O caminho para o Riad pode parecer um pouco, labirintingo e desconfortável, ao primeiro impacto. Nao nos podemos esquecer que estamos dentro da Medina. Mas sempre nos sentimos seguros. E qd se abre a porta do Riad…. Parece que mudamos de mundo. Sente-se o sossego.

O funcionário Aziz foi muito prestável, dando-nos dicas uteis de sitios a visitar e sitios para comer. Sempre disposto a tornar a estadia em Marrakesh o melhor possível. O pequeno almoço foi ótimo todos os dias e iam variando alguns produtos - tudo muito caseiro e delicioso e muita quantidade. Foi nos dado o quarto no ultimo andar, que tem um terraço, que pode ser usado por todos os hospedes, no entanto é bastante privado. Gostamos muito e recomendamos este local para ficar no centro da Medina. Achei os Transfers Riad-Airport caros (50€ cada trajeto) e o preço não foi acordado previamente. Os preços que têm no site parecem não estar atualizados. Para além disso, reservamos 3 quartos, e um deles não incluía pequeno almoço e tivemos de pagar à parte; não sei se foi um problema do Booking ou do Hotel. Mas prefiro ter tudo pago antes do que pagar no alojamento. Houve também uma situação em que nos pediram os passaportes quando chegamos para fazer o ``check-in`` e queriam ficar com eles até ao dia seguinte, o qual recusei. Levei os passaportes comigo nessa noite, e não foram mais precisos.... foi estranho só, mas ficou rapidamente resolvido.

Le vrai point fort reste l’équipe : tout le monde est extrêmement accueillant, disponible, réactif et toujours aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement. On s’y sent vraiment bien dès l’arrivée. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Le riad est superbe, paisible et idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de Marrakech. C’est un véritable havre de paix dans l’agitation de la médina. - Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful riad with fabulous hosts - There is so much to love about this Riad. From the minute we booked it, our questions were answered quickly, they sorted out airport transfers (that included a porter to guide us through the maze of streets), made us feel so welcome, were quick with a smile, and wanted to make sure we had the best time. Both Amina and Aziz were wonderful hosts. The riad is beautiful. We had a twin room that was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower. The tradition Moroccan breakfasts were varied on each of the three days, and always delicious. The rooftop was a lovely sun trap for a quiet escape in the afternoons. There is very little not to like. If I had to say one thing - the bed was a bit firmer than I like but my friend loved it - it’s all about personal preference.

- SYLVIA (10/5): Beautiful Riad - This riad is a beautiful place. Our room was spacious for a family of 3. We were on the 3rd floor and had the whole rooftop to ourselves. The guests didn't come up to the rooftop during our stay. Aziz was helpful and kind. He helped set up our transport to the airport. I highly recommend this option. A gentleman came with a cart to transport our bags to the car. Aziz showed us how to make mint tea :) We did not eat breakfast here but there are a lot of small shops nearby to get food. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. They provided soap and there is a hair dryer available. The common area is lovely. Great for relaxing and taking some cute selfies. You can hear noise from the kids outside during the day but it's pretty quiet at night. We truly enjoyed our stay here. None. Everything was to our liking.

The Riad is a wonderful tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. On arrival we had a hamman and massage which was the perfect start to our trip and would highly recommend. Thank you! Unfortunately our room was a little damp being on the ground floor and mould was growing up the wall. Marrakech is wetter than usual so we put it down to this but you could smell the damp and the bedding was damp at night. Which is why we couldn’t give this property a 10. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

The staff truly elevated the experience. They were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, always ready to help and ensure everything ran smoothly. Through the riad, we booked several activities including a camel ride, enjoyed the daily breakfast, and took advantage of the spa services—all of which were well-organized and added great value to our stay. The room itself was on the smaller side, but thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and equipped with AC, which made a big difference. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. N/A

Un saluto speciale ad Aziz, Amina e tutto lo staff, non vediamo l’ora di rivedervi, ci - Il nostro soggiorno in questo riad è stato semplicemente delizioso. Situato nel cuore della medina, è la base perfetta per scoprire Marrakech. All’arrivo in aeroporto, il transfer organizzato dal riad ci ha portati direttamente fino alla porta. Lì siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Amina, che ci ha subito fatti sentire a casa e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili per il nostro primo soggiorno a Marrakech. Il riad è impeccabile: pulitissimo, curato e molto accogliente. Tutto lo staff è stato straordinario, ci hanno trattati come dei re e ci hanno davvero coccolati durante tutta la permanenza. Sono simpaticissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. La posizione è perfetta: nel pieno centro della medina e vicinissima alle principali attrazioni. Siamo riusciti a visitare Marrakech spostandoci comodamente a piedi.

