- Nathan (4/5): - I was disappointed with my stay here. The advertising gives the impression of an authentic Alsatian experience, but in reality it felt more like a tourist trap. The restaurant served low-quality meals with frozen vegetables and ingredients that were far from the fresh, regional food one expects in Alsace. The overall atmosphere did not reflect the local culture, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. If you’re looking for a genuine French or Alsatian experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place does not meet the standards you would expect for the region.
- Cathryn (6/5): - This is a nice hotel with a restaurant. It is located in Bergheim, which is not touristy. My primary reason for the 3 rating is that our room was extremely hot, even though the lower parts of the hotel seemed cool.

- Vibeke (6/5): Hotel i gamle autentiske stil - Charmerende hotel i gamle bygninger og med venligt personale. Døren til badeværelset kunne med møje og besvær lukkes. Den ene opredning var meget ukomfortabel. Vi spiste på hotellet, men pga regnvejr tidligere på dagen havde de ikke servering i gården. Vi sad derfor i deres kælder restaurant som var rigtig hyggelig, men der var så utrolig meget larm at det var umuligt at føre en samtale ved bordet. Middagen var derfor alt andet en hyggeligt, til trods for søde tjenere.

Nous sommes tout de même déçus car nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il y avait une piscine mais après réservation nous avons reçu un mail indiquant que la piscine n’était pas accessible aux moins de 16 ans ! Cela devrait être notifié dans l’annonce surtout pour une réservation famille. D’autant plus que le tarif est le même avec ou sans accès à la piscine. Mais nous avons quand même passé un bon WE. Personnel agréable et à l’écoute.

Sauf le manager au restaurant Manque de produits locaux au petit déjeuner L’espace spa piscine trop petit par rapport au nombre de clients . Attention eau très chaude dans la douche et beaucoup de difficulté pour la régler !

Hotellet er ligeledes gammel, men så autentisk, og alt virkede upåklageligt. Skønt pool/spa område. Ideel til familier, som gerne vil bo skønt og fredeligt.

Desuden har vi haft et par ekstra nætter, hvor vingården og colmar ligger fint omkring Bergheim. Nb hotellet har glimrende egenproduktion og super fin restaurant, som desværre er lukket onsdag og torsdag. Vi har allerede planlagt næste besøg, hvor vi dog Beder om værelse med aircondition .

- Stine (4/5): Ikke børnevenligt hotel og obs på restaurant - Fint hotel, men virkelig ikke godt hvis man har børn med. Restauranten er lukket onsdage og torsdag hvilket ikke fremstår nogle steder. Poolen på hotellet må ikke benyttes af børn, kun voksne. Vi stod derfor med 3 meget skuffede børn, eftersom vi specifikt gik efter er hotel med pool. Derudover er der kun betalingsparkering foran hotellet selvom der står der er gratis parkering. Hvis man vil parkere gratis skal man være heldig og finde en plads lidt væk fra hotellet. Rejser man uden børn er det et fint hotel. Men vi var meget skuffede.

- pascal (10/5): Super - Séjour en famille: le personnel est adorable, les chambres grandes et très propres. Nous avons mangé sur place, c'est excellent .... Idéalement situé pour visiter Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr etc.... Seul petit bémol: la piscine est interdite aux enfants depuis le mois de Septembre. Après être venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, je comprend que certains clients se soient plaint du bruit dans l'espace détente car il y avait vraiment beaucoup de débordements de la part d'enfants sans surveillance. Mais peu être faudrait il aménager les horaires de façon que toute la clientèle puisse en profiter

- Morten (8/5): Hyggelig familietur - To overnatninger på vej hjem fra Sydfrankrig. Hyggeligt ophold i dejlige omgivelser. Service ved ankomsten var i top og med gode tips til hvad man kunne se i nærområdet. Luksus med mulighed for at bade i pool til den pris. Poolområdet er småt, men godt og rent med et lille omklædningsrum. Der er mulighed for gratis at aflåse tøj og der er fri afbenyttelse af badehåndklæder. Bygningerne er selvsagt gamle og værelserne holdt i “original stil” men der er pænt og rent. Morgenmaden var cereals, baguettes, lidt frugt og croissanter - supermarkedskvalitet. Til prisen ville jeg vælge morgenmaden fra og finde noget i byen og spise på værelset i stedet (der er en bager i byen og der er køleskab og lille tekøkken samt spisebord med stole på værelset).

