable and - hot water available and the amenities acceptable . Wrong choice of log cabin for winter Amenities not up to standard

I loved the way we were welcomed and how we were told to park our vehicle which was very accessible to the unit and when we came in the unit was well heated where we didn’t need to feel any cold from the mountains. We loved the breakfast too and enjoyed the facilities provided in the hotel room. The room was made up of wood and we loved the aroma given and it was kept warm that we didn’t want to leave the hotel room. We only stayed for one night
• Dianne (8/5): Lovey host was helpful and friendly. - A lovely clean apartment but lacked basics like a microwave , kitchen utensil etc were missing. It was far out of town and very expensive for what we got. Location, lack of basic amenities even though it was advertised as self catering.

• Meri&svet (9/5): Good for a short stay - For us it was very important that they welcomed us with our dog. We liked the location because it was away from the city centre. There was a private parking on site. The rooms were spаcious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with a gas stove, but unfortunately there was no LPG in the bottle, so we were unable to make ourselves even a cup of tea. We had kitchen cupboards and a gas stove but there were no plates, no pots, no pans, no silverware.

This was especially frustrating as I had booked for five people, including breakfast. Overall, the experience left me feeling quite dissatisfied.

Plenty of parking space and easy to locate the property. Will definitely come again in future. Not much lighting at the room floor corridor.

• Brendon (7/5): Decent Apartment - This was a nice apartment. The kitchen equipment was basic but ok for a short stay. It is a little ways outside of town, not a problem if you have a vehicle. There are some shops and restaurants in walking distance though as well. Very nice staff. Could have been a little cleaner.

• Murat (6/5): Çok iyi ama eksiklikler var. - Otel personeli çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odaların temizliği çok iyiydi, adeta evimizde hissettik. Kahvaltı çok lezzetli ve sınırsızdı. Bu güzelliklere yakıştıramadığım iki olumsuz durum vardı. Birincisi yol tarafına bakan odalardaki (kalmış olduğum oda) tuvaletlerdeki ağır gider kokusu, ikincisi de bir yığın saygısız ve görgüsüz arapların çoğunlukta olmasıydı. Öyle ki gece çok gürültü yaptılar bazen uyuyamadık. Sağolsun otel personeli zamanında müdehalelerle durumu düzeltmeye çalıştı. Bunların dışında oldukça memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler.
