Das beste Frühstück, was ich in Deutschland im Hotel je bekomme habe. Mit selbst gemachten Obstwasser, einer Riesen Getränke Auswahl und overnight oats, Lachs, alles was das Herz begehrt. Regionale Brötchen. Wow. Auch hier war das Personal mehr als zuvorkommend!

Das Personal war leicht überfordert und so dauerten die Getränke Bestellungen oft zu lang. Im Zimmer ging der Fernseher nicht dort hingen die Kabel herunter. Die Dusche könnte besser geputzt sein dann müsste sich kein Schimmel bilden..

- Katja (8/5): - Uns hat super die Sauna mit Ausblick gefallen. Man kann wunderbar spazieren gehen. Das Panorama ist einfach top. Das Personal war absolut freundlich. Präsent, aber nie aufdringlich. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Menü Karte war prima. Der Jahreszeit angepasst und sehr appetitlich. Die Stühle im Restaurant war mega bequem. Da wird mit einem Bürstchen der Stuhl sauber gefegt um es auch den nächst folgenden Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir hatten Abendessen zum abholen aufs Zimmer bestellt. Da wurde sogar beim hoch tragen geholfen. Die Massage bei Jessica ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir waren bereits 2x dort und es wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein. Das Sonntag früh 06:15 Uhr mit der Mülltonne vorm Fenster hoch und runter gefahren wird.

Problems with taxis/transport during FERROPOLIS festivals. - We went there to go to a festival at FERROPOLIS, but instead of camping there sleep at this silent, relaxing resort. When we arrived and checked-in, we did not ever want to leave this hotel again, even thought of just staying there a week. It is at a very large and serene lake, with a lot of things to do. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The restaurant is soooo good! The breakfast was amazing! The hotel bed was so comfortable I never wanted to get out of it. The balcony was huge! If you are seeking relaxation from stressful life, just go there during the summer and rest. The value/price is Incredible! Again a thank you to the staff! Beware that the rooms don't have air conditioning, which might be a problem during hot summer days. The balcony doors are sound proofed, but if you keep them open during the night, and there is a festival at FERROPOLIS, you might be able to hear the music. If doors are closed you hear absolutely nothing. Regarding suitability during the "WHOLE" festival: The hotel's location places it outside most "taxi company districts", and those that legally can serve you, are overwhelmed during festivals (or outright refuse to drive festival goers out of spite). The locals helped us out, hotel staff tried their best, and ultimately we were able to rely on "Taxi Höhne" (100% recommended). On the last day the festival organized a shuttle service. Call ahead of time and schedule your transport with your friends.

We are a French couple, we had to return to France (by several different trains) the day after our night spent in this hotel. We had previously emailed the hotel several weeks in advance explaining that we would need a taxi to take us from the hotel to the train station the next morning. The hotel had assured us of the possibility of a pick-up by a local taxi. The evening of our arrival we again specified that we would need a taxi and we were assured that a taxi would be called and would pick us up in the morning. We were also told that if a taxi couldn't take us then a member of staff would take us to the train station. The famous morning when I go down to the reception I am told that there is no taxi and that the boss of the hotel has given the order that no member of staff takes the "responsibility" of taking us by car. This boss, extremely unpleasant, did not deign to express himself in English with me and only told me "I am not a taxi" So we had to run for 45 minutes and 5km to successfully catch our first train. We are therefore very unhappy with this experience and want to attract the attention of future customers.

- Kathleen (10/5): - Die Lage ist wunderschön, das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich. Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Das Restaurant ist besonders zu erwähnen, das Essen war sehr gut, die Kellner*innen absolut zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen! Wir hatten leider keinen eigenen Balkon am Doppelzimmer, auch die Minibar war nicht gefüllt, allerdings gab es einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon und eine Treppe tiefer ein Restaurant, wo man jederzeit Getränke kaufen konnte. Uns hat besonders die Ruhe gefallen, ich persönlich fand auch die Lese-Ecke mit allen Klassikern der Literaturgeschichte sehr schön. Das Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet, mit viel Stauraum und alles super-sauber, die Handtücher flauschig und ausreichend vorhanden. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Wer Ruhe und Erholung & leckeres Essen sucht ist dort absolut richtig!

Es gibt eine schöne gemeinschaftliche Sonnenterrasse mit Blick über den See.Das Zimmer ist verhältnismäßig klein, obwohl es einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank gibt. Kühlschrank, Minibar oder Hautpflegeprodukte sind nicht vorhanden.