- FLORENCE (10/5): Excellent séjour - Mini studio donnant sur la cour on entend le brouhaha du restaurant mais très calme . La piscine couverte est petite mais peu fréquentée et tres agréable avec jacuzzi pour se détendre ! Accueil hyper sympathique et personnalisé dans la cour avec masques et gestes barrière , tout est prévu ! Seul bémol : le restaurant très cher quand on dîne mieux à Ribeauvillé (5 mn en voiture) et moitié prix ! Carte très chère et médiocre qualité . Les serveurs portent le masque mais sous le nez !!!! A quoi ça sert ?
- pascal (10/5): Exceptionnel..... - Venant très souvent en Alsace, j'ai trouvé l'HOTEL idéal.. Personnel super sympas , chambre spacieuse et propre, repas très correct, piscine et jaccuzzi très agréable, Franchement, n 'hésitez pas...
- Daniel (8/5): - Der Check in war sehr lieb und schnell gestaltet! Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Leider war es etwas veraltet, vorallem das Bad. Das Zimmer wurde ziemlich warm da es keine Klinaanlage gibt! Das Frühstück für 12€ war es leider nicht wert. Schwimmbad war toll und die Außenanlagen war sehr schön gestaltet. Mittwochs und donnerstags hat das Restaurant nicht geöffnet, andere Restaurants im Dorf gibt es wenig und sind schnell ausgebucht! Im Großen und Ganzen für eine Nacht prima!

- rimoldi (6/5): séjour en famille avec chambre pour 5 . - chambre familiale : j'ai été déçu du confort de la literie . Nous étions coté rue, les voitures sur route pavée ça fait du bruit + les éboueurs pas discret avec leurs cris (on aurait cru qu'ils arrachaient les pavés de la route ). Personnel bien . Dommage que le restaurant était fermé " jour férié le 26 décembre en Alsace" .

- Buerli68 (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist im Stil eines Weingutes/Weinbauernhofes aufgebaut, es ist sehr authentisch nachgenutzt. D.h. die einzelnen Wohnungen/Zimmer sind über mehrere Häuser verteilt, die alle miteinander verbunden sind. Es handelt sich um ein "gewachsenes" Areal, was auch seinen Charme ausmacht. Im Sommer ist der Innenhof sicher ein Traum, jetzt im November war es natürlich nicht möglich dort zu sitzen. Die Gaststätte hat eine sehr gute Küche, die Preise sind im oberen Bereich, was der Qualität entspricht. Die Wohnungen sind ein Gemisch aus Epochen. Die Nasszelle zur Küchenzeile zum Wohnzimmer sind aus unterschiedlichen Jahrzehnten. Geschlafen habe ich super, Matratze gut und auch keine Lärmbelästigung von Verkehr oder ähnlichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück einfach aber es ist alles vorhanden. Alles in allem komme ich sehr gerne wieder.

- rozenn (8/5): Hôtel sympa avec piscine très appréciable - Hôtel très sympa et bien entretenu avec super petit déjeuner . Le lit dans la chambre est très confortable Les seuls points négatifs sont le manque de rideaux occultants, lit canapé pas hyper confortable et le manque de clim ou de ventilateur lors de forte chaleur!

- Paal (8/5): Nice and quiet place - We liked the hotell and place, i little "dead" for kids. The only minus was that the swimmingpool closed at 19.00 should have been later....
- Madelene (8/5): Lovely stay - The location is excellent in an adorable village. The room vas spacious, clean and charming. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening. The pool area was nice too.

- Florian (10/5): Tranquille Alsace hotel - The hotel is beautiful with a lot of character, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy, the kitchenette is well equipped and the spa and breakfast were very enjoyable. We will come again with our extended family! Many thanks.

Some very good wine makers within 10 mins of village- Deiss, Spielmann, Gassmann. Room a bit tired but clean. Restaurant not as good as others in the village. Decent value for the room considering location.
