El desayuno en el restaurant Thalassa, super completo y variado. La limpieza del cuarto muy buena. Y la última noche, nos dejaron de cortesia una botella de espumantes con chocolates Ferreros. Nos pareció un detalle excepcional. La barra de tragos en general muy buena y amplia. El entrenimiento del hotel deberia mejorar. Estuvimos en el Hote Bayahibe hospedados en el 2024 , y las actividades y la musica que usan, sigue siendo exactamente igual. Siguen repitiendo las mismas canciones y en la fiesta de la Playa, tuvimos que observar como 20 minutos que el Staff baile con coreografias las mismas canciones que repitieron todo el día. Y cuando realmente pusieron la musica para bailar, la gran mayoria del publico ya se había ido. Asi que como consejo, cambiaria las actividades y musicalización para que no sea todo tan repetitivo. Deben mejorar el servicio y variedad del Restaurant buffet TAINOS, las dos noches que fuimos, el personal tardaba mucho en atender.

La colazione è la parte migliore della vacanza, il buffet buono ma molto migliorabile. In generale, 9/10! Ci torneremo. Lo staff non sempre è cortese…ogni tanto erano sgarbati e senza voglia di lavorare. Per il resto sono comunque sempre educati.

- Martin (8/5): Un aniversario de casados distinto - Las instalaciones son excelentes, todos los detalles estuvieron previstos. La playa es increíble. Fuimos por aniversario de casados y nos obsequiaron una botella de espumante y bombones, además de decorar la puerta de la habitación con un mensaje de felicitación. No poder conocer todos los restaurantes por falta de lugar al reservar, si bien en un caso, nos habilitaron por excepción cenar muy temprano, vimos que las mesas no se cubrieron en su totalidad. Estuvimos con descompostura mi esposa un día y yo otro y vimos mucha gente con síntomas parecidos, se lo comentamos a personal de recepción. Es un tema a revisar. Si bien, tanto el desayuno como el almuerzo y cena, fueron buenos, tenía expectativa de que fueran mejores, dos ejemplos: el vino y el espumante muy lejos de ser para un 5*, lo mismo el jamón serrano y cocido y los quesos.

Destaco la atención del personal, que es muy amable y servicial. Habitaciones amplias, con todo lo necesario para la estadía, e impecables. Todas las instalaciones siempre super limpias, en todo el hotel. Restaurantes: comida variada, buena calidad salvo los jugos. El acceso a la playa está muy bien, la playa es muy linda en ese sector. Fui para mi cumpleaños y tuvieron un lindo detalle conmigo: Champagne, bombones y un cartel en la puerta. Las instalaciones del spa son de pago si no eres exclusive (cosa que no ocurre en otros hoteles) La cena en restaurantes es siempre con reserva y la disponibilidad es limitada (debes reservar todo al llegar) Falta animación nocturna (es algo pobre, enfocado en parejas). Si eres de tomar jugos como yo, aquí los jugos no son naturales... Solo los licuados. En los restaurantes, incluso para el desayuno y almuerzo existe un código de vestimenta, que entiendo para la noche, pero para el desayuno y el almuerzo no dejan ingresar en short y vestimenta de playa (siendo un lugar de playa no me parece).

- micalusi (9/5): Stupendo consiglio assolutamente questo resort - Io sono andata il 5 marzo, periodo perfetto, media dei 30 gradi ma non è esagerato come giugno o luglio, la sera leggermente ventilato quindi come periodo lo consiglio, il resort è stupendo, super moderno, il cibo buonissimo in tutti i ristoranti in cui siamo andati, cocktail sempre buoni in tutti i bar e ristoranti, personale accogliente sempre e gentile sempre, pulitissimo, le camere spaziose e bellissime, tutto il resort bellissimo, tornerò al 100%, animazione serale stupenda, sia italiani che non, gli spettacoli ogni sera erano diversi ed erano tutti molto bravi e preparatissimi, durante il giorno facevano acqua gym, balli di salsa, il pomeriggio la pittura, e a pranzo oltre ad i vari ristoranti sia a buffet che alla carta alcuni giorni facevano la paella oppure la brace, un giorno hanno servito anche del cocco fresco, veramente bellissimo tutto, acqua del mare sempre pulita e mai con alghe essendo stata nella parte only adults (ma si poteva andare anche nell’altra parte tranquillamente) non posso valutare l’animazione dell’altra parte, la sera era la stessa ma durante il giorno erano diverse, lo consiglio anche se il prezzo rispetto ad altri resort è leggermente più alto ma ne vale assolutamente la pena per l’altra qualità che offre Nulla tutto perfetto

