- Shawna (1/5): - It’s not difficult to get a reservation and the gentleman on 3rd shift is very friendly. After staying there a week in different rooms we booked a 2 night stay. The room had roaches and smelled like cat urine. I have pictures and videos.

He was very happy and made me feel welcomed as a guest should. Even from the phone calls before I arrived it was felt both ways. The room was a tad bit smaller than expected but it was very comfortable and cozy.

- April Wilkinson Butterfli (2/5): not happy at all - the staff was great, The it is very close to shopping centers and the parking lot was clean. the refrigerator didn't work, some of the plugs was not working and very loose, the hot water was not getting hot, i had a few roaches in the room, the sheets was very not so clean had stains on them and also the towels. my baby milk went spoiled due to the refrigerator not working properly, There people arguing through the night so i didn't sleep well and i had a big hole in the wall under the microwave. The heater wouldn't stay hot, temperature kept changing.

Housekeepers are lazy and they half clean the rooms.I was an extended stay guest they would pass my room on my set cleaning days.

I had a young man come look at it the night that I called about it he said that it would be taken care of the next day and it was not. It was well kept and the evening person that checked me in was so awesome.. with the rain and my long distance drive, I went out safe and sound for the night. Water not hot when shower turned on
