The sheet had stains on them didnt look like they had been changed, only 2 child size pillows on the bed. The bath tub was moldy and felt like i was going to fall through it. Funny smell when i turned the shower water on. We didnt stay we left that night!

• Suzanne (6/5): - There was no coffee maker or hairdryer. I called the front desk and they said they took all the hairdryers the coffee makers and the utensils out of the rooms. She said I was welcome to go get some free coffee at the lobby they gave you they give you a little cup and the coffee was terrible. What hotel doesn’t have a coffee maker available? Another guest that we talked to while leaving was very upset about that as well do better if I would’ve known that I would’ve never stayed.
• Jason (6/5): Place wasn’t real great - Room was decent, room size and features were a plus, small kitchenette was nice, also good size fridge, the rest of the hotel was not well kept, outside entry doors broken so not a lot of security, overall hotel is pretty seedy and the people that stay there are pretty sketchy as well. Area around it is really nice, hotel is in a really good location.

• Carrie (6/5): - The hotel is cheapest in area and looks it. Bed was comfortable. But finishes were old, damaged, make-shift and basic. The door had obviously been broken in. That is uncomfortable.
• Heather (4/5): - We got in around 1130pm. Check-in went well. When we got up to our room it was roomy but our TV did not work, our Phone that the hotel has in the room had no dial tone and no option to call the office. Bed was decent but no pillow selection. 1 per person is just not doable for me when Im paying $130 for a room. The pillow I did have had my head at almost a 90°angle and firm. Who sleeps like that. Could also hear doors shutting at all hours so no soundproofing at this place. Could also hear horns from cars getting locked as if the window was open and it was not. Also super humid in the room, felt wet all night because of it. And I also now I have a kink in my neck from that stupid pillow that will last for days. So I paid 130 bucks for no sleep and a kink in my neck. Stay away.
• Malon (6/5): - The only issue was the wifi. It would cut out during peak hours of traffic. Other than that, everything else was solid.
• Heather (6/5): - This property was considerably less expensive than nearby hotels for a busy concert weekend. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to come into the office so that we could check in. This was around 4 pm which seems like it would be peak check in time. The hotel provided basic amenities. When we checked in all of the exterior doors were open so a guest smoking outside caused the entire first floor to reek of cigarettes. We had a place to sleep which was really all we needed, but there it was obvious why this was 50% of the cost of other locations in the area. It was also a little confusing how this property is listed under two different brand names.

• Guy (2/5): Bad Management created a terrible experience. - 11:00 at night. We were sleeping. Wife got up to use the restroom. Flushed the toilet. Went back to bed. Got up again to water covering the floor of the room. Manager came with a machine and began cleaning the hallway outside the room. In trying to talk with him he was very rude accused us of drinking beer of which we don't drink any alcohol. Would not come in the room to look or speak with us. Kept waving us off with rude remarks. Threw us a pile of towels and made us sop up the water in the room and throw wet towels in the tub. Threw me a plunger for the toilet but it was not stopped up. The toilet would not stop running causing water to constantly flow over the bowl causing the flood. I turned the toilet off at the stop. He did not even go in the bathroom to check out the problem. If I didn't take care of it the water would have continued to flood while he was vacuuming the hallway outside the room. After he was done in the corridor he wanted to charge us. I refused and he threw us out at midnight to find some place else to stay. Would only give me Andy as a higher manager but said he couldn't contact.The management is rude, distant, and not professional. Every corridor smelled like marijuana. No refunds. Demanded a credit card for additional charges to the room when it was the rooms bad toilet. I will never stay in a Roadway Inn again after this experience and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for an overnight stay in Fishers Indiana should avoid this location.
• Debbie (2/5): - The room had a musty terrible odor. It didnt feel clean. The floor above me was moving Furniture in the middle of the night. The front desk guy knocked on my door after 11pm instead of calling me to let me know about a water leak above me and freaked me out. People outside talking/ arguing in the middle of the night.

• Ken (10/5): - It's a nice quiet location. The hotel is very near to several restaurants most within walking distance. Walmart is just across the street. The only complaint is I'm not fond of the smell of fresh paint.
• Victoria (6/5): - We stayed here 2nights for DMB because it was cheap...all the hotels near deer Creek are $650.and up for 2 nights.. everything was ok... this year we went back. My son left a pair of pants there and we changed rooms for night 2. We asked about them but for some reason they didn't know anything about them...odd since we were back later. Hope the staff enjoys his pants...WHY WOULD YOU STEAL PANTS.... Then we got back to the room later....ANTS little tiny ants were everywhere.... won't stay next year...not because of the ants as much as the simple fact that they took a $50. Pair of pants...I DON'T LIKE THIEVES

It was only after I the national phone number that someone showed up at the front desk. Also. It was difficult to find the front desk. There were no signs and no portico indicate reception area.

As soon as you walk in everything looks old and fallen apart, and had a funny smell when I went into my room cleaning smell, but a cleaning smell trying to cover up and odor very rundown would not recommend I was there for my son’s wedding to stay for a couple of days and they did not even have a hairdryer. I had to go purchase one.

• Athena (8/5): Newly Taken Over Building - The building was clearly recently renovated from a Motel 6. There were some older-looking parts, but it was overall clean and organized. Future guests should know that this building doesn't have a "front". You can get to the lobby through the door by the lake. The lobby itself is quite small.

• Todd (6/5): Pine Sol - For the most part, the room was fine, except for the overwhelming smell of cleaners in the room. It was like someone poured a whole bottle of Pine Sol in the room.

• Aaron (10/5): Good stay, pictures of handicapped accommodations - Handicap accessible rooms seemed actually accessible. I am not handicapped myself but I know people have problems with getting hotels to suit their accommodations. There is no step/ledge into the shower, rail behind and to the side of the toilet, and sink could also be used as one. The only part that could be better is that only one side of the bed and the middle of it is accessible by wheelchair, but able to walk to the other side. Price is beyond fair for the area and cleanliness, hall ways were a little dirty but that didn’t bother me. And I was able to get one of my rooms canceled with no cancellation fee on the same day because I double booked on accident.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was clean but shelf in bathroom was broken and the tub floor had been cracked and they repaired it by gluing down a rubber bath mat which was cracking. You could feel the floor moving under your feet. Also came accross people doing drugs twice in four nights.