- Shalymar (9/5): Disfrutamos de la estadía con paciente con discapacidad - A mi me encanta este hotel, sus instalaciones y su sistema es muy bueno para mí que fui con mi madre discapacitada (ciega y con problemas de movilidad) fue muy especial, silla de rueda acuática, silla de rueda en el hotel, muchas facilidades y maravillosa atención No sé si es por el volumen de gente, pero retardo en la atención en algunas áreas del hotel, no sé era por la hora. Pero fallaron en la comida a la habitación sobretodo.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Essen: Die Qualität war durchweg hervorragend, alles war frisch, geschmacklich sehr hochwertig und einfach unglaublich lecker. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf gute Zutaten und eine schöne Zubereitung gelegt wird. Für uns war das Essen definitiv eines der Highlights des gesamten Aufenthalts. Auch die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön gepflegt, geschmackvoll gestaltet und lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Alles wirkt sauber, ruhig und sehr angenehm. Der Strand ist ebenfalls traumhaft – wunderschön, sauber und perfekt, um wirklich abzuschalten und den Urlaub zu genießen. Was diesen Aufenthalt aber ganz besonders gemacht hat, waren die Menschen vor Ort. Alle Angestellten waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Diese ehrliche Freundlichkeit macht einen großen Unterschied und ist uns besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Wir haben über Booking.com gebucht und uns sehr über die zusätzlichen kleinen Vorteile gefreut. Solche schönen Aufmerksamkeiten machen den Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Besonders nett fanden wir auch den Sekt und die kleinen Extras, mit denen man uns willkommen geheißen hat. Das war eine sehr schöne Geste und hat uns wirklich gefreut. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre, wunderschöner Lage, sehr gutem Essen und einem großartigen Team. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. N.a.
- Laura (10/5): - Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr schön angelegt, gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles wirkt harmonisch, ruhig und hochwertig. Der Strand ist ebenfalls wunderschön und macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Man kann dort wunderbar abschalten, spazieren gehen oder einfach die Atmosphäre genießen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Essen. Es war nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern wirklich von sehr guter Qualität. Jede Mahlzeit war mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet, geschmacklich hervorragend und für uns jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Genuss. Gerade wenn man gutes Essen schätzt, ist man hier wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben. Was uns aber am meisten in Erinnerung bleiben wird, ist die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, einfach nur Gast zu sein, sondern wurde wirklich warm und persönlich empfangen. Genau diese Atmosphäre macht für uns den Unterschied zwischen einem guten und einem wirklich besonderen Hotel. Wir haben über Booking.com gebucht und konnten uns dadurch zusätzlich über einige schöne Vorteile freuen.
- Laura (10/5): - Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns die wunderbare Geburtstagsüberraschung, die für meinen Vater vorbereitet wurde. Damit hatten wir überhaupt nicht gerechnet und haben uns wirklich sehr darüber gefreut. Es war eine unglaublich liebevolle Geste, die den Tag noch schöner und unvergesslich gemacht hat. Gerade solche persönlichen Aufmerksamkeiten zeigen, mit wie viel Herz dieses Hotel arbeitet. Auch die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Man kann hier wunderbar entspannen und einfach genießen. Der Strand ist ebenfalls traumhaft und trägt natürlich sehr dazu bei, dass man sich sofort im Urlaubsmodus fühlt.
- Luis (10/5): Sentirse en el paraíso - Ya desde el ingreso pudimos sentir la amabilidad del personal. Destacada recepción a cargo de Katherine y Mildred. Las instalaciones del hotel con detalles cuidados en cada rincón y una jardinería que sorprende. Ambiente familiar, agradable y tranquilo, pero a la vez animado con actividades a toda hora de buen nivel. Y la playa Dominicus, sin dudas la mejor entre todas. Que tuvieramos que finalizar nuestra estadía.

I lettini senza ombrellone rimangono tendenzialmente sufficienti in quanto a numero anche arrivando tardi.

