Breakfast was delicious and quaint and Coco the bird made appearances which made it extra fun. It was about a 45 minute walk to old town which we didn’t mind, but was a little far.

The property is has excellent rooms, the beds are very comfortable and it is in a great location. The owners are very friendly and make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The breakfast is one of our highlights. Such a selection of fresh tasty food. No bad points for us.

Simone (8/5): Een plek om niet over te slaan in Zagreb - Dit was een superleuke plek. Grote kamer met badkamer. Vermakelijke gastheer met Koko, de kaketoe. Heerlijk ontbijt en leuke gesprekken. Dit is wat vakanties leuk maakt. Parkeerplaats van de eigenaar gebruiken! Geen gedoe met plek zoeken. Tramhalte naar stad op loopafstand. Voor ons eigenlijk niet echt iets. Misschien het bedlampje aan een keer kant niet in het stopcontact kon. Niet hele harde bedden, maar is niet storend.

Mark (9/5): Just a nice place to stay - Great location, the room was very spacious. We only stayed for one night but the apartment was fitted out with all you needed for a longer stay. The breakfast was something else! Not the normal “plastic “ food that is served in so many places these days. Homemade yogurt, toasted sandwiches with sun dried tomatoes and olives. The host obviously has a passion for making his guests feel welcome There wasn’t much not to like about this place.

Vår värd var mycket hjälpsam med tips på hur vi skulle ta oss till centrum. Frukosten var enastående med lokal familjär stämning och besök av papegojan Coco som gjorde vår start på dagen fantastisk! The location was very close to the bus to the airport and the tram into the town centre. A really nice place to stay.
James D (8/5): The neighborhood isn't but very satisfactory - The arrival was difficult because the owner had been called away and an elderly grandmother was the only person on site. She spoke no English, only German but the situation was finally resolved by a solicitous grand daugher who arrived after half an hour delay. There is as no front desk because this is only apartments. Nice breakfast. The area is primarily locals with few tourists so reasonable prices and everything you need is readily available.

Nejc (10/5): If you are in Zagreb you definetly need to stay here - The owner was exceptionally nice, every morning they made us an amazing and rich homemade breakfast (eggs, pancakes, homemade olive oil, greek yogurt with honey,...). And of course his cockatoo bird Koko is just adorable to see. The accomodation had private parking, and the metro station is just arround the corner. We cannot compliment the host and the service enough, if you have a chance, we would definitely recommend to stay here! 10/10

Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a list of the best restaurants in town and made a delicious breakfast (he also makes its own honey) The flat is very close to the city center (around 20 minutes by foot)! Highly recommended!

The breakfast is novel and enjoyable (including the very tasty and numerous options), you sit around the table with other guests and chat.. actually chat! I found it very easy to get to as the local square tram stops serve the majority of the city , so you cannot get lost

342mikij (10/5): Nice appartments near Kvatrnikov square - Excellent location, good local breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. An excellent garden in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to city center. A lot of useful utensils in the room. Easy, fast and cheap acces with public transport to the International airport, city center, bus station and railway station.

jenniferdY9119CA (10/5): Highly recommend Anastasia Suites - Drazen and his wife are the most welcoming hosts you can imagine. They offer wonderful accommodations (we got a huge two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with air conditioning). The apartment was very comfortable as were the beds. Breakfast was delicious and fun. We learned much about Zagreb and Croatia as a whole. All in all, we are extremely happy that we were lucky enough to stay at Anastasia suites!

Breakfast was very good, flexible times and parrot Coco is a highlight when entertaining the guests during breakfast. Highly recommended for animal lovers! ♥️

Appartement is clean and convenient. You’ll find everything you need. It’s peaceful environment and good sleep. Breakfast is very nice. They will respect your food choices.

We booked a room for 2 but were given a huge studio, the host was extremely kind and welcoming, and we had an amazing homemade breakfast. Will definitely recommend Anastasia Suites.

carolyn (8/5): - Property was in an easily accessible location. Room was nice and clean, bed and shower were great. Nice breakfast as well. There was the pet cockatoo that kept us company outside of his cage and just pooped on the floor as we were eating in the breakfast space. Unsanitary! Perhaps due to the name I was expecting a more hotel like environment when in fact these are rooms in a house. Did not have a “suite” feel at all. Patio was also communal and you have to exit the front door of your room to access it.
ymendrul (10/5): Fantastic time in Anastasia suites - The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable and fantastic breakfast in the morning! What made our stay exceptional is very accomodating and helpful host who went above and beyond to help us with our needs. His restaurant recommendation was excellent as well. Great location close to the center of the city! Book this place you will not regret it!!
