• Katja (7/5): - Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser eigentliches Zimmer war die erste Nacht nicht verfügbar, deshalb mussten wir in einem sehr kleinen, übelriechendem, kalten Zimmer übernachten. Betten sehr unbequem!
• bernard (10/5): Riad Boustane exceptionnel - Nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes nous avons louer 3 chambres dans ce riad Je voudrais commencer par le personnel, Rabia et Hamid se sont occupés de nous pendant notre séjour ils ont été exceptionnel toujours prêt à nous rendre service , toujours là pour répondre à nos questions et trouver une solution à nos problèmes ,nous étions obligé de nous lever très tôt le dernier jour pour prendre l'avion et à 4h du matin Hamid était présent pour nous servir le petit-déjeuner Le riade BOUSTANE et situé en plein centre de Marrakech à 1,5 km des souks et de la place jema hefna et à 2,5 km du jardin de Majorelle Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux il manquait de rien Je conseille vivement ce riad Pour nous 6 sans exception c'est un 10 sur 10

Вежливые, доброжелательные владельцы окружили заботой как будто своих давних друзей. Мы чувствовали себя как дома у близких родственников. Дом имеет свежий ремонт, продуманное убранство комнат и современную сантехнику. Отдельное хочется сказать спасибо владельцам этого замечательного дома за их заботу и вкусные сытные завтраки! Смело рекомендую всем остановиться именно в этом, так как в нем хочется задержаться больше чем планировал!!! Спасибо!

• Damien (9/5): Très bon séjour dans un beau riad familial - Très bon Riad, situé dans la périphérie de la médina. La place Jemaa el fna était située à 15-20 min à pied mais la proximité avec une porte de la médina rend l'accès par taxi très simple pour les déplacements (les voitures ne circulent pas dans la médina qui a des pavés au damn des valises à roulette). Les hôtes sont très disponibles, accueillants et sympathiques. Notre chambre située à l'étage était propre et adaptée à non attentes. Dispose d'une piscine qui nous a permis de faire une trempette fraiche après une journée de marche. Bon petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité-prix. RAS

• Joseph Smith (9/5): GREAT STAY!!! - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The riad was an oasis of quiet in frenetic Marrakesh. Breakfast each morning in the courtyard was a perfect start to each day. The entire staff was gracious and kind. I want to give a special call out to Rabia! He went out of his way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. He arranged a pick up at the airport and met me just outside the medina gate to walk me to the riad. He also arranged a day tour for me to visit the Ourika Valley.

Das Grühstück ist zwar klein, aber es gibt jeden Tag eine Variation. Das Abendessen war aussergewöhnlich gut (Suppe, Tajine und Pastilla) und nach einer Hammam-und Massagebehandlung waren wir wunderbar entspannt. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und halfen uns bei jeder Anfrage weiter. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut umsorgt. Der Pool war ein bisschen kalt

Incluso nos acompañaron a buscar la tarjeta SIM para el móvil, nos llevaron a una oficina de cambio y nos pusieron en contacto con el servicio de transporte hasta el aeropuerto. Un servicio excelente para un Riad magnífico. Sólo podemos agradecer su atención y el cariño con el que nos trataron. Lo recomendamos al 100% y volveremos al mismo Riad en nuestra próxima visita a Marrakech. Nos sentimos como en casa en un país desconocido para nosotras. Tous les services que nous avons pu lui demander, toutes les questions posées, il était toujours là. Les chambres sont top, les petits déjeuners copieux et variés, la piscine un peu fraîche mais appréciable. L'endroit garde la fraîcheur même en pleine chaleur, c'est plaisant. Vraiment une très belle expérience. Franchement, il n'y a rien que nous n'ayons pas apprécié.

Reservamos o transfer do aeroporto e um dos funcionários foi nos buscar ao carro e levou-nos até ao Riade, uma vez que dentro da medina os carros não transitam. Sehr authentische Atmosphäre im Riad mit stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern und unglaublich freundlichen und kommunikativen Mitarbeitern, die den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zur Stelle sind. Kleine Extrawünsche werden jederzeit erfüllt und die Mitarbeiter vermitteln eine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück schmeckte fantastisch. Auch das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich und versteht die englische Sprache sehr gut, so dass auch hier keinerlei Verständigungsschwierigkeiten entstehen. Insgesamt ist das Riad mit seinem Personal voll umfänglich weiter zu empfehlen.

In particular I would like to mention Rabiaa who was excellent, he helped us so much and arranged breakfast for an early departure and made sure we got a taxi to the airport.

De ligging aan de rand van de Medina is ideaal: je zit dichtbij alles, maar hebt tegelijkertijd rust wanneer je dat wilt. Als we één klein puntje mogen noemen, dan zou iets meer variatie in het ontbijt het helemaal afmaken. Maar dat doet eigenlijk niets af aan onze verder super positieve ervaring. Kortom: we hebben enorm genoten en zouden deze plek zeker aanraden. Een dikke 9!

• Gaboka84 (10/5): - A riad egy csöndesebb környéken található a Medinában. Ahogy az ember belép, egy gyönyörű szállás tárul elé, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szobák inkább mini lakosztályok. Szívesen visszatérnénk ide később. Egy picit hideg volt éjszaka, de erre számítottunk.

• Bruno (9/5): - Le riad est top, il faut marcher un peu pour la Médina, mais la marche c'est bon pour la santé. Le personnel est très agréable un très très grand merci à Hamid et Yassine qui sont vraiment adorables. Expérience à renouveler. Le Riad est un peu isolé mais pour dormir et prendre le petit déjeuner rien de gênant.

Hamid è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo: ci è venuto incontro fuori le mura della città e ci ha accompagnato personalmente fino in camera, accogliendoci con tè, biscotti e acqua. La mattina successiva, prima della nostra partenza per il deserto, ci ha preparato una colazione abbondante e buonissima. In particolare i biscotti erano deliziosi. Abbiamo anche provato il servizio spa del Riad, scegliendo l’hammam di coppia, un’esperienza rilassante e autentica che consigliamo assolutamente. La camera era abbastanza pulita, ampia e confortevole. Consigliatissimo, sia per l’ospitalità sia per l’atmosfera accogliente del luogo.
