Christopher (8/5): - We rented a 3 bedroom condo, When we arrived we were supposed to check in at 4 PM we got the confirmation that the room was ready but when we got to the room the cleaning lady was still there, we dropped off our luggage and left so she could finish cleaning when we got back around two hours later it seems as if she didn’t finish cleaning and just left, the floors were horrible very sand and dirty. I called the next day to have them fix the kitchen sink and the ceiling fan in the main bedroom also to clean the floors when the lady arrived to clean the floors we were still there but about to leave she said she would be back at noon when we came back the ceiling fan and the sink were fixed, however the floors were still dirty other than that the trip was amazing and the condo was very nice we actually stayed an extra day.
Sherretta (8/5): Overall it was an enjoyable stay. - I didnt like the parking situation and having to walk down the ramp with kids to get to the elevators. It was a little much for us.
Jason (2/5): Harassment entire stay! Poor Quality “Resort” - I don’t even know where to begin. So, I’ll start with the most ridiculous experience and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. We had just arrived to a quick swim and went back to the condo to a violent POUNDING on the door that scarred us so bad! I approached the door and looked through the peep hole to find a man literally demanding to open the door! I said who are you and what do you want and he responded I’m security with the hotel and I need for you to open the door and give me access. Scared, we refused because of his violent behavior my wife’s phone rings and a woman says she’s at the front desk and security is at our door! I asked this man multiple times what he wanted and he never responded but just kept demanding entry! So I grab the phone from my wife and I ask why and who is this person aggressively trying to gain access to our room. Wait for it ….wait for it…. My wife had walked outside and laid a towel down on the balcony! A towel ! This man demanded access into our room for a towel! All he or the lobby had to do was say …. You have a towel on the balcony can you take it off! and we would have gladly complied but instead they chose for whatever reason to try to force entry into our room over a towel! I can’t make this stuff up.The place honestly is a 3 out of 10 and that’s being generous. All the shops are out of business and abandoned on site, old and out dated property. Spend the extra money and get what you are expecting.

Grace (3/5): LaketownWharf made sure that they do not want business from college students but we are still coming - I liked that there were lots of other college kids our age there, it made the experience way more fun and worth it. I think if it was nothing but families our time would not have been as enjoyable. The staff was extremely rude all of the time, I could tell they were targeting college kids. I can understand spring break is a hard time for employees but that is also when you are making the most money. Signing in was ridiculous between figuring out if we were an Air B&B, a timeshare, or through the resort itself. We spent our entire first day until 5pm signing in to the resort because the employees did not know what was going on and held us hostage in the lobby even though I needed to access my car to get my ID to sign in. Eventually we had to drive to a while different resort to sign in which is ridiculous.

The walk to the beach was decent but we were never given the code to get thru the beach access code so we had to wait til someone walked up that had it! Not near enough elevators for a property this size, wait times were insane! Check-in was not the smoothest! Had to wait on armbands & parking passes, 3 hours after check in. Our toilet was broken, had to wait til next day to have it repaired, but they did show up early & fix it. Some kind of seafood spoiled in the refrigerator and the smell was so awful we almost did not want to put anything in there! I guess overall our room was nice and everything went OK, just these minor things and the terrible elevators. Will never stay at a resort this size again tho, just not for us!

Jeffery (10/5): Awesome condo but terrible elevator system - Excellent condo for the family. Very spacious, clean, and furnishings. Several large pools and hot tubs. Walking distance to many restaurants and local activities. The one and only problem that we had and most of the other guests are the elevators. I heard so many people complaining about the elevators. They were awful. There were only 2 at the parking garage area for 21 floors. 15-20 minute wait times were common during our stay. I had 2 small kids and we were on level 17 so taking the stairs up and down was not an option. Other than that, this place was outstanding.
Monica (4/5): Very disappointing 😡 - Room 1735 is in desperate need of some updating. With the COVID-19 rate rapidly spiking, I would have thought it would have been a lot cleaner. Luckily, I bought my own cleaning supplies, so I was able to clean (not what I go on vacation for). We also had to go buy new shower curtains because they were awful. The elevator were very slow (had to wait almost 30 minutes one time) with no ventilation. I will not stay here again.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall stay was great only downside is having to wait 15 or more minutes for the elevator and them doing some type of work on the property early so its noisy early in the morning so you can't sleep in.

Cheryl (4/5): Switch & bait ? - I made the booking, received the confirmation. Then about 2 hours later received a call from the hotel management that they were actually full (they had the available room posted on multiple sites and they processed another booking before mine), so I didn't actually have a reservation. They then offered me another room at a different hotel (with an up charge) instead.