- Nicola (10/5): First time stay in a Riad and couldn’t have hoped for more - The location within the Medina was perfectly close to the main square but quiet enough to retreat. Our room was immaculate, spacious and the shower was heavenly! Breakfast is delicious, nothing was too much trouble to ask for. Assis and Amina (apologies if names are incorrect or misspelt) are kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful - they couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay and time in Marrakech was perfect. And I was gifted with a small pouch of beauty gifts on departure. Nothing at all. The roof terrace furniture is a little dated but comfortable and didn’t stop us using it. A heater would be wonderful for the colder evenings!

The breakfast every morning was so good, with a variety of local dishes. We arrived one evening and were given a nice local dish to try. - Andreas (9/5): Das Riad hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist sehr familiär und freundlich geführt - Frühstück wurde serviert. Eher auf der süßen Seite aber ich nehme an das ist eher landestypisch. Der Kaffee war sehr gut und die Servicekräfte sehr nett.

Je recommande également de prendre le transport aller et retour. Pour 20 euros, cela vaut vraiment la tranquillité d'esprit et vous n'aurez pas à chercher le Riad par vous-même avec tous les bagages. Le petit déj pourrait être plus varié mais c'est un détail.

Il cortile interno con la fontana è semplicemente magico. Aziz e tutto lo staff sono stati di una gentilezza straordinaria, facendoci sentire a casa con il loro the alla menta e i dolcetti marocchini. La camera era pulita, e molto silenziosa. Posizione eccellente: in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza principale Consiglio di utilizzare il loro servizio da/per l’aeroporto, puntuale, professionale, preciso e sicuro. - Judith (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf! - Vriendelijk personeel, leuk van binnen ingericht en schone kamer. De moet wel een paar kleine steegjes door om er te komen, maar dat is bijna overal. Geen last van herrie of warmte en heerlijk dakterras. We hadden de sleutel in moeten leveren om de kamer schoon te maken. Dat wisten we niet, zodoende gebeurde dat ook niet alleen toen we er naar vroegen. Koffers naar boven tillen was een aardige klus. Verder alles goed!

- Beatrice (10/5): - The staff here were exceptional. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the heating/cooling worked perfectly. We stayed here four nights and were pleasantly surprised with the room clean every day which was done meticulously and to a high standard. The Moroccan-style breakfast varied everyday and we were treated to daily mint tea which was exceptional. We loved every minute of it - highly recommend! Nothing but just to be aware, the Riad only accepts payment of the city taxes in cash!

Cortesia e disponibilità, Marrakech con i suoi profumi e il Riad in cui abbia - Della struttura ci è piaciuto tutto, all’arrivo ci ha accolti Aziz che ci ha seguiti fino alla partenza, il Riad è pulito, accogliente e in posizione comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della Médina. La colazione è diversa tutte le mattine. Abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di cenare e di assaggiare la cucina di Aziz, molto gustosa, con i sapori tipici marocchini. Consigliamo questo Riad per la struttura e per il personale , Grazie Aziz. Ci è piaciuto tutto
- Dale (10/5): 5⭐️ from us - We arrived to the property via their airport transfer and luckily we did because I can imagine without the guide to transport your bags to the riad you could quite easily get lost in the maze of alleyways. The hosts were attentive and friendly, shout out to Amina for looking after our needs during the day and especially Aziz who often brought us little gifts and treats to try in the evenings which was a little unexpected bonus. The bathroom room was large so both of us could get ready at the same time and the bedroom gave a proper Moroccan vibe so you knew exactly where you were. The rooms were very dark as not much sunlight can enter but this worked wonders as you can have a good night sleep after a day full of adventure. The main square is just a 6 minute walk and once you follow the instructions from the staff on day 1 it’s easy to remember your way back. Me and Shiela loved our stay here and we will forever share special memories of this place so thank you very much. Nothing bad to say

Abdullah (Aziz) took excellent care of us from the minute we arrived. This property is deep in the Medina. While it was close to Dar Dabachi, we would have gotten lost the night we arrived. Abdullah came to our rescue.

- Domenico (10/5): Come sentirsi a casa a Marrakech - La struttura è accogliente, fantastica e ben collegata. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e ci ha trattati egregiamente aiutandoci in tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Sono stati molto ospitali facendoci sentire a casa. La colazione è stata fantastica, buonissima e abbandonate. La camera pulita e ben strutturata, con fantasie e decori tipici del Marocco. Il giardino interno letteralmente un posto di riposo e relax. Magnifico! Nulla!