- Aleksander (8/5): Jeśli jeszcze raz odwiedzimy Dominikanę z pewnąścią do tego hotelu powrócimy. - Hotel usytuowany przy plaży z przepięknymi, zadbanymi ogrodami. Pokoja czyste pięknie urządzone na wysokim poziomie. Do dyspozycji gości liczne restauracje zarówno w formie bufetu jak również zapewniające zamówienie a la carte. Potrawy bardzo smaczne. Plaża piaszczysta utrzymana w czystości, strzeżona. Jeśli jeszcze raz odwiedzimy Dominikanę z pewnąścią do tego hotelu powrócimy.

- Alexandra (3/5): Disappointing - The beach is nice, the staff tried to make one of my guest’s birthday special (but kinda failed cause they got her name completely wrong), some of the staff were very nice. Breakfast was great. The grounds are pretty Not a 5 star hotel, that’s for sure. The beach chairs look very cheap and pretty old. There were things broken in the room, the rooms definitely need a renovation asap - a lot of old, damaged furniture. The mirrors have unfinished edges that were cracked and they looked like they belonged in an old abandoned hospital or something. The buffet dinner was absolutely terrible, food was bad. And also one of the staff members was gathering plates from all the guests on a big trolley right next to our table. It was disgusting to look at all the food bits that were left on all the stacked plates 1 meter away from our table, bits of dessert with seafood all together - honestly I felt like throwing up. They were also loud and disruptive with the stacking of plates in the middle of the buffet restaurant. Overall massive lack of attention to detail. Another example: the staff surprised one of my guest’s for their birthday, which was nice, but they got her name wrong on the card, and not by a small spelling mistake, it was so different that we weren’t even sure if they are looking for the right person (although the name in their booking records was the correct one). Also some of the staff were really not friendly, sometimes rude, like they were never taught customer service. Their overall attitude was absolutely not in line with a 5 star hotel. We felt like they didn’t wanna be there, like we disturb them when asking something. One of the first evenings, we went to one of the hotel restaurants for dinner. They told us that they have availability but we need to book a table at reception. So we had to walk all the way to the lobby to book a table only to come back 10 minutes later to the restaurant to say that now we have a booking (the restaurant was pretty empty from the first time we arrived). It’d ridiculous that they couldn’t just call the reception themselves if they needed to. Especially since the restaurant desk had a phone. It made no sense.

- Maria Laura (7/5): Descanso sin descanso entretenido - En la habitación apareció un reptil que demoraron mucho en sacar, además pedimos 3 camas individuales que no tenían. En un día de lluvia tipo diluvio en el resto bloved nos robaron paraguas que pidiendo a la recepción nunca nos repusieron. Tendrían que poner música en la playa, algo de fondo para que se pueda escuchar además del mar y tape un poco conversaciones de otros huéspedes. La animación fue muy redundante, siempre hacían lo mismo y por poco tiempo, aunque ponían mucho esmero cortaban un servicio de animación de un hotel solo para adultos a las 23, ridículo!

- María José (4/5): No cumple lo que promete - La playa, agua limpia y sin sargazo Lo primero que me llamó la atención fue el pasillo a mí habitación, todas las puertas tenían faltas, estaban arañadas, le faltaba algo de pintura o tenía algún trozo saltado Cuando abres la puerta siempre hay un olor fuerte como moho o humedad,bueno es un país húmedo puede tener explicación, lo que no tiene explicación es la cantidad de desperfectos de la habitación,golpes en la paredes una lámpara de pie torcida, interruptores gastados....y a mí armario le faltaba una PUERTA! Si señores en un hotel de 5 estrellas que me ha costado más de 2500€ por una semana ,les parece normal que a tu armario le falte una puerta. Tampoco iba el ventilador ni varios enchufes(eso me lo arreglaron más o menos después de reclamar varias veces) Los tapones del lavabo rotos igualmente. La plancha de la ropa, ensuciaba a la vez que planchaba, dejaba manchas negras, porque era vieja y se caía a pedazos, pedí que me la cambiarán y lo hicieron por una más vieja todavía, es de chiste la verdad. Ahh y la comida, pues malísima no lo siguiente y por supuesto ,mi marido y yo tuvimos una intoxicación alimentaria en el restaurante beloved. Había varias parejas intoxicadas por allí, se ve que es normal. Era difícil hacer reservas para cenar , te ponía que estaba lleno y luego no había nadie y los trabajadores no te ayudaban, son muy cuadriculados y tampoco le importa mucho lo que le digas. Pedimos dias después de la intoxicación un sándwich de pastrami y fue a la basura ,porque el "cocinero tocó todos los ingredientes con las manos sin pinzas ni nada" Pedimos un sándwich de pollo al servicio de habitaciones y se les olvido poner el pollo, yo ya me reía y le decía a mi marido si esto es una cámara oculta. El hotel solo adulto , aburrido ,al final estuvimos siempre en el familiar, que era más entretenido. Al final solo comíamos lo que podíamos en el buffet y pizzas, no nos atrevíamos a comer nada fresco o carnes.

Muchas muy buenas, como así también destacamos al personal general de limpieza y mantenimiento parque q fueron muy agradables y simpáticos. Pero debemos decir que los camareros en distintos restaurantes son bastante desagradables, por supuesto no todos, pero no se destacan por ser amables. La comida en general no ha sido lo q esperábamos. Mi esposo tuvo una intoxicación ( vomitos y fiebre) y un matrimonio q conocimos en el Hotel también estuvieron con vómitos y diarrea. En nuestro caso debimos devolver platos tres veces x carne dura y/o quemada.

- Антоанета (4/5): Красиво направено ,но не измислено добре за гостуващите,обслужващия ресторант не любезен - Стаята беше много уютна и чиста Първо не ми хареса настаняването,един час -пристигнахме след дълъг полет с приятелки и с моя син,който е на 17 г.,направила съм резервация за двама възрасни ,поне така съм резервирала навсякъде където сме били ,а е трябвало за възрастен и дете.Разделят ни групата с различни гривни едните със розови гривни,а нас със сини,като цената пак си остава същата за двама възрастни,казаха ни от рецепция ,че няма разлика само тази сграда била за възрастни и единия ресторант ,.На следващия ден отиваме на плажа където са седнали момичетата и идват и ни съобщават ,че трябва да минем от другата страна на бара,че от тази розава страна синът ми ,който е пак казвам на 17 г голям мъж,не може да останем и бяхме екстрадирани с охрана .В същото време вечерта всички се редим на опашка за маса в един и същ ресторант.Една от вечерите запазихме в Испански ресторант за който се прави предварителна резервация от рецепция и имаше час 21:30 ч само свободна маса.Отиваме и в 22ч .разбираме,че кухнята е вече затворила след като искахме да си поръчаме основно.Мили хора не се прави така,ако искате да отделите VIP направете отделен корпус както трябва,а не да се разхождат между другите хора.Почувствахме се със синът ми ужасно.

- Elena (10/5): Il sogno - Un posto da sogno. Il resort è di lusso, tutto è magnifico. Dalla pulizia e cura degli ambienti come delle stanze, asciugamani e teli per la spiaggia cambiati tutti i giorni. Le piscine alcune con bar dentro e idromassaggio sempre pulite e curate. Il personale sorridente, gentile ed elegante. All’interno a parte il giardino tropicale tenuto alla perfezione, la spiaggia è paradisiaca ed emozionante, come il resort. Abbiamo mangiato bene ovunque, la scelta dei ristoranti è varia dall’orientale, italiano, mediterraneo, internazionale; insomma c’è una vasta scelta. Ugualmente per i buffet, mai vista così tanta ricchezza e bellezza nella presentazione, pulizia e scelta. La colazione a buffet mi ha emozionata ogni mattina. C’è qualsiasi cosa si voglia mangiare, prodotti freschi e sani come dolci molto sfiziosi. Inoltre c’è anche la possibilità di farsi cucinare uova, frittate, pancake, waffle ed il personale alle piastre e/o griglie sempre gentile e sorridente. L’animazione sempre presente a qualsiasi ora anche con pioggia e brutto tempo. Ogni sera c’è sempre qualcosa di bello a cui assistere, spettacoli, balli, concerti. E poi il sogno di bere il proprio cocktail preferito dentro l’acqua o in spiaggia è qualcosa di immensamente felice. Abbiamo gli occhi pieni di felicità e bellezza. Grazie Catalonia ad oggi il posto più incredibile, grazie a tutti i lavoratori di questo posto stupendo, lo siete anche voi. Nulla è tutto perfetto

El desayuno buffet también muy respetable, el restaurante buffet del hotel vecino también por destacar . La atención del personal no es de lo mejor, si bien no todos ,pero parecía que trabajaban molestos .No dan ganas de dejar propinas. La atención de los hombres es mucho más servicial que el de las mujeres que trabajan en el hotel . El gym muy pequeño y precario .
